Actors Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey now have a family of four.

The couple announced the birth of their second child, Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey, in an Instagram post accompanied by adorable photos of the newborn on Wednesday.

“There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing. We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo!” Cuoco wrote, noting that the baby was born on Oct. 12.

The “Big Bang Theory” alum first announced her pregnancy in a June Instagram post alongside candid shots of her growing baby bump and her elder daughter Matilda, born in March 2023, eating a colorful cake.

“Family officially complete,” Cuoco wrote in Wednesday’s post. “Time to bring Matilda’s baby home!”

Cuoco and Pelphrey have been engaged since 2024. Speaking with People in September that year, Cuoco shared that she and the “Ozark” alum hadn’t started planning their wedding yet and that “maybe another kid will have to come first.”

“We’re gonna go way out of order. That’s our plan. I have four dogs now, and a [1-year-old baby], and a Tom — it’s a lot,” she added with a laugh.

Cuoco told USA Today back in May 2022 that it was “love at first sight” when she met Pelphrey at the “Ozark” premiere in 2022. Their mutual manager, Andrea Pett-Joseph, thought they would be “perfect for each other” and set the two up.

“I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight,” Cuoco recalled. “We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him.”
