‘I’m Sorry… What?!?’: Jen Psaki Stunned By 1 Line In Trump’s ‘Most Unhinged’ Rally Of All Time

MS NOW’s Jen Psaki argued that Donald Trump delivered “his most unhinged performance” to date at a 2026 midterms campaign rally in Bullhead City, Arizona, on Wednesday. Psaki claimed Trump is now “unraveling at a pace we haven’t really seen” and “making less and less sense” as he and the GOP suffer poor polling just weeks ahead of the elections. She zoomed in on one particular moment, which she described as a “bizarre tangent” about how the doctors he travels with would essentially let someone die in front of him. Trump said: “I travel with more doctors than any ... if people get sick in the audience, they don’t, they leave them alone. You know what they call them? Collateral damage. If that person, right over there, a friend of mine, he looks like shit, actually. He looks like he’s ready to have a heart attack. If he actually had a heart attack, you know what my doctors would do? They’d follow the president or presidents? They would leave him alone. I’d say, ‘Please help him.’ ‘No, sir. We can’t leave your side.’ I said, ‘But he’s dying of a heart attack.’ ‘Sir. He’s collateral damage.’ Can you believe it?” Psaki, a former Biden White House press secretary, was stunned by Trump’s claim. “I’m sorry, what? What? Also, that’s not what they would do,” she said. Psaki earlier acknowledged it’s easy “to dismiss whatever nonsense falls out of Trump’s mouth on a given day” because there’s so much of it, and “the nonsense is after all part of the strategy” to distract. But she argued that “every single Republican in every single race in the country should have to answer for the things Donald Trump is saying right now.” She then reeled off some of Trump’s more controversial comments from the address that she said Republicans should be grilled on, including his call for government leakers to be shot, his thanks to Qatar for his new Air Force One and his boast that high oil prices are actually a good thing.
