Machine Gun Kelly is clearing the air about a viral fake tweet that alleged he regrets “fumbling” his ex-fiancée Megan Fox. On Tuesday, the rapper, 36, addressed the faux tweet falsely attributed to him that has been making the rounds on social media. The bogus tweet that Kelly denied posting reads, “Seeing these new pictures of Megan genuinely makes me wanna throw my phone into a f**king wall.” “I had the baddest woman to ever walk this planet in love with me and somehow found a way to f**k it all up,” the fraudulent post continued. “Imagine fumbling the girl of your dreams and then having to watch the entire world remind you how beautiful she is. I’ll never forgive myself for that sh*t.” The phony tweet had been shared as a screenshot on Monday with Kelly’s X handle, alongside photos of himself and Fox. Kelly replied under the screenshot of the artificial message, writing, “That tweet is faker than a pair of tits.” HuffPost has reached out to Fox’s reps for comment. Kelly, born Colson Baker, and Fox got engaged in January 2022 after nearly two years of dating. The former couple, who welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade, in March 2025, called off their engagement in December 2024. MGK has reflected kindly on his former relationship with Fox amid their co-parenting. “It truly was an epic story of love, pain and a lot of magic,” he said on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” last year. “I had it with a person who is the greatest partner, the greatest partner to have had a child with.” By entering your email and clicking Sign Up, you're agreeing to let us send you customized marketing messages about us and our advertising partners.
