“Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough couldn’t hide his contempt for Donald Trump on Thursday, slamming the president for turning his back on Ukraine.

“I just can’t get Ukraine off my mind. And the absolute betrayal of Ukraine,” Scarborough said Thursday. “The whole world is rising up against Donald Trump’s just outrageous embrace of Vladimir Putin’s killing machine.”

The MS NOW host called out Trump for “doing diesel deals [with Russia] to pump billions of dollars into Vladimir Putin’s killing machines” and reportedly limiting Ukraine’s access to Trump ally Elon Musk’s satellite internet service, Starlink.

“We have reports from Reuters last night that it was the White House that ordered the Pentagon to slow down the Starlink satellites, to make sure that Russia’s fastest, deadliest missiles could get into Kyiv and kill grandmothers, kill children, kill grandfathers, kill innocents,” Scarborough said. “That’s all in Donald Trump’s hands. He’s the one in charge of this.”

Musk confirmed that “any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.”

Scarborough’s comments come as relations between Washington and Kyiv have begun to deteriorate yet again after the weekend’s ceasefire.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the Financial Times on Thursday that during a three-day pause, Ukraine stopped receiving the usual warnings from the U.S. about incoming Russian missiles.

Trump has denied that the U.S. is withholding intelligence from Kyiv.

“We are helping them, and we are sharing intel,” the president said earlier this week. “We want the war to end, so we’re working with them and Russia on getting the war to end.”

But Scarborough wasn’t having it.

“You see leaders from across the world speaking out against Donald Trump, I would say, getting in bed with Vladimir Putin ― but he never really got out, did he?” the host fumed.
