Trump-Backed Republican Reveals Exactly Who Can 'Control' Him And... Oh My

Anthony Constantino, a Republican congressional candidate in New York state, flexed his loyalty to Donald Trump by admitting that the president can “control” him in a 2025 clip flagged by The Bulwark and later highlighted by Mediaite. “Nobody’s going to control me... well, the president can control me,” Constantino told a listener on comedian and YouTuber Chrissie Mayr’s podcast in January 2025. He also named Trump’s longtime ally Roger Stone, referring to him as someone he “really” respects, before tweaking his declaration. “So, other than my fiancée, the president and Roger Stone, I don’t think anyone can control me,” Constantino said. Constantino — the CEO of the Sticker Mule printing company who is running to replace Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) — has gone to extreme lengths to show his fealty to the president. He gifted Trump a statue made in his image last year for display at his West Palm Beach golf club. He also dropped a rap album titled “Thank You President Trump,” a project he’s insisted is “multi-genre” that includes as many skits and interludes thanking the president as songs. Earlier this year, the president endorsed the sticker mogul and even reshared the AI slop-laden visuals for his “TRUMP” song. Constantino caught MAGA world’s attention back in 2024 when he installed a massive “VOTE FOR TRUMP” sign atop Sticker Mule’s headquarters in Amsterdam, New York, although his hopes for an “America Loves Trump” sign (and accompanying park) in the community seemed to fall through the following year. Constatino’s opponent — dairy farmer Blake Gendebien (D) — currently has a slim lead over the Republican (46%-42%), according to a recent poll by the Times Union/Siena College.
