“Daily Show” correspondent Michael Kosta called MAGA’s favorite thing about Donald Trump “a double-edged sword” after the president went on a wild rant about a senator’s ass.

“I started examining his body because I didn’t know he was a great athlete,” Trump said of Sen. Jon Husted (R-Ohio) at a rally in Ohio last week. “And I looked, and I watched up and down. I looked at his ass, and I looked at the whole thing.”

“Yes, you live your truth, Donald. OK?” Kosta said. “It doesn’t matter what anyone says. You find a man with a nice, tight ass and take him dancing in your big gay ballroom. Do it!”

As for Trump supporters who may be upset about the president’s comments, Kosta reminded them that they’re the ones who love him “because he says whatever he’s thinking.”

“But that’s a double-edged sword,” Kosta said. “Because sometimes you get, I hate immigrants; sometimes you get, reincarnate me as a desk chair so this guy can sit on my face all day.”

Kosta also noted that if Trump’s not secretly gay, he’s definitely an 80-year-old man who has lost his filter.

“That’s the age where the filter starts to slip and Grandpa just says out loud anything that pops into his head,” Kosta said. “Like, leaning over at the restaurant and going, ‘We have a very busty waitress today.’”
