Welcome to the 2026 Buzzy Awards! We here at BuzzFeed Shopping have been researching, vetting, and testing products for years. There are a lot of products out there, and it can be overwhelming to find the ones that are actually worth it and backed by (real) people who really stand behind them. We feel the same way, but we get to spend hours (upon hours) week in and week out poring over product listings, digging into reviews, looking into the little details, and trying things ourselves.
For our first-ever product awards, we have selected 100 tried-and-true products across a range of categories: beauty, gifting, home, pets, parenting, style, travel, and more, each that get the BuzzFeed Shopping stamp of approval.
What set this year's winners apart? They're beloved by reviewers, BuzzFeed Shopping staff, and our readers, and they solve everyday problems and bring a little bit of joy to day-to-day life. Without further ado, here are our winners:
Sunscreen touch-ups are important, especially when you're out and about under the hot sun all day. This invisible sunstick has broad-spectrum SPF 50+ and glides over your skin ("like silk," as one reviewer puts it) without messing up your makeup, so you can whip it out while you're at that music festival and reapply while you're literally walking to the next stage. And you can get it in a glowy or semi-matte finish! Plus, the curved design of the stick makes it glide around the contours of your face perfectly.
Staff review: "There's nothing more convenient than being able to whip out a sunscreen stick when you're out in the hot sun and can FEEL your exposed skin starting to burn, but don't feel like getting gloopy liquid all over your hands. I've been able to touch up spots on my face and arms without skipping a beat, and it's kept me from ending the day with a burn. I also love the semi-matte finish and that it doesn't leave you looking overly shiny." —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon, Sokoglam, or Abib for $16.27+.
It's packed with shea butter and other hydrating ingredients (and no fragrance!) to provide speedy relief for the driest, most chapped lips. When other balms or lip masks are simply not getting the job done, you can rely on this Aquaphor ointment to heal and soothe, even in the depths of winter.
Staff review: "I have put this lip balm on before I go to sleep Every! Single! Night! (without fail) for many years. It is desert island status. My collection of lip products is vast, and those fancy and fun tinted balms have their place in my routine, but nothing compares to you, Aquaphor, when it comes to serious relief. Parched lips from a long flight? Aquaphor. Tried a new drying lip pencil? Aquaphor. Chapped, cracking lips in bleak mid-January? Aquaphor." —Maitland Quitmeyer
Get a pack of two from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or CVS for $8.49+.
Whether you choose to slap it, bite it, shake it, or squeeze it, these butt masks are designed to help firm, smooth, hydrate, and rejuvenate the skin on your ~behind~. Thanks to ingredients like caffeine, marine algae, collagen, and citrus, all you have to do is place the sheets on each cheek, wait 15 minutes, and then rub the excess product into your skin. Even skeptical reviewers walked away amazed at the results, saying they could see visibly hydrated skin after just one use!
Get a pack of two sheets from Amazon or Bawdy for $10 or a variety pack from Revolve for $40.
This curling iron may not stick out from a lineup amongst others, but it's a total game changer. Simply put the end of a strand of hair with the mini clamp and then press a button for the barrel to twist on its own. But! The speed is slow enough so it's not scary, but not so slow that you feel like you're wasting your time on this holy grail hair tool. The result? Consistent, even curls for barely any effort. And once you've done one side of your head, you simply press the button to go in the other direction!
Staff review: "I've used about every kind of hair styling tool on the planet and had given up on curling irons with clamps. I was fully a curling wand girlie because I'm adept at heat styling, and it gave me covetable mermaid waves I wanted. Then I tried The Beachwaver and haven't looked back since. I have them in two barrel sizes and can now zone out while I do my hair. The directional buttons for the tool are easy to use, and if I accidentally press the button for the opposite way in which I'd like the barrel to spin, it's a quick and easy correction. I try all sorts of products for my job, but this has quickly become one that I talk about all the time, whether or not I'm asked about it. If you can clamp a strand of hair and then press a button, you can handle this. *And* it has a 9-foot swivel cord for much easier maneuvering." —Elizabeth Lilly
TikTok-famous for a reason, these hydrogel masks deliver deep hydration, giving skin a plumper, firmer, glowy "glass skin" look while reducing the appearance of pores. Wear one for a few hours or overnight (yes, it'll stick to your face even if you toss and turn) — it'll turn transparent when your skin has soaked up all its goodness and it's time to remove and toss the mask.
Staff review: "Every so often, I need the confidence of some ethereal being glowing from within, and that’s the exact kind of energy these make me feel! I love wearing one overnight before a trip or big event to create a super smooth base for my makeup, orrr when I’ve been skipping my skincare and need a lil’ reset to remind my skin I love it. I’m pretty acne-prone, but they’ve never caused a breakout — just left me with an ultra-hydrated, radiant complexion that I swear lasts a week. Or maybe that’s the confidence talking, but either way, these ingredients have worked some wonders on my skin!" —Divinia Tarin
Get four masks from Amazon, Sephora, or Soko Glam for $19.
Snails and skincare: a match made in heaven.
This viral, hydrating Korean beauty serum has become a holy grail for many people with dry, sensitive skin, and it doesn't hurt that it's a gentler, cheaper alternative to many name-brand moisturizers and serums. It's effective on all skin types, and reviewers report seeing improvement after just a few uses! Acne scars, dark spots, and fine lines are about to meet their match.
Staff review: "I have used this for years now and am O-B-S-E-S-S-E-D. Like, the TikTok hype is so warranted. I apply this as the first step in my skincare routine after washing my face, and my skin basically drinks it up. It's super lightweight, *doesn't* leave behind any sticky residue (despite what you might expect from a snail mucin serum), and it has a long-lasting hydrating effect! It makes such a good base for my thicker moisturizing cream and sunscreen." —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon, Ulta, or Soko Glam for $18.31+.
This isn't your regular hairbrush. It's designed to glide easily through your hair and remove knots without making you cry, thanks to its firm yet bendable bristles. You can use it on wet or dry hair, and it has an easy-to-hold, sturdy shape so you don't have to worry about the handle snapping off when you're already racing against the clock to get ready in the morning. Plus, reviewers with all different hair types and textures have found this brush helpful for pain-free detangling. From people with curls to 4c hair to straight hair, this brush has been a winner for them all!
Staff review: "I do not have curly hair, but my thin, fine hair does get tangled ridiculously easily, and brushing it out with my old brush sometimes hurts like hell. The Crave Naturals brush definitely has some kind of magic in it, because brushing my hair has never been faster or easier! And I love the size and ergonomic shape of the brush, which is easy to grip in my small hands." —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (available in 10 colors and two-packs).
User-friendly for extension-like results.
For what felt like eons, tubing mascaras were reserved for luxury beauty brands, and they were M.I.A. in the drugstore aisle. That's no longer the case thanks to this beaut. For the uninitiated, a tubing mascara wraps around your lashes in tubes that are then easy to remove with warm water later. It's totally buildable for an extensions-like look without worrying about how many actual eyelashes you'll lose during removal later.
Staff review: "I readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn't even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the E.l.f. tubing mascara formula blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges. My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removals have felt rough on my lashes, but this comes off so fast that I'm like ??? was I even wearing mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate even writing this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needed to know. I'm a big fan of the brown shade, but it also comes in black and soft black." —Emma Lord
Get it from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or E.l.f. for $7+ (available in three colors).
A treat for your skin that'll have you smelling like dessert.
This viral lotion is lightweight, nongreasy, and provides 24-hour moisture, so your skin will feel gloriously smooth from morning to night. Ingredients like shea butter and shea oil, vitamin E, and glycerin team up beautifully, leaving your skin feeling as soft as silk, satin, velvet (...shall I continue? You get it.). This is a must for anyone who suffers from dry skin. Plus, the whipped vanilla scent is exquisite, so it's also a must for anyone who wants to smell like fresh-out-the-oven cupcakes.
Staff review: "I influenced myself to buy this after putting it in so many posts, and DAMN! I've really been missing out, I guess! When I say that this stuff is nongreasy, I mean this stuff does not feel greasy at all. As a morning shower-er, I need my lotions to absorb quickly so I'm not all slick and oily while I'm getting dressed before work. The feeling of slipping into pants with greasy, lotioned legs is a sensory experience that is just *gags*. This lotion feels thick and luxurious but soaks in pretty quickly, leaving behind only softness and a divine scent that lasts for hours. I'm not a vanilla-scented girlie, so I went with fresh + cozy, the perfect balance of sweet and musky. Trust me when I say that I will be buying more of these when I run out." —Melanie Aman
Get it from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or Eos for $10.79+.
Interior *and* exterior hair protection all in one.
You can easily toss the Hairbrella in your bag when rain is in the forecast. It's waterproof, so your hair will be protected from rain, humidity, and mist, and, because it's satin-lined, frizz, too! This gem also features an adjustable strap to ensure the perfect fit for any head shape and any level of hair thickness (so, no, no sneaky rain droplets will be getting through). AND it has a built-in pouch for easy packing. What's not to love?
Get it from Amazon or Hairbrella for $34+ (available in two sizes, two styles, and eight colors).
Tiny but mighty pimple-fighting warriors.
Yep, these hydrocolloid pimple patches help zits disappear overnight, but because they're MINI and nearly invisible (!!), they can do the dirty work and ditch those pesky zits during the day too. Unlike the original Mighty Patches, these are ultra-thin (10mm to be exact!) and feature tapered edges to help the patch blend better with your skin so you can rock 'em outside your home without a care in the world. Bonus points! They also prevent picking and acne scarring. Simply apply the patch directly over your pimples, leave it on for at least six hours, and the rest is history.
Staff review: "I have tried both the OG Mighty Patches and the Invisible+ versions, and I do see the difference! Upon first putting them on, I immediately noticed that they are much thinner and don't have that overall matte look that makes the originals not-so-invisible all the time. The tiny size and the tapered edges really help it go incognito, too. The gunk from my zits did become obvious after a couple of hours, but that just means that the patch is doing its job! I'll toss one of these on before a night out if I notice a little zit on its way in, and 9/10 times it's completely shrunk by morning." —Amanda Davis
Get a pack of 30 from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or Hero Cosmetics for $13.22+.
If you're part of the sweaty-all-the-time club (*raises hand emphatically*), this K-beauty powder is here to help control the shine on your face caused by excess oil production. Just dab the lil' puff over your beat to help set your makeup in place for hours. Bonus points for the included hyaluronic acid that helps keep skin moisturized and not dried out, like can happen with other setting powders. Plus, it's refillable!
Staff review: "I am a sweaty girl (especially during the summer) and living in NYC, riding the subway everywhere, and dealing with heat wave after heat wave has meant I’ve been sporting a perpetual sweat stache. I saw the girlies on TikTok raving about Laneige’s Neo Blurring Powder and instantly knew I wanted to try it out. I was already a big fan of everything else Laneige (some faves: their Water Sleeping Mask and their Bouncy & Firm Radiance Boosting Serum), so it was a no-brainer. I pat this on over my skin tint + cream blush combo and am able to go about my day without looking like I walked through a sprinkler!!! I love that the formula is super fine and has a semi-matte finish, so I don’t have to worry about looking oily/overly shiny, but it’s also not super drying. The packaging — with an included velvet puff and mirror — also makes it very easy to use on the go." —Chelsea Stuart
Get it from Amazon, Sephora, or Laneige for $22.50+.
This dermatologist-recommended, fragrance-free moisturizer helps repair your skin barrier within one hour and provides deep hydration for up to 48 hours. It'll basically be your sword in the battle against dry skin during the colder months. Bonus: It's available with SPF 30!
Staff review: "I've been using this as my everyday moisturizer with SPF for quite some time now, and I genuinely love how it feels on my skin. It sinks right in immediately and makes my skin look so hydrated (no white cast). I have super sensitive skin, and La Roche-Posay is one of those brands I keep going back to because their products haven't caused any irritation or breakouts." —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or Dermstore for $11.49+ (available in two sizes).
These gorgeous sheer concealer shades give your nails a chic, natural look that's trendy yet timeless — and way less expensive than a trip to the salon. Reviewers love it because it hides any unwanted yellow tint and helps give brittle nails a smooth appearance. Containing biotin and a combination of botanical oils and vitamins, the formula helps to actually nourish and strengthen nails, while also giving them a stylish look. Reviewers also love how buildable the polish is, so you can tailor the color to your liking.
Btw, Londontown is a woman-owned small business that specializes in nail care.
Staff review: "I would definitely consider myself a minimalist when it comes to nails — it's rare that I'm rocking anything more elaborate than a simple DIY polish, if anything. I love Londontown's illuminating nail concealer because it gives your nails this really gorgeous, natural wash of color that makes them look healthy and glowy. And you don't need a base or top coat, so it's perfect for working into a low-maintenance routine!" —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, or Londontown for $20 (available in six shades).
These pads are designed to reduce the appearance of pores, blackheads, and excess oil and sebum with a winning formula containing AHAs and BHAs that reviewers say is still gentle on the skin. And they couldn't be any easier to use: Simply swipe the pad across your face with the soft side, then the textured side for exfoliation. Let it absorb into your skin while you take a minute to relax and enjoy the calming lavender scent.
Staff review: "These have changed the chemical exfoliating game for me. Honestly? I'm kicking myself for not trying this sooner, when they've had TikTok hype for years now. I'd been using leave-on serums and peeling masks that left my skin red and irritated afterward, and I wanted to find something gentler and easier to incorporate into my routine. Enter these swipe-on pads that are packed with BHAs and AHAs (aka, acids that can dissolve dead skin cells and actually clean inside oil glands and pores). They still provide all the glowy smoothness I want from a chemical exfoliant, but *never* leave me red and irritated. The best part? The solution the pads are soaked in dries super quickly once applied to the skin, so I can layer on some hydrating essences and serums afterward to hydrate." —Daniel Boan
Get 70 pads from Amazon, Target, Ulta, or Medicube for $18.90+.
A clean-clean feeling without any charging.
If "I'm not like all the other girls" was a toothbrush, it would be *this* toothbrush. Even if you've given up on the manual type, this beaut is worth giving a spin during your hygiene routine because it's made with soft nylon bristles and "flossing" bristles that are 10x thinner than regular bristles. They aren't a replacement for flossing (you should still do that), but they leave a much cleaner path for post-brushing flossing.
Staff review: "I've been using these for a while, and I love them! I usually use an electric toothbrush, but I feel like I get a much more satisfying clean from these?? Especially because I tend to get yellow stains between my teeth no matter *how* much I floss, and these bristles seem to actually target that a lot more effectively. I've switched to using this in the morning and the electric one at night, and I definitely see a difference in that area in particular." —Emma Lord
Get them from Amazon, Walmart, or Mouthwatchers for $9.99+.
No, it's not overhyped — your makeup is stayin' PUT.
This TikTok and Instagram-viral setting spray seals your look like Rose on that door in Titanic — totally unwavering. Whether your go-to is a one-step concealer or full glam, this amazing transfer-proof and sweatproof spray provides the perfect mattifying finish. MUAs love it, and I may or may not have gotten stuck in a TikTok loophole of folks coming out of the pool with makeup completely intact. I'm in awe!
Staff review: "Have you seen the videos where people spray this stuff on their full face of makeup, dunk their head underwater, and then emerge without one smear of mascara in sight?? Well, that's what convinced me to give this stuff a try — and here I am still using it about a year later. It really is THAT good. As a very sweaty girl (especially in the summer), I was always in search of a way to keep my makeup from melting down my face. This setting spray has kept it fully in tact during nights out with friends, busy days of running errands (including going to the gym), and even long hangouts by the pool. If I know I'm going to have a long day and I don't want my makeup to budge, then this is what I use. I have even bought the travel size for my trips. I know it's pricey, so I do usually keep a cheaper setting spray on my vanity too for more chill days, but that's mostly just because I get so sad when my One/Size setting spray runs out!" —Kayla Boyd
Get it from Sephora or One Size for $34 (also available in a travel size).
There's actually no better compliment to receive than, "You smell good," and if you're part of the camp that would like to receive said compliment on the daily, Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa fragrances are pretty much guaranteed to help you achieve that goal. Choose from a variety of scent varietals — 68 (notes of pink dragonfruit and ocean air), 40 (notes of black plum and jasmine), or the classic 62 (notes of pistachio, salted caramel, and vanilla), to name a few. Whichever one you decide to pick up, reviewers confirm, you'll be drenched in good smells and endless compliments with this in your perfume arsenal.
Staff review: "I picked up both the 48 and 62 scents a while back, and I can confirm, the smells are so good, I have to fight the urge not to pop the cap and drink the thing straight. The classic 62 just smells like summer in a bottle (think: beach lounging with a bevvy in hand and the sun warming your skin), and the 48, with notes of guava nectar and orchid, has that just perfectly sweetened note that evokes a memory of sugar warming on a stove. Delicious isn't strong enough of a word." —Courtney Cummings
Get it from Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, or Sol de Janeiro for $39 (also available in a mini size).

With a variety of both neutral and bold colors to choose from, don't be surprised if you go back for a second... or third one.

The quality is amazing — the vegan leather is sturdy, it has a lovely faux suede lining, and the magnetic closure actually stays closed. The adorable 'scrunchie' design is such a great way to jazz up an outfit. Plus, it's a great size for daily necessities like my phone, cards, keys, and lip gloss. I own it in beige and in orange... and honestly, I am not against buying (in the words of DJ Khaled) another one! 😅" —Kayla Boyd

Reviewers say that these reusable waterproof silicone Nippies can handle even the hottest, sweatiest of days — and it's true! They're even great for those days you just don't feel like wearing a bra at all (trust me, I get it). Nippies come in a handful of shades and even a "lift" version for a more pushed-up look.
Staff review: "I've worn these in the blazing hot, humid heat, and these can handle it all! They can handle sweat, and they don't slip, get uncomfortable, or lose their stickiness. Cleaning them is super easy, too — just a little soap and water! I no longer have to struggle with strapless bras for certain dresses or tops, and I also love that they have a range of shades available. As someone with a darker skin tone, it's not often I find a good tone match for products like this." —Amanda Davis
Get a pair from Amazon or Nippies for $26.50+ (available in three sizes, five shades, and two styles).
This stretchy knit pair might just put an end to your search for the *perfect* everyday flats, because once you switch to Rothy's, it's hard to go back to that cheap pair that digs into your feet and falls apart in a matter of months. Just toss these in the wash every couple of weeks (or whenever they start to get stinky), let them air dry, and they'll be good as new.
Staff review: "I swear by my Rothy's flats. I have two pairs now, and I know I'll just keep going back for more styles. They're lightweight and incredibly comfortable; they DON'T dig into your feet painfully, and I can walk in them all day. Being able to machine-wash them is just the cherry on top! Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their styles, but the Daily Flat is where I started and is still one of my most-worn shoes." —Jenae Sitzes
Get them from Rothy's, Amazon, or Nordstrom for $100 (available in women's sizes 5–13 and 12 styles).
These shorts save your inner thighs while you trek just about anywhere. Plus, they're super thin, so they won't make you overheat layered under a skirt or dress in the dead of summer. Yes, there are other anti-chafing shorts, but these hold up after long days of wear and many wash cycles.
Staff review: "I bought two pairs of these a few years back — in black and nude — and I simply love them. Chub rub has always been a part of my life, and until now, I didn't have a great way of preventing it. I've tried various sports shorts and slathering my thighs in deodorant, but those methods just weren't cutting it. These shorts are unbelievably lightweight and breathable, superrrrrr stretchy (but not in a way that bags out after extended wear), and they do. not. roll. or. fall. down. I wear them under all of my skirts and dresses (because I also have an irrational fear that everything I wear is see-through when the sun hits it), and I will definitely be buying more!" —Chelsea Stuart
Get it from Thigh Society for $39 (available in women's sizes XS/S–5XL/6XL, three lengths, and six colors).

A color guessing game that's easy to learn and fun for everyone.
If you're a walking encyclopedia of Pantone color chips, this is the game for you. And don't worry, Hues and Cues is also for anyone who loves games. Whoever's turn it is can offer only one- or two-word clues to the other players, who have to guess which colored square the speaker is talking about when they say "bubblegum" or "Lightning McQueen." Reviewers say it's oodles of fun for all ages and for large or small groups.
Staff review: "I played this at a friend's apartment with a mix of people I did and didn't know, and we all had a BLAST. It was a fun opportunity for us to reference hyper-specific things when trying to lock down a specific shade (if memory serves, "zombie Barney" and "aggressive banana" were the ones that got thrown around) and to get to know each other's tastes and ways of looking at the world. The rules and scoring system are super easy to learn, too, so there wasn't a big hurdle in getting everyone on board. I ended up buying the game for my own apartment, and whenever I have guests over, we pull it out and end up in stitches. I highly recommend for some good, wholesome, often laugh-out-loud party fun!" —Emma Lord

It has all the benefits you know and love from ereaders (compact size and weight, the ability to store thousands of books), but in an upgraded format. The glare-free screen looks like *actual* paper, even in bright sunlight — hence the "Paperwhite" name — but the adjustable light options (including warm light) make it super easy to read in dark spaces, like right before bed. The battery life lasts weeks, and the 20% faster page turns (compared to the previous model) mean you can get to that upcoming twist without skipping a beat.
Staff review: "I never thought I'd be an ereader person, but once I made the switch years ago, I've never looked back. I've been using a Kindle Paperwhite (a previous generation) for years — you simply can't beat the convenience, and I found myself tearing through way more books because I could squeeze chapters in on the train, in the park, wherever I had a few minutes to spare. The best part? You can check out ebooks at your local library (through platforms like Libby) and read them on your Kindle for free! I got to upgrade to this new Kindle Paperwhite when it came out in 2024, and it is a true improvement on previous models and worth every penny. The warm light feature is a game changer, especially if you're someone who likes to read before bed like me. And the page turns and responsiveness of this model are indeed much faster — and I can really tell the difference compared to my old Kindle!" —Maitland Quitmeyer

If you love the look of a vintage film camera but don't feel like shelling out the money for an actually expensive one (and the film that comes with it), this allows you to capture that retro look and transfer it right to your computer, no film hassle required. These also make great little gifts — you never know which one you're gonna get, so it's a surprise whether you're purchasing for a friend or treating yourself!
Staff review: "If there's one thing my friends know about me, it's that I take A LOT of pictures. And as a millennial who grew up making scrapbooks, using disposable cameras and digicams, I absolutely love the nostalgia of this thing. It's such a fun throwback to those low-quality, no overthinking, just-for-the-memories photo moments that many of us grew up with. But, the modern twist of it having a super tiny screen and being able to clip on your bag as a cute little accessory really just adds to the ~ charm ~ of it, imo. I've taken it around with me on trips to Europe and Japan, and I've whipped it out at gatherings with friends and family. People alwaysss ask me about it and want the link! And with such an affordable price tag, I already plan to start gifting these to friends and family members. It's seriously such a fun little gadget to carry around! Just don't forget to grab a micro SD card so you can transfer all your memories to your phone or computer." —Kayla Boyd

Grown-up, gift-worthy, and doubles as decor.
These bookshelf-worthy sets boast all the features key to the Lego experience: the step-by-step instructions provide a stay-in-the-present focus, perfect for after-work wind-downs, teamwork date nights, or afternoons spent bonding with a picky teen. Bright colors pop wherever you display them, and top real bouquets and plants because they require zero care and last literally forever. The ever-expanding selection ~branches~ out to bonsai trees, succulents, and happy little plants to cater to a variety of tastes, making these a no-brainer gift option.
Staff review: "Lego Botanicals really are the perfect 'me-time' activity. I was first gifted the small roses by a friend who thought I loved doing these because of how much I enjoy doing puzzles. And she was completely and totally right! (To be loved is to be seen, amiright?). The two roses were the perfect way to dip my toe in! Not time-consuming, not overly complicated — cute, quick, and something simple and basically mindless I did while listening to music. Love! I then moved on to the big orchids (first of all — 😍). While it took a bit longer, which I actually appreciated, it was just as easy and satisfying to complete! I love that these Legos are easy enough to do while watching TV or listening to an audiobook, but there are also some bigger, more intricate options that make you want to lock in a focus. There really are different focus levels and flower styles for everyone!" —Amanda Davis
Get them from Amazon or Lego for $14.99–$109.99 (available in 30 different kits).
Perfect for both novice and seasoned puzzlers, this delightfully whimsical 1,000-piece puzzle is beautifully illustrated and full of tiny details and easter eggs just waiting to be discovered. And when you think you've put it all together, you can experience Magic Puzzle Company's ~Magic Shift~ effect for a sweet surprise ending. Oh, and no puzzle dust!
Staff review: "This puzzle is so beautiful! I bought it as a gift for my parents one Christmas because they picked up puzzles as a hobby during the pandemic, and we ended up putting it together as a family. It's really well-built — clean edges, no puzzle dust in the box, no random pieces that just didn't belong or were missing — and was just the right level of difficulty for both my mom, who likes puzzles, and my dad, who really likes puzzles. I especially enjoyed the little "I spy" moments and the twist at the end...no spoilers though!" —Melanie Aman

Fans of Clue and murder mysteries have probably already heard of Murdle — the online and physical detective game that follows Detective Logico as he tries to uncover the truth of a murder that took place, but we're here to re-emphasize its delight. It's up to you to help determine who the killer is, where the murder occurred, and what weapon was used through clues and your own deductive reasoning. This original Murdle: Volume 1 offers 100 puzzles to solve and is the perfect way to pass the time, exercise your mind, and just have a bit of detective fun.
Staff review: "I am fully in my analog era, y'all. OK, maybe not *fully,* but I am finding more and more joy in screen-free activities these days. I'm also firmly in my ~Reader Girl Era,~ so when I saw that Murdle was both a brain-teasing activity and a murder mystery in one, I was immediately hooked. It's truly delightful and one of my favorite ways to wind down at the end of the day. Each puzzle has a Sudoku-style grid and an assortment of clues to sort through. Your job is to figure out who committed the murder, where, and with what weapon by using logic and deduction to put check marks and Xs in the grid until you find the solution. It kind of feels like a solo version of Clue (my FAVE childhood board game), so it’ll be right up your alley if you love all things deduction and mystery." —Daniel Boan

Just press the button on the stump he stands on to hear those bleats that can't be beat — feel free to join in, too. Reviewers say this makes an *excellent* (and often coveted) option for gift exchanges.
Staff review: "I received this as a gift, and my initial thought was, "Why?" even as I was saying, "Thank you I love it!" After spending one day with Gimli (we named him right away, of course), I understood the why. He's just a simple and endless source of amusement, as my partner and I make him bleat whenever one of us needs a laugh. I dare you to listen to Gimli scream with a straight face." —Morena Duwe

Not your grandma's Uno, but invite her to play.
There are certain things that really reveal someone's true nature, like going on a vacation or starting a (seemingly harmless) game of Uno. If the regular version of the card game turns you and loved ones into your most ferocious selves (complimentary), you'll adore this edition. It has 56 more cards, tougher action cards (hello, Wild Draw 10), and more rules. We can't be held responsible for any post-game tension.
Staff review: "I LOVE THIS GAME! So, I've always enjoyed the original, but then this summer, while attending a friend's 4th of July BBQ gathering, someone whipped out this bad boy, and I was hooked. It truly is not for the weak, and might even reveal thee most savage side of friends that you didn't know existed. Expect big laughs, cutthroat competition, and lots of cussing — which is the only way to do game night right IMO. I loved it so much that I even bought it for my house." —Daysha Edewi

Life's too short not to have cute glassware.
At this point, these iconic (pun intended) glasses from Anthropologie are basically a household name. Whether you own them or not, it's hard not to think of Anthro when you hear glasses with horses, gourds, ducks, pencils, roosters, and more on them. Yet, these understated glasses are even perfect for the minimalists out there who want to add a little whimsy to their lives but aren't looking for anything too out there. Whether you're adding a soft pink bow look to your morning iced coffee or going all out with an orange ghost glass to celebrate your year-round spooky season love, you're practically guaranteed a smile every time you pull one of these glasses out of your cabinet.
Staff review: "I have a few different 'knock-offs' of the Icon glass, but they're nowhere near as beautiful and sturdy as the real thing. I have a dream of collecting a bunch of unique pieces of glassware, building a collection that reflects my personality, and Anthro's Icon glasses are a wonderful fit for that endeavor. I have a stunning iridescent-esque glass with little white cats on it (from an older collection), and it brings me so much joy every time I pull it out to use it. It makes an otherwise mundane moment of pouring yourself a drink feel extra special." —Jenae Sitzes
These hotel-like pillows have a plush 8-inch loft that makes them oh-so-cozy without feeling like your head is being lofted in a too-firm position — even if you're a side or stomach sleeper. The medium-firm, even-fill design holds up to like-new structure without any annoying fluffing. Oh, and they're Oeko-Tex-certified and allergy-friendly (verified free from 100+ harmful substances), and still feel cool at night.
Staff review: "I snagged these a few years ago on Prime Day and haven't looked back since. I'm a side sleeper and often wake up in strange positions — what can I say, I love to move in my sleep! But I don't wake up with neck pain because these are wonderfully cushy with the perfect amount of sink-in motion. I even replaced the pillows I keep at my parents' with them, too! Yes, they're utter perfection." —Elizabeth Lilly

Pet stains and kids' accidents never stood a chance.
All the stain-lifting, odor-removing, dirt-sucking power of a Bissell Little Green now comes in a mini-sized package. It's perfect for smaller jobs — your dog's filthy, stinky bed, your child's stained car seat, the thrifted ottoman that's just got that thrift store funk to it. And then it easily stores away in a closet, under the sink, or in the garage without taking up too much space.
Staff review: "Anyone who has a pet knows that accidents are inevitable, no matter how infrequently they happen, and this makes it totally drama-free. I got this after watching my mother-in-law efficiently vacuum up her dog's pee in a very ~ laissez-faire ~ fashion, which made me think "I seriously need one of these." My dog rarely has accidents, but when he does, this makes it *so* easy to quickly clean up — which is especially helpful because we have still-new carpets (why must they always go for the carpet?!). Even if you don't spot it right away because you were out, this can still tackle stains that have had more time to set. It's also come to the rescue when my *guests'* dogs have had accidents, which makes a potential stressful situation (hello, awkward pee-scrubbing) over before you can say "it's fine!" We've also used it for human mistakes, like spilling food on our carpet, and it is *so* much faster than panic scrubbing with dish soap and a rag. TL;DR if there's a chance humans or pets are going to have an accident in your home, this is worth every darn penny." —Emma McAnaw

It blasts through the tough grease and baked-on messes that make post-dinner cleanup a real chore. It's as easy as spray, wipe, and rinse. For more stubborn messes, just let it sit for a few minutes — no soaking overnight! And reviewers love it for other messes too, like cleaning range hoods or backspashes and and getting cooktops and grills back to sparkling!
Staff review: "This stuff gets the job D O N E. I'm not joking when I say that the first time I used Dawn Powerwash on a lasagna pan, I almost cried. The little bubbles worked their magic, lifting blackened, stuck-on cheese bits right off my casserole dish so all I had to do was gently scrub (with my handy-dandy Scrub Mommy!) and rinse. I will never be without it." —Maitland Quitmeyer

You'll want to drizzle this on everything.
As the name suggests, it packs just the right punch of sweet (brown sugar!), savory (soy!), and spicy (red peppers and spices!), whether you use it for dipping, drizzling, marinating, or stir-frying. Yeah, it's amazing on dumplings and wontons, but consider the possibilities: zhuzhing up a bowl of ramen, whisking into a salad dressing...even (gasp) spicing up a bowl of ice cream?
Dumpling Daughter is a woman-owned small biz, btw! All their sauces are made right in their restaurant HQ in Boston.
Staff review: "I....can't stop eating this sauce. It was an impulse buy when browsing at Stew Leonards (IYKYK), and it's turned out to be one of my favorite spontaneous grocery cart additions. I've since seen it on TikTok, and for good reason — the sauce is sweet and thick (kind of like an eel sauce viscosity) with just the right hint of spice for me. If you love lots of spice, you'd probably need to add some chili oil, which would also be delish. I put it on a lot of things (it would be good on cardboard, frankly), but one of my favorites is to slice up a cucumber — and half an avocado if I have it — drizzle on this sauce and add some toasted sesame seeds. The perfect side dish or snack! I've since bought the 16-ounce size bottle (...several times), so I don't need to worry about running out as quickly." —Maitland Quitmeyer

Reusable, ridiculously cute, really functional.
Beyond the fact that these dryer balls are just super adorable with their little googly eyes, they also function as a reusable, eco-friendly alternative to traditional dryer sheets. Made entirely of wool, these dryer balls help soften fabric, remove wrinkles from clothing, and even, according to some reviewers, dry clothes quicker than their typical dryer sheets. All you have to do is toss them in with your load of wet laundry and let these cutie pies do all the hard work.
Staff review: "Because my dryer is old and tired, it takes longer than usual for things to dry. I couldn't tell ya how they work, but these balls make my clothes dry in one cycle, when normally I'd have to run two. I also love dropping some essential oils on them, so my clean laundry can smell like peppermint (or whatever scent tickles your olfactory fancy)." —Morena Duwe

Are those tears from the onion you're cutting, or because it's 7 p.m. on a weeknight and you're tired, hungry, and chopping veggies by hand for dinner when you wish you were already eating said dinner? Whatever the case, you'll pat yourself on the back for getting one of these when that onion, bell pepper, and tomato are sliced and diced in just a few minutes.
Staff review: "I cook a fair amount, and I’m an onion girl through and through, so a veggie chopper seemed like a worthwhile investment. (Because who is spending the $$$ on pre-chopped onions in this economy??) I went with this chopper because when I joined the BF shopping team back in 2020, my peers (and thousands of reviewers) were already singing its praises. Alas, it really is that good! I mainly use it to dice up onions, peppers, carrots, and other veggies for stir fries, but it also comes with slicer and grater blades. Honestly, the best part for me is that it’s dishwasher-safe. I am *not* precious with my kitchen items, so being able to throw it in the dishwasher and call it a day is the best. PS: I’ve had it for 4+ years now, and it’s not any worse for wear." —Chelsea Stuart

Govee's smart rope light lets you incorporate super customizable lighting into your home that doubles as unique wall decor. Its bendable design lets you twist it into all sorts of neat shapes (though the squiggle is classic), and by using an app, you can program it to all sorts of color combos and lighting effects! The cozy glow this gives at night is unmatched.
Staff review: "I own the old version of this light (before this newer model released) and still absolutely love it. First of all, it's SOOO easy to put on the wall — it comes with these little adhesive plastic brackets that you just slide onto the rope and then press against the wall, and continue adding them as needed to support the shape you're making. The Govee app makes it so easy to program the lighting however I like, and it's upgraded my nighttime cozy vibes in a MAJOR way. Also, I moved apartments and re-mounted my Govee rope light in a different shape on my new wall, and it was just as easy as the first time (just be careful removing the adhesive brackets, as it can rip paint off — this happened to me with one of them, but we patched it easily). I'll probably come back for this improved model eventually, which is made of even more flexible, softer materials and has improved lighting effects and upgraded bend clips. Plus, they now only offer this light in 9- and 16-foot lengths, which totally makes sense — mine is the old 6-foot version that they don't even sell anymore, probably because it's not quite long enough to make elaborate shapes with. You might not think you need that much length, but once you start creating waves and shapes on your wall, you'll realize it's very much needed to get the full effect!" —Jenae Sitzes
Get it from Amazon or Govee for $49.99+ (available in two lengths and two colors).
Root-level extraction, no bending required.
Vanquish stubborn weeds without bending or kneeling thanks to a design that's stood the test of time since 1913. Simply insert the four-pronged fork over the center of the weed — using your foot to push on the lever until it's all the way in the ground — remove your foot, and tilt the stick toward the lever until the roots come up. Voila! Say goodbye to dandelions and those thistles that prick at your fingers. While it works best on softer soils, and can't do its job in very rocky soil, reviewers say it's fine for clay soil when the ground is that in-between of not too dry, not too wet.

Use vertical space to save horizontal space.
Clocking in at a little over 4 inches wide, the smallest version of this tray takes up a fraction of the drawer space that a typical cutlery tray does *all while* fitting a full silverware set. Swap it in less than five minutes to instantly free up room to fit even more of your favorite kitchen gadgets. Little icons on the side tell you where to find the utensil you need. Just make sure your drawer is at least 3.25 inches high first. Extra kitchen storage without needing a renovation awaits!
Staff review: "As a city apartment dweller (previously NYC and now Detroit) — and one with A LOT of stuff — I am always looking for ways to save space and keep everything organized. This genius utensil organizer more than doubled my drawer space. I love how it has little icons on it, so I'm not constantly grabbing a spoon when I need a fork, and it allows me to store tons of other kitchen tools and utensils in the same drawer. Honestly, I think every small kitchen should have this." —Kayla Boyd

If you're looking for a compact air purifier that fits your space, has the features you need, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, it's hard to beat this baby. It gets the job done, with a true HEPA filter that helps trap dust, pollen, pet dander, and other allergens, and helps filter smoke and odor-causing particles, keeping your air indoors smelling fresh as a daisy. It has three fan speeds, plus an almost silent "Sleep Mode" if you're sensitive to sounds, and you can turn the light indicators off with the push of a button, so nothing is disturbing your pitch-black bedroom. Just clean the filter regularly, replace it when the indicator goes on, and enjoy all that fresh air.
Staff review: "This is the air purifier I have in my bedroom, and I just love it. I don't have pets, but it makes a noticeable difference with the freshness of the air in my space, helping trap the dust that's otherwise floating around. It's also come in handy this summer when we've had so much smoke drifting down from the Canadian wildfires. Cleaning the filter is DEEPLY satisfying when you see all the dust it has collected that hasn't ended up on my nightstand or...in my nasal passages. It's *super* quiet on Sleep Mode and fan level 1, but if you like the "whoosh" of a fan noise when you sleep, levels 2 and 3 are perfect for some white noise!" —Maitland Quitmeyer

So far, I’ve put them on our air purifier and several charging blocks and accessories. They stick on easily, dim immediately, and have stayed on with no problem since I first stuck them on in 2022. The variety of sizes makes it simple to choose one that fits. A true instant problem-solver!" —Natalie Brown

Undeniably, the worst part of mopping is having to try and wring out the water from the mop head so you aren't slopping soapy suds all over your floor and making a bigger mess than when you started. With the O-Cedar Wring Mop, that problem goes bye-bye thanks to the easy foot pedal that literally wrings out the water for you. No longer do you have to try and *shudders* touch the dirty mophead or spend precious minutes hunched over trying to shake out excess water. Now, your mopping life consists of dip, step, and go. Staff review: "I used to literally NEVER mop my apartment because I wasn't a fan of the single-use mops from brands like Swiffer but I realllllly didn't want to have to touch a dirty mop head to wring out the water. Then my mom bought me the O-Cedar Wring Mop and I was suddenly ?? enjoying mopping ?? Cooking with fresh garlic can make such a difference in your dishes, but why does it have to be such a pain?! Well, not anymore, thanks to this spooky little guy. His skin might not sparkle in the sun, but his handy twist crusher mechanism will help you prep food with ease.
Staff review: "Knife skills: some of us have 'em, some of us don't...my mom firmly falls into the second category. She also falls into the 'enjoys a novelty kitchen gadget' and 'loves garlic' categories, so as soon as I encountered charming Mr. Gracula, I pretty much instantly popped him into my cart so I could pop him into her Christmas stocking. Since then, she's put the little vampire to work over and over again, and even I've had the chance to see him doing his garlic-crushing job with aplomb. Staff review: "These save me time because we cook less, money on takeout and wasted groceries, and stress figuring out what to eat for dinner last-minute on busy weeknights. Whenever I make a big batch of something I know would have too many leftovers for the week, I go ahead and freeze half of it in the cubes the very night I cook, so when I’m ready to eat it later, it’s as fresh as possible. I’ve even frozen leftovers from restaurants! The cup-sized portions mean you can decide at 5 p.m. that you want to have baked ziti for dinner and have a piping hot plate of it 10ish minutes later. If you have enough freezer space, you can even freeze food in these, then put the frozen blocks into plastic bags to store longer, and use the Souper Cubes to freeze more! That’s so many lunches and dinners, saved in the present and solved in the future." —Natalie Brown

The poop stool we all know, but make it ~aesthetic~.
You've carefully curated your home's aesthetic, including your bathroom decor. So who wants their Squatty Potty to harsh the vibe? This acrylic beauty has all the chicness of the Starck Ghost Chair and will blend in perfectly with any bathroom design style. Btw, if you somehow still don't know what a Squatty Potty is, it's a toilet stool that keeps your feet raised while pooping. ~Going~ in this position is supposed to fully relax your puborectalis muscle, meaning you have an easier elimination, with no straining. And if you think that's TMI, just try it and see. Read more about constipation relief at home, including using a squatting position, at Cleveland Clinic.
Staff review: "As someone with IBS, I can't speak highly enough about the Squatty Potty. I miss mine dearly while traveling — and if you've ever had a hard time ~going~ on vacation, you'll understand what I mean. After trying the regular version (it's much cheaper at $23) and making sure I liked it, I sprung for the ~Ghost~ model, which not only looks much prettier but also takes up less visual space in my small NYC apartment bathroom. I've had it for six years, and it's held up beautifully! The only downside to an acrylic stool that blends in with your space? You are going to stub your toe a few times before you get used to it." —Maitland Quitmeyer

The do-it-all and then do-it-again food storage bags.
You'll find a multitude of uses for it thanks to its airtight design. Packing snacks and sandwiches, steaming veggies in the microwave, freezing leftovers, and even sealing up sous vide for when you're feeling fancy. It's self-sealing, dishwasher-safe, and non-plastic. It's also free of BPA, PVC, and latex.
Staff review: "I've personally had a couple of these since 2016, and they still work exactly the way they did when they were new — which is as a seamless replacement for disposable bags! I run them through the top rack all the time!" —Natalie Brown

Bleach-friendly, top-or-bottom tag bliss.
Three design elements that elevate these above the rest: even the pretty patterns tolerate bleach, the fitted sheets have a second row of mattress-hugging elastic to keep them in place, and a tag clearly labels the top/bottom edges to eliminate frustrating guesswork. Even if you'd never use bleach, bleach-friendly means they won't spot with benzoyl peroxide skincare products. Top all that off with their Oeko-Tex certification, 100% cotton sateen fabric for maximum softness and breathability, and $45-for-a-queen-set price point, and ding ding ding! We've got a winner.
Staff review: "Linens are my kryptonite. I may live in a small one-bed apartment in NYC, but you can bet your butt I have TWO linen cabinets and a storage couch filled to the brim with sheets, quilts, duvet covers, shams, throw blankets, etc. etc. I have many brands of sheets (Brooklinen, Parachute, Quince, Boll & Branch, Cozy Earth), but I’d say Target Threshold sheets offer the best bang for your buck, all things considered. For $55, you can get a Queen-size set of 400-thread-count cotton sateen sheets with a full-perimeter elastic that makes sure they’re not slipping off in the middle of the night!!! I’m also amazed by how they do not pill or rip. I have two cats who sleep with me (and occasionally use my bed as a WWE ring), and trust, they’ve put them to the test. I also love that they come in more than just solid colors; I have the “Tulip Toss” print, and they’re darling." —Chelsea Stuart

The best thing you can buy for your bum.
It's one of those purchases that genuinely changes your life. Tushy's sleek, unobtrusive bidet can be set up in less than 10 minutes (seriously, it's way easier than you think!) and is designed to work with most toilets. The retractable nozzle lets you target your bum with a fresh stream of water with the exact level of pressure you need. Yes, it lets you cut down on your TP use, which is absolutely a money saver in the long run, but that's not even the best part. The clean, fresh feeling you get from using this after doing your business? UNMATCHED. Just a warning, you might develop a bit of a codependent relationship with your Tushy and dread using the bidet-less toilet anywhere else.
Staff review: "This is one of those things that you don't realize you need until you have it. A gung-ho Tushy friend gave me one as a housewarming gift six years ago, and now, any toilet experience sans Tushy feels barbaric. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but without getting into too much detail, this thing is life-changing. Whether you're going number one, number two, are on your period, or want to freshen up after working out or having sex, it's something that seems luxurious but will become absolutely essential by day one." —Morena Duwe

Scrub-a-dub while you're doing better stuff.
A no-scrub weekly shower cleaner to spray on after you shower, wait 8–12 hours while it tackles mold and mildew stains, soap scum, and just about any gross grime without YOU having to scrub. Talk about be ready, stay ready.
Staff review: "I use this with great success on my shower in my rental apartment! If you're dealing with a giant mess, though, you're going to need more than one go. Think spray it down, let it work, then come back and wipe/rinse away grime. Then give it another spray. Then, when it comes to maintenance, just spray it on after a shower once a week, and things will stay quite clean. After all, you have much better things to do." —Elizabeth Lilly

If you want consistent rice every time, you can't go wrong with this rice cooker. The nonstick bowl has measurement markings inside, so you can easily fill it with the perfect amount of water, which means less measuring and no soggy rice due to too much water post-rinse. You can make anywhere from 1/2 to 3 cups of rice, making it perfect for meal prep or a quick side for one person. Didn't get your dinner timing right? No problem, it automatically keeps rice warm until you're ready to eat — without drying out or getting mushy. And thousands of reviewers absolutely swear by it for the best rice they've ever made.
Staff review: "After years of making just ok rice on the stove, I knew I wanted a better option with more consistent results and less hands-on stove time. And after a trip to Japan last winter and having the best rice of my life every single day of that trip, I knew I wanted a Japanese rice cooker. I'd already recommended other rice cookers from this brand based on the glowing reviews, so this compact 3-cup model was the perfect fit for me and my NYC kitchen. I watched and waited for this baby to go on sale, and as soon as it did, I purchased it immediately. If it died tomorrow, I would immediately repurchase it at full price. Honestly, it's already paid for itself with how much I've used it (and therefore how little takeout I've gotten since). I've made basmati, jasmine, and sushi rice tons of times, and every time it's utterly flawless. I've even made steel-cut oats in it, also with flawless results! It's incredibly easy to clean, and I love the handle and retractable cord that help me move it around and store it with ease. And the little songs it plays when you start and finish cooking = a delightful little cherry on top." —Maitland Quitmeyer
Because your pet deserves the softest landing pad for all their naps and sleep time.
Every pet deserves to be spoiled, and what better way to do that than providing them with the coziest possible bed to sleep in? The classic donut shape may look like so many other pet beds, but this one is designed to be *extra* fluffy for maximum comfort, plus its raised ridge gives them the perfect place to rest their heads. Bonus: It's machine-washable, so you can easily keep it clean even if someone didn't wait to get their paws wiped before coming in the house.
Staff review: "My dogs absolutely love their donut beds! I have three dogs who used to love to jump on the couch, but now they couldn't care less as long as they have their fluffy clouds. They also used to shred every bed I ever bought them, but somehow these have survived, so I think that is a good sign. Each bed is true to size with ample room for your fur baby to get all comfy. Plus, the cover is fully removable, so when they start getting a little funky, you can just strip them off and throw them in the wash. Easy peasy." —Mariel Guzman

This cult-fave cat toy is quite literally steel wire with some rolled cardboard at the end — and yet, it'll likely bring your kitty an unreasonable amount of joy as they jump, flip, and twist trying to catch it. It's proof that sometimes the best toys are the simplest ones.
Staff review: "Every cat parent knows the frustrating experience of splurging on new toys for their cat, only to have said cat sniff them, give you a bored look, and walk away. This is one of those toys that TENDS to be the exception — there's a reason it's so highly rated. Something about the bouncy effect of the wire combined with the little rolls of cardboard at the end (that I assume looks like a bug to them or something?) drives cats WILD. Prepare to see them jump, spin, and pounce with fervor when you wave this little wire toy around them. Also, it's incredibly cheap, so you'll probably want to go ahead and buy two." —Jenae Sitzes

You'll never look at a lint roller again.
This reviewer-beloved pet hair remover is a *must-have* for pet owners with cats or dogs who love to sprawl out on furniture and leave a thick layer of hair behind. The ChomChom roller doesn't mess with sticky tapes or paper; instead, you get a reusable brush that grabs up every bit of hair and lint as you clean — just empty it out after, and you're good to go again!
Staff review: "The tens of thousands of 5-star reviews are reason enough to add the ChomChom to your cart immediately — but let me add my own personal review to the stack. I've been using the ChomChom for quite a while now, and I swear by how quick, easy, and effective it is at picking up pet hair (and with two cats, there's a lot to stay on top of). It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of using this roller — at first, I thought you only brushed down in one direction, and was confused why it wasn't picking up hair. It's important to do a push-and-pull brushing in *both* directions so it actually pulls the hair inside, which does require you to apply a bit of pressure. Afterward, you'll just dump out the hair that's been trapped inside. The ChomChom is best for large flat surfaces like couches and beds." —Jenae Sitzes

Unlike many cat trees, this beautiful, high-quality option won't be an eyesore in your living room. It's a splurge, yes, but consider it an investment that will last you many years, since every single part on the tree is replaceable, from the woven baskets to the sisal-covered branches. Designed for cats up to 23 pounds, the Ivy 3 is super sturdy thanks to the square wooden base, which keeps it secure when cats jump on and off. And the woven baskets are large and supportive — enough to comfortably hold just about any cat, IMO.
Staff review: "I've had the Ivy 3 for several years now, and it's held up beautifully despite heavy use from my two cats. It was a replacement for an older, cheaper cat tree, and I was ready to invest in something nicer. After extensive market research, I realized Mau had everything I was looking for: the quality and durability, the chic modern look, and the option to replace parts that my cats may eventually wear down with time. Also, you can purchase the cushions and pom-pom balls for your tower in different colors, with some really gorgeous shade options! Most importantly, though, my cats ADORE this tree. They took to it instantly and are in it every single day. Chicho loves to scratch on the sisal rope and also climb all the way up the tree, sometimes playfully swatting at his brother napping in one of the baskets. It's been the best purchase and makes my cats so happy. So if you're looking for something a little nicer, I can't recommend this brand more!" —Jenae Sitzes

Help your little one stay comforted throughout the night.
Any sleep-deprived new parent knows how hard it is to help babies get through the night, which is why it's so impressive that *thousands* of reviewers swear by this little tool to help their baby sleep more soundly. It uses rhythmic, human "shhh" sounds to help comfort newborns and ease them into bedtime routines. Plus, it's easy to travel with, so you never have to start at square one when you return home from a trip.
Staff review: "I thought this was a scam and a half when my mom suggested it to me — what is a machine going "shhhh" going to do that I can't?? — but oh, what a fool I was. This gizmo came into my home and is officially my co-parent now. My little guy was a super reflux-y, bad sleeper who was up literally every hour at night for the first three months, and it was hard to transfer him back into his bassinet. Once this little thing was introduced, it started calming him right away. There were nighttime wake-ups where I could literally just turn this on before he fully opened his eyes, and he'd let out a little sigh and go back to sleep. Absolute witchcraft. For me, it was a very handy tool for figuring out whether he was just having trouble connecting a sleep cycle and wanted to go back to sleep, or if he was genuinely hungry for a bottle (at which point the Baby Shusher wouldn't work, and I'd get up to feed him)." —Emma Lord

Clean, sterilize, dry: check, check, check.
When you bottle feed your baby, it quickly becomes apparent that handwashing bottles takes *significantly* too much of your extremely precious time and energy, and waiting until the rest of your dishwasher is full and ready to run is simply impractical. Enter this revelation: it fully washes, sterilizes, and dries bottles and pump parts while you go do literally anything else. Even if you're lucky to have lots of help, your helper's time will be better spent elsewhere if they can simply load this up, pop in a tablet, and press "start."
Staff review: "I live in a tiny NYC apartment, so making space on the counter for this was a gamble, but oh my STARS, I would have been lost without it. As a first-time, very anxious solo mom who was deeply overwhelmed by the number of bottles my VERY HUNGRY late-term preemie went through, I was both on high alert about everything being perfectly sterilized and also the amount of upkeep bottles took. This bottle washer made everything a breeze. As soon as I hit four bottles, I just filled up the reservoir tank, plopped the bottles in with one of the detergent tablets, and watched all the bottles magically get taken care of in an hour without the hullabaloo of running the dishwasher or boiling water on the stove. I adore mine so much that I put stickers all over it to express my undying gratitude." —Emma Lord

Don't let the cute colors deceive you: These tumblers are perfectly put together to thwart any mess your toddler could conceive of. Screw-on lids won't pop off if the cup is squeezed or thrown. A two-part straw system allows for easy drinking with no spills, even if the cup's upside-down, and the top silicone straw part snaps securely in, so even tenacious tots can't pull them out. Kiddos love them too, because they come in over a dozen fun designs — perfect for giving them two closed choices!
Staff review: "I didn't try many other cups for my toddler because these worked so well. We got our first two in December 2025, and they've held up beautifully as we've put them through the wringer. We now have a collection of them, and I anticipate several years of useful life from each. He can't pull the straw out (a problem with the honeybear cups he learned to use a straw with), they survive every toss and accidental roll across the room with minimal spilling, and the lids and cups dishwash effortlessly. One travels with us everywhere we go, and we've used them with smoothies, milk, water, and even cooled broth. The straw will occasionally spew out milk if it's left out to get too warm, but after cleaning that up a few times, I got in the habit of putting the milk back in the fridge, which is better for food safety anyway!" —Natalie Brown

The travel essential that'll change *everything*.
This bag is the essential that will change the game when traveling. It's cute, it fits under airplane seats, it holds ALL your stuff, and the smooth material and thick straps help ensure it doesn't get too uncomfortable to carry (but don't worry, it has a luggage sleeve, too). It also features loads of exterior pockets, making reaching for your water bottle, laptop, or boarding pass a piece of cake.
Staff review: "I LOVE MY CLOUD BAG! I got it at the beginning of the year and have used it for every single trip so far. #1: It fits SO much. For a weekend trip, I'm able to pack five to six outfits (I like options, okay? 😅), plus toiletries and more. For longer trips, I love that it fits perfectly under airplane seats as a carry-on and has exterior pockets for my laptop, Kindle, passport, etc. And the pockets are *huge*. #2: It's packable!! As someone living in a smaller apartment, I don't have tons of storage space, especially not for bulky bags and luggage. My favorite thing about this bag is that it folds up compactly and fits inside the interior pocket. So when not in use, it's stored in a drawer in the closet! And #3: the patterns. 😍 I own the blurred gingham brown colorway, but have been debating on getting another just because of how many cute options there are. 100% recommend." —Amanda Davis

These handy packing cubes are made with half-mesh compression and a thick, tear-proof material, along with an extra zipper around the outside that works together to *squishhh* your clothes down and save you a TON of space! If you're the type of person who needs at least 10 outfits for a five-day trip, then these will be your new best friends. Depending on which set you get, they come in different sizes, plus a separate shoe bag. So you can keep your items organized and safe, and close your suitcase with ease.
Staff review: "Listen, I always thought packing cubes were a waste of time, until I discovered the magic of *compression* packing cubes — and now I don't know how I ever traveled without them. As long as I didn't wildly overstuff these, the compression zipper was easy to close (though it does take a bit of elbow grease), and helped squeeze my clothes together so there was zero wasted space. I was able to fit many more shirts than usual, and having everything neatly organized in its own cube made getting dressed on my week-long vacation a breeze. The only downside? You do have to meticulously re-pack everything in the cubes the same way you did for your return trip, but that's a small price to pay for extra space and organization." —Daniel Boan

This lightweight gadget will make sure that you aren't slammed with an overweight luggage fee (ugh) or having to move stuff from your checked bag to your carry-on to avoid said fee (also, ugh). You can also switch between pound and kilogram measurements, and it's tiny enough to easily slip into the front pocket of your plane personal item.
Staff review: "I tested this digital luggage scale out when packing for a trip to Iceland, when I scored a great deal from Icelandair with the caveat that I had to pay loads extra (~$100 for round-trip) for an overhead bag. So I decided to carry a backpack with a vacuum-sealed bag STUFFED with my things in it. Oh and I put something in every coat pocket imaginable. A subreddit said that they'll weigh your personal item at checkin so I invested in this to make sure I was in the clear. It was accurate to the airport scale, and now I pack it for every trip when I fly." —Elizabeth Lilly

The bonus: it's way easier to get up to pee or let your neighbor by without dealing with unplugging headphones or tangled cords mid-flight!
Staff review: "I have this and use it whenever I fly — it's great! Just be sure you charge it before you go. Pro tip: I have found it's easiest to pair your headphones to the device at home — just plug it into your computer or any audio device to make sure the sound works, and pair! Now everyone in my family uses one when flying; once you can use your own headphones, you won't be able to watch a movie in-flight without it!" —Maitland Quitmeyer

There's nothing worse than finding the ~perfect~ pair of shoes that don't quite fit, and this spray is the solution to that problem we've all experienced at least once. This spray is a miracle worker and will ensure that your boots, loafers, and other leather shoes fit juuuust right so you don't leave a pair of $50 shoes in the back of your closet! The process is as simple as could be, too. Just spray your shoes (inside and out, heel to toe), put on some semi-thick socks, and wear the shoes around the house for about 30–40 minutes.
Staff review: "So, I have about three pairs of shoes that have just been sitting in my closet because while they are sooo so cute, the leather was too tight for my foot to comfortably get inside 'em. Did I return them? Nope. (We all know the hassle of online returns, right?) Instead, I bought this shoe stretch spray on a whim. I didn't expect much, but WOW! The shoes that took me a minute of struggling to get into fit *perfectly* now, and zero dollars have been wasted. I tried these with a pair of chunky leather loafers, but I can only imagine what they'll do for my pair of Dr. Martens — the boots known to take a while to break into. This stuff is a must!" —Amanda Davis

This genius invention gives perfectly straight wrapping paper lines every time, and *so much* faster than with scissors. The open cylinders slide over the roll of paper, and a sharp blade cuts precisely where the paper comes off the roll — but without accidentally cutting your fingers, because it's nestled in a safety slot. Yep, you did see it on Shark Tank!
Gone are the days of having to rely on flimsy foam earplugs — Loop's sleek, reusable plugs are a game changer for music festivals, concerts, sporting events, and any situation where noise levels can reach damaging levels. They cut down on the harshness of the noise without blocking it out entirely — at a concert, you'll still hear the music clearly but at a safe (and honestly way more pleasant) level. They come in a handy little case that's perfect for attaching to your keys or bag so you have them on hand at all times, and they come with four sets of silicone ear tips so you can get the exact level of snugness you need.
Staff review: "I keep my Loops in my bag at all times. I go to a lot of shows, and sometimes the music ends up being WAY louder than anticipated (*cough cough* Ariana Grande's recent shows at Barclays Center). Being able to whip out my Loops and immediately lower the noise while still fully being able to enjoy the music makes these a must-have. Seriously, they're a steal for the amount of use you get out of them, especially if you value your long-term hearing." —Jenae Sitzes

Say goodbye to seemingly permanent smudges.
If you wear glasses, you're aware of the never-ending battle to remove smudges from your lenses. And you're definitely *also* aware that using the bottom of your shirt does next to nothing. Enter this cleaning tool: It uses the same carbon microfiber tech as NASA to banish stubborn smudges by ~absorbing~ oil (like fingerprints) and debris, instead of... basically rubbing it all around. Not a prescription glasses-wearer? It also works on sunglasses!
Staff review: "Out of all the unique products I've tried over the years as a shopping editor, this one has gotten the most comments from friends, family, and passersby. This little doohicky permanently lives in my bag and makes several appearances throughout the day. On one side, there's a tiny brush you use first to gently wipe away any larger dust particles. Then, you flip to the *genius* double-sided microfiber cleaning pads on the side to wipe away smudges and oil buildup. Bonus? The case is designed to clean the microfiber pads every time you place them back inside, keeping them fresh and ready to use. I still use a wet glasses cleaning wipe every few days for a deeper clean, but as a way to keep my lenses clear and smudge-free throughout the day, these are a game changer for me and mellow glasses wearers." —Daniel Boan
