Released in 2026, the contemporary literary thriller explores sexuality, addiction, power, and the messier realities of human relationships.

The story follows Mallory Maddox, a struggling former literary sensation who has spent seven years battling writer’s block while trapped in a controlling marriage to her husband, Ronan. Her life takes a turn when she meets Leo, a vulnerable young gay man experiencing homelessness and addiction who trades sex for survival.

One reader wrote: “Go pick this up, because this is FAB. Raw, honest, pulls you in from the first chapter. Totally addictive writing... and certain things are very accurately portrayed.”

Another passionate fan wrote: “I am in awe, speechless. This book was UNREAL. It’s been some time since I’ve been truly hooked by a writing style alone, and Josh Silver’s scratched the right itch for me.”
