I got to try this out, and all I can say is wow, wow, wow, it's SO much harder for me to leave my bed in the morning since putting this on. It just feels so divine against your skin. My one note, though, is I'm not a fan of the duvet ties inside. They are crafted from these plastic buttons that, to me, are kinda cheap and I've already found some that won't close, which means there's a chance that the comforter will start slipping around inside. But the feel of the material is so luxurious that I just got some duvet clips for extra security.

I was invited to the grand opening of Povison's first US store, and I got to see this beauty in person. I'm telling y'all, words truly just can't describe how STUNNING it is in person. It is such a thoughtfully designed couch — from the high-quality materials used to the sleek way it's able to turn into a bed. Also, can we talk about the high back?! My friend and I are always lamenting about how couches nowadays have such low backs. This one was perfect, and it was super comfy. I went to the LoveSac showroom recently and got to sit on a similar one, and it is truly SO plush and cozy. It's nothing like the beanbag chairs of my youth, which were fun, don't get me wrong — but the plush sac on the inside of this one kinda felt like lounging on a dense marshmallow, as opposed to the grainy lil' beads of the old school ones. It's very buoyant. And you can pick whatever type of cover you like (velvet, chenille, bouclé, etc.) to really up the cozy factor. One thing I'd note, though, is that they can run fairly large. So, I'd definitely map out the dimensions of the one you want in your space before purchasing!

You can actually even use it to replace your alarm clock by setting it to arouse you with a gentle warming that can trigger your body to wake up naturally! And it's also amazing if you and your partner sleep at wildly different temps.

I have been trying this out for the last few months, and Y'ALL — when I tell you this has been a GAME CHANGER! So, the air conditioning system at my house is currently broken, and it's going to take some time before my partner and I have the money to get it replaced. We have a swamp cooler in the main part of our house that actually does an amazing job at keeping us cool, but our bedrooms can still feel like a sauna at night. I have some Cozy Earth cooling sheets that have been incredible, but there's only so much sheets can do on their own. But lemme tell you, when we got the Chilipad on... I set it to 68, and it was the first night all summer where I had to get a blanket because I was SO cold!! It's actually unbelievable to me how warm the room can be, but as soon as I lie on the Chilipad, it's literally like having AC coming through the bed. And trust, it won't feel like you're sleeping on a waterbed from the '90s. You can sometimes hear/feel the water cycling through the pad (but it's very faint and not disruptive).

And I also love that you can set it to different temps throughout the night. Having it be a lil' warm when it's time to get up is such an incredible feeling. If you love to bed rot, this will literally make you never want to leave. I can't wait to use this when the temps drop, too. Just note that you can only use distilled water, but the tank lasts you for quite a while — I believe we refilled around two or three weeks after first filling. And then you will also want to buy their cleaning solution. The brand recommends running a cleaning cycle once a month and then doing a deep clean where you empty out the water pads and wash the cover every six months.
