President Donald Trump on Wednesday revived a long-ago crusade against Barack Obama ― but it wasn’t about the former president’s place of birth.

This one questioned the legitimacy of Obama’s acceptance by Ivy League schools.

Trump told a rally crowd in Arizona that Obama “got into college for different reasons than you did.”

The president continued, “He’s not a smart guy.”

Trump again declared himself a “genius” in a rambling revisiting of his self-proclaimed cognitive-test triumphs. The president also expressed anger that he wasn’t praised for his claims before launching his attack on Obama.

Trump’s insecure beef with the higher education of the still-popular, two-term, non-impeached, non-convicted commander-in-chief dates way back.

In 2011, Trump was mulling a Republican run for president when he questioned then-President Obama’s academic qualifications.

“I heard he was a terrible student, terrible,” Trump said back then. “How does a bad student go to Columbia and then to Harvard? I’m thinking about it, I’m certainly looking into it. Let him show his records.”

While Obama noted in a memoir that he was not always an academic star, he earned a degree in political science from Columbia University in 1983 (after transferring from Occidental College) and later graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Trump, meanwhile, has repeatedly blared to the world how smart he thinks he is and constantly bragged about his undergraduate education from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

However, Trump’s college grades have remained a mystery, and he reportedly got special treatment from a Penn admissions official who went to school with Trump’s older brother Fred, according to a 2001 biography, “The Trumps.”
