Taylor Swift snuck into the MTV Video Music Awards just before showtime as the “Patient Zero” singer walked her first red carpet since tying the knot.

Swift looked statuesque in a dazzling black and silver gown with sheer side panels and sky-high silver stilettos.

Fans were speculating about what the “Babylon” singer would wear, as she hasn’t walked a red carpet since marrying NFL star Travis Kelce in July in front of 1,000 guests at Madison Square Garden.

Kelce was not in attendance, as the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Swift is up for nine awards at the show, where she is set to become the most-awarded artist at the VMAs ― breaking her tie with Beyoncé.
