Former BuzzFeed Shopping editor Heather Braga has this and says, "When I had my first child, I used the Baby Brezza Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer, which is absolutely fantastic, but still had to hand wash and scrub the bottles before popping them into the machine. This new FANTASTIC model takes that completely out of the equation. I got it before having my daughter, and it has truly changed my life — not an exaggeration. I haven't used a bottle brush ONCE, and she's almost 8 months old! It has six different cleaning modes, but I always use the 88-minute one that does all three features. The only downside is you'll need to purchase detergent tablets, but I promise you it's worth it. 

Here's what you'll need to do: fill the front partition of the machine with your bottles/nipples (or pump parts, whatever) and drop the detergent tablet into the bottom. Next, empty any water from previous cycles from the water basin and replace it in the machine. Finally, fill the top container with clean (I used filtered) water up to the max line mark, then pop that back in as well. Choose which cycle you want to run and, BOOM, you're done! The whole water dumping/refilling process probably takes about...... five minutes? It is a bit bulky, so rather than keep ours in the kitchen we leave on top of our washing machine. It's also worth noting it holds four bottles at once, so we typically need to run it twice a day. TL;DR: It's a miracle machine."

Started giving my baby finger-size foods at 6 months old, and this made foods like avocado, banana, sweet potato, and zucchini much easier to grip. Now that she has her pincer grip, I still use it to make the finger-sized strips, but then further cut the strips into approximately centimeter square chunks. Eventually, I plan on letting her use this (with supervision) to prep her own fruits and veggies as a Montessori mealtime activity as a safe alternative to using a knife. Worth noting: Reviews are mixed, and fit seems to be the biggest factor—some parents say it completely transformed hair-washing time, while others found it slipped off or let water through. It may be a better bet for kids whose heads fall comfortably within the visor’s fit range and who don’t mind wearing something snug around their head.

Promising review: "I tried several things to keep the water out of my son's eyes (he is 22 months old), and nothing worked. He started to hate baths and cried every time he felt water on his head. He refused to tilt his head up so the water would run down the back of his head and instead looked down quickly whenever he felt water, resulting in water in the eyes every time. When I first tried this visor he still cried and moved his head, and water still got in his eyes, but it was better. I have used it for several weeks now, and finally, last night, he seemed to get it. He finally let me use it without crying or suddenly moving his head, and presto! No water in the eyes at all, either when I got his head wet or when I rinsed off the soap. He looked surprised about this lack of water in the eyes and happily played in the tub while I got his brother clean. It takes patience, especially the first few times when your kid moves his head suddenly so water gets in his eyes anyway, but eventually it works. Highly recommended!
