Stephen Miller delivered a racist, fearmongering, butt-kissing tirade as President Donald Trump watched in the Oval Office on Tuesday.

It just so happens that Miller, the barking White House deputy chief of staff, has emerged as a possible replacement for White House chief of staff Susie Wiles if reports about her possibly being forced to exit are true.

At an event in which Trump introduced a plan to reward citizens who report suspected fraud in government programs, Miller got on his hate-spewing soapbox. (Fast-forward to 1:04.)

He painted a scenario of Somali immigrants in Minnesota “living the high life” off fraud while working Americans who “did it the right way” fund their lifestyle.

“That’s what the Democrat Party did to you,” he said. “And their plan is they want to bring in another 10, 20, 30 million more people to loot you, rob you, and take everything you have.”

“President Trump is the one leader in American history who stood up and said this isn’t gonna happen anymore. We’re going to protect our taxpayers. We’re going to protect our citizens. The looting will stop. The pillaging will stop. The robbing will stop,” Miller continued. “And I, as a citizen — not just as a staffer but as a citizen — am endlessly grateful to this president for having the courage to do what no American president has ever done before. Thank you, sir!”

Sarah Matthews, a deputy press secretary in Trump’s first term, said Sunday that Wiles “is kind of on the outs” with the blame-seeking president and that Miller’s name has surfaced as a potential successor. She called it a “terrifying prospect.”

Miller’s hyperbole followed Trump’s incendiary Truth Social post earlier this month. “The once Great State of Minnesota is being taken over by Somali Immigrants. There is Violence, Murder, and Mayhem all over the State. The people of Minnesota must fight back,” Trump wrote.

A conservative YouTuber who launched disputed allegations against Somali daycares was awarded with a check during Tuesday’s ceremony. He stood by as Miller ranted.

Trump and allies have previously attempted to tie the dozens of Somalis involved in a COVID-era fraud case to all of the approximately 100,000 living in Minnesota. Just recently, the administration launched an attempt to ultimately deport Somali American Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).
