Very easy to use. The flap door doesn’t come off, and the easy-to-remove lid makes cleaning out the box much easier. We have two cats, and they both use it easily without issue. Had a professional carpet service come in, specializing in pet urine removal from carpeting. $800 later, that is not a viable solution. Searched for another product and found Rocco & Roxie. Got the 1-gallon and saturated the area after inspecting it under blue light. Covered a slightly larger margin and followed directions.
