I wouldn’t blame you if you “borrowed” their cool pens.

As a BuzzFeed Shopping editor, my goal is to find all the products actually worth buying.

Kid's these day have the coolest stuff! Sure, we had markers that smelled like fruit, but what about a pen that doubles as an essential oil diffuser? Or erasers shaped like Mount Fuji? Or transparent sticky notes?

Promising review: "The fact that it’s cute is just a bonus. It fits up to eight pens comfortably, and a small eraser can go in the strap attached to the head. It’s a good value compared to other pen cases and is very sturdy and durable when tossed in a backpack. Also, when you pop the telescoping section down to make it a pen cup, it’s very stable on a desk. If you need a pen case for travel and you don’t need something super rugged, this is a great one to get. Kids will love it, as will fun adults." —Michael

Promising review: "Bought this for my middle school child to help relieve stress and increase focus during class. It’s perfect because it blends in, is easy to keep in a pocket or book bag, and allows just enough 'fidget,' where it’s not distracting. I was told it looked cool and the magnetic pieces were fun to mess with. Great fidget for the cost and he still has all the pieces in working condition after two weeks, so, so far so good!" —jolielune

Promising review: "Soooo, these markers are SUPER cool. The color-changing feature is so neat, and they were so reasonably priced. They don't smudge or bleed through even thin paper. Makes cool designs and fun for all ages. Makes a handmade card really unique! Lots of color options. They don't seem to bleed into each other either, even if you color change over a wet area that you just colored with the opposite end of the marker. Well worth it!" —Austen

Ticonderoga makes the best #2 pencils, IMO, so it makes sense their erasers are good too.

Promising review: "This is the second school year I am buying these for my daughter because she loves them that much and they last the whole year. They are Ticonderoga, so of course they work the best of all the brands. (Their pencils are a teacher’s first choice. 😉) They are so cute and cheap for as long as they last. Also, they don’t leave a lot of residue, and when it comes to erasing, that’s huge!" —S. Wallace

Promising review: "I had no idea there was such a thing as a wooden pencil highlighter. These exceeded my expectations. The pencil is wood, so one less bit of plastic to end up in a landfill. The 'lead' part of the pencil appears to be a kind of waxy crayon-like material. It goes on like a dream. Just as useful as a traditional liquid felt-tip marker for highlighting. Because I had it handy, I used one today at work to mark a peg location to install a shelf. This bright highlighter pencil left a nice mark for me to locate the correct peg hole for the shelf, which wiped off easily from the metal once it was installed. 100% recommend! Definitely will buy again." —M. C.

They're not too big or small either." —Beautybydesy

Promising review: "Best invention almost ever (there’s still sliced bread). I mean how can you go wrong with paint in a stick?!! I mean certainly a toddler can go wrong with it. A toddler can go wrong somehow with a spaghetti noodle!!! But seriously, I saw these paint sticks at one of our local art galleries and it was an immediate MUST HAVE!!! Vibrant colors and they fit in little hands SO well!!! My kiddo loves them and so does her Momma!!" —RNinMD70
