A Texas man accused of murdering his pregnant wife will appear in an Italian courtroom as a judge decides whether to extradite him back to the U.S. According to a federal complaint, the man cut off his ankle monitor and fled to Milan where he was detained by Italian authorities with a fake Belgian passport.
