Promising review: "I am in love with this sunscreen, it's definitely worth the price if this is the right sunscreen for you. I have extremely oily and sensitive skin that reddens with every sunscreen out there, including the ones made for oily skin by brands like La Roche-Posay. I use this one over serums that can sometimes leave my face a bit shiny and it mattifies without drying. I would recommend reapplying if you are going to be under the sun for a while, but reapplying for me just means I get mattified again, which is something that is extremely hard for me to get. If you've ever used the Porefessional by Benefit, that's the kind of what the texture of this sunscreen feels like. I can't recommend it enough, would buy in bulk if I could." —Petunia Conejos

Promising review: "I was influenced to purchase this lip butter balm and honestly don’t regret it one bit! It’s the perfect size to carry in my purse, and I use it throughout the day whenever my lips need a boost. It feels super conditioning and hydrating without being sticky, plus the sheer tint and subtle vanilla scent are lovely. Definitely a great everyday lip care product that I’ll keep reaching for!" —B24

Promising review: "I’m not a stranger to this contour; this is my fifth stick from this brand. I’ve tried a lot of formulas, and I always go back to this one. The blendability and staying power are unmatched, and the color Coco is just perfection. Great as a one-and-done bronzer, and I love to use this as a contour for my mauvey blushes. The color and undertone are perfect for medium to medium-tan skin tones. I’m so in love! This will be my go-to for this summer." —thatjedininja

Promising review: "I discovered this product from TikTok and I had to give it a try. I tried the day lip plumper and within a few seconds, there was a subtle tingling/burning that lasted for a few minutes but as it occurred, the plumping started to happen! It made a noticeable difference and made my lips look like I had filler! I'm obsessed!! —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "Love love love this stuff. This is such a stellar product that is so versatile. Can be worn alone to put some glowy life to skin. Add to foundation or layer it. Beautiful. Use it as a base where you put highlighter on top. Mix some with moisturizer. This, in my opinion, is better than so many high-luxury brands that make similar products. And I am pretty sure it can be used by all skin types. It’s not oily feeling at all and it doesn’t dry out skin either. Just a total package. Can’t beat the price either." —Figgy08

Get it from Amazon for $14.97 (available in two sizes, five shades, and two-packs).

Promising reviews: "Flawless, natural, and long-lasting — my go-to base for everyday glow! I absolutely love this product! It’s super easy to apply and blends beautifully into the skin — no streaks, no cakey finish, just a smooth, natural glow. I have combination skin and some melasma, and this foundation does an amazing job at covering uneven tones and softening the look of pores and fine lines without feeling heavy. It stays put all day and doesn’t crack or separate, even in the Texas heat! If you’re looking for something that looks like skin but better, this is it. Lightweight, buildable, and perfect for anyone who wants coverage without losing that natural finish. Definitely a staple in my makeup bag!" —Dany Filippini

Here's what BuzzFeed editor Heather Braga says about it:

"I've been using this brand for years, and I think this Coconut Water Lip Stain might be my new favorite item. It's *immediately* cooling from the second I put it on my lips. It's so hydrating that I nearly forget that it's not just lip balm! The applicator brush is a 10/10; the curve of it feels luxurious, but the price isn't out of this world. I was honestly a bit taken aback, since they're known for their liquid lipsticks (that aren't always the most hydrating in general across *all* brands). But this lip stain really checked the hydration boxes for me! I'm going to order these in every shade, no hesitation or regrets."

Get it from Kylie Cosmetics for $24 (available in five shades).

Promising reviews: "Just tried this primer along with the E.l.f. Soft Glam Satin Foundation, and I cannot say enough good things! The primer felt clean and light going on. This is hands down the best primer I have used. The two products are amazing. Def my new favs! Love love love!" —Cozette

"After having used the travel-size version of this primer, I got obsessed with the feeling: cooling, moisturizing, smoothing. 😍 It did not feel sticky. Rather than a primer, it felt like a moisturizer. I bought the real-size version and will continue to do so. It is very easy to use, and I'm obsessed with the cooling effect. It was my favorite step in my morning makeup routine for work all summer. I recommend it." —Tania

After application, you should allow six hours for the tan to fully develop.

Promising reviews: "I saw a review of this on TikTok, but never thought that I would love this product as much as I do. I actually bought another because I can’t get my daughters to stop using it. Smells great, no color transfer on clothing, and goes on perfectly." —Suzette Beristain

"I hate self-tanner. It stinks. It’s streaky and messy and unnatural and fades unevenly. Ugh. But this? Chef’s kiss! The spritz is light and refreshing, and you get a subtle glow WITHOUT THE STINK. The product feels lightly moisturizing, too. I have sensitive skin, and this mist is not irritating at all. I actually want to use this product. I am absolutely buying this again and investigating their full product line." —CaboChica99

Promising review: "Can’t stop raving about this foundation. The best foundation I have ever used. Makes my skin look so smooth and blends so well. And lasts so long. I just love it." —Jasminepaudel

Promising review: "I bought a couple of these lipsticks some time ago, and I was expecting nothing from them, and they delivered a lot. These lipsticks are very pigmented and creamy. One application will last several hours. They are moisturizing, and they look great on your lips." —Yise

FYI, some reviewers find it too heavy. However, other reviewers say using a light hand is best to avoid any caking and creasing.

Here's why BuzzFeed editor Amanda Davis loves it:

"I first tried this foundation a couple of weeks ago, and it really lives up to the name. When I apply it, my face doesn't look cakey or overdone at all — my skin just looks a little clearer, smoother, and much more even, but I still have a natural-looking finish overall, which I love. This foundation is also super smooth and creamy, without making my skin feel oily (which I have encountered many times). The compact comes with a mirror and a soft little applicator, too. I usually just dab a bit on before any meetings or quick errands, and I'm set. Plus, it gets major bonus points for having helpful skincare ingredients (jojoba oil and vitamin E) blended into the formula. All in all, it's definitely worth a try — especially if you love the 'no makeup' makeup look!"

Promising review: "For dry skin, I would recommend a cream blush, and this blush is absolutely excellent! It colors beautifully. There are many shades to choose from, and the color lasts basically throughout the day. I love Ilia cosmetics!" —Lorraine

This is designed for use with cream and liquid makeup.

Promising review: "This is actually a really unique product you can use for either concealer application and blending or like a cream lippie. It’s really good for concealer, especially if you layer different products like color correctors underneath your concealer, because it doesn’t absorb anything like a brush or sponge would. DON'T DAB IT THOUGH; ONLY GLIDE IT OVER YOUR SKIN A FEW TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!" —Molly

Promising review: "This is my fifth color. This is the best thing to happen to makeup. I can do a smoky eye or a natural one in under a minute. I suck at makeup. This makes it so easy. I am also 51. The Coco color has some shimmer. It does not crease or define my wrinkles. Putty and Clay are amazing." —kristyn

Promising reviews: "I love love love this stuff! I have a hard time finding the right shade, but this is perfect. A little goes a long way. I use this instead of a full-face foundation. It blends out effortlessly and leaves a natural skin finish. Stays on through stress, sweat, and touchy-feely kids. It’s my favorite product rn, I’ve been using it for about three months. I highly suggest y’all give it a try. Creamy, full coverage, blends like a dream, great for no-makeup makeup AND a full beat! I’m picky about my products and have been on a new journey to find which makeup products work for me as I get back into the workforce. This is officially a staple." —Hannah

"I purchased this to use with my foundation, but I ended up using it instead with my CeraVe tinted sunscreen and it looks great. It gives a great glow and dewy finish, and the shade matches my skin true to the picture on Amazon. I didn’t notice any fragrance, and it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, which is a big bonus for me. I wore this in Mexico, where it was hot and humid, and it was easy to apply but lasted all day long with no primer and no setting spray." —Marie

Get it from Amazon for $32 (available in 38 shades).

Promising review: "I absolutely love this product. The dark color is perfectly sheer. It also adds the most beautiful color to your lips. I am a Clinique Black Honey lip fan, and this gives me the same look for a fraction of the cost. I love it and have several that I keep in various spots. Not sticky either, which is my biggest gripe about lip glosses. My hair doesn’t get stuck in this like some glosses, but I get the shine." —Hamps5

Promising review: "Now this product is absolutely amazing! It has fantastic lasting power, and a little goes a long way. I love that after I use it on my cheeks, I can use the rest on my lips, and it looks great. I’m a die-hard self-proclaimed 'blush' girl, and this is by far my favorite after trying so many other brands over the years! It’s creamy and high-quality, and I love that it can be paired with other colors for a twist. Easy to pack and doesn’t take up any room in my makeup bag! Love it!" —Nicole P.

Promising review: "I work 17-hour days, outdoors in 90+ degrees with very high humidity as an actor. This stuff doesn’t budge. I have had sweat pouring down my face and dripping off my nose, and this stuff stays perfect — no touch-ups. I blot my sweat off constantly, I’ve been rained on, running sweat, and high humidity, and this stuff is amazing. This is better than stage makeup and sets itself perfectly. I’m replacing all makeups in my kits with this!!!" —Jennifer

Get it from Amazon for $40 (available in 38 shades).

Promising review: "This product has a beautiful color and sheer when applied to the face. I just think it's amazing that I can put a little color on my face WHILE protecting it as well! Promising review: "The formula is something like I’ve never tried. Velvety soft and the color is THERE for a day at least. The trick is don’t put too much on. Start with a little and blend it out to a thin layer. I start in the center and work my way out instead of my usual lining like with liquid lipsticks! I’m extremely picky with lip products and give this a 10/10!" —Whitney V

Get it from Amazon for $9.90+ (available in 34 shades).

Promising review: "Glow up in a tube. My new daily skin tint. I love the natural finish. Leans dewy. The consistency is on the thin/watery side, but the coverage is surprisingly moderate for a skin tint. It nicely blurs imperfections without making you feel like you’re wearing much. No smell." —Buna Marie

Get it from Amazon for $38 (available in 15 shades).

Promising reviews: "This is smooth, blends well with foundation, and feels good on the skin. Sets well with powder. I sometimes wear it alone for a little smoother look. Since it's colorless, it doesn't look like foundation. The price is great, and I've yet to see it in a store. I like that I can control how much to apply, and a little goes a long way. It appears to wash off well. Will be buying it again." —MB

"I have ordered this many times now, and I will continue to. I’ve tried tons of different primers, and this one never disappoints. You can’t beat the price. It works just as well as the more expensive brands, if not better. I’m 55 and have super dry skin. This works great with my moisturizer." —Alicia Seaton
