Read More The list of things that The Pink Stuff can’t clean is a pretty short one. As a Deputy Editorial Director for BuzzFeed’s shopping team, I love to get into the weeds of why a product’s worth the money by deep diving into customer reviews, and product-testing as much as possible. Whether you're a proponent of the one in, one out rule (I personally could never, but am happy for you) or are very particular about what you bring into your home, I think you'll appreciate something in this list. From a small-but-mighty WD-40 pen to a switch that'll automate a range of things, I present to you a procession of multiuse gems that'll be worth the space they occupy in your home. Promising review: "Did an amazing job on white crocs! It worked well on the canvas converse, but not as great as the rubber part." —Suzanne S. Promising review: "This is one of the best coffee makers I have bought. I almost passed this up since I don’t think of Keurig as a high-end brand, but my last one was, and this is better. It is well designed, easy to use, and the pot pours well, never leaking. You have options for strong and cold brews, and the time to brew a full pot is remarkably fast. I grind my own beans; this uses a basket filter, and the coffee comes out fresh and flavorful. If I don’t feel like a whole pot, I have the option of brewing a single cup, which is super convenient. It’s not fancy, but it does the job beautifully, is a pleasure to use and clean, and is nice looking to boot. I am pleasantly surprised." —DCR Promising review: "Cleaned three items in less than five minutes. Vacuum brush head and two hair brushes that have three girls' long hair. I can’t wait to get the whole vacuum and rug cleaner bristles cleaned. I had to write this review after testing it out. Design is strong, sturdy, and handles great. Highly recommended." —Rob Promising review: "Item was exactly as described. Build quality is solid, holds my place in the book, and looks great while doing it." —Tamra Get it from Amazon for $22.79 (available in three colors and two sizes). Promising review: "I am a middle-aged antiquer who loves wood and authenticity. This product rejuvenates aged wood leaving the antique finishes in place. It really does just hydrate and polish your wood. We literally were running around the house arguing over who got to hold the bottle as we treated all of the wood in our home. The transformation is unbelievable! We are so happy with it we ordered three more right away and are planning a wine/polish weekend. Everything it touches turns out amazing, from my grandmother's 150-year-old wood-framed mirror to our 40-year-old china hutch. There is not a better product on the market. Buy this, you will not regret it." —K.A.S. Promising review: "I love this product. I have one that is similar for jewelry. I use this in my main bathroom for deodorant shampoo, hair brushes, toothpaste, perfumes, hand towels, rolled up my counter, nice, and clean and clear." —Cynthia McLeod Get it from Amazon for $14.99 (available in two sizes and four colors). I live in an apartment without a dishwasher, and I honestly use that as an excuse to order takeout food instead of cooking. But, as soon as I got my hands on a bottle of this stuff (regular Dawn is my go-to dish soap, BTW), I put it to use on both a saucepan I used to make homemade enchilada sauce *and* the casserole dish I baked those enchiladas, which had a ton of caked-on food. It really does work like I say it does! Like, scary well. Promising review: "Cleaning abilities are endless with this product. Repeat buyer. 🧽🪣" —Shopaholic & Reviews Get the starter pack from Amazon for $16.88. OK, so painting your concrete patio may not sound like the easiest upgrade but if you're no stranger to painting and want a big impact, give it a try! Promising review: "Excellent, easy to use and clean up. My outdoor patio is a little rough, and it took a full gallon to cover 200 sq feet." —RLB Get it from Amazon for $50.34+ a gallon (available in two shades of gray). Reviewers love this because it doesn't require you to "smart enable" other parts of your home, and you can also set a schedule to automate different functions in your home! Also, just note if you want to connect with Alexa or Google Home, you'll need a Hub Mini. Promising review: "This is exactly what I was looking for and had no idea it existed until I saw someone mention it on TikTok! Our front walkway gets pretty dark at night, and I was frustrated with trying to remember to turn on the light every evening and off every morning. I looked into those light sensors you can plug in, but our front porch light is under an awning with enough shade that it would have kept the light on 24/7. This little Switchbot solved the problem. I applied it to the indoor light switch and set the time on my phone. It has worked perfectly ever since." —Alecia McLochlin Get it from Amazon for $29+ (available in white or black and as a pack of three with a Hub Mini). I used this gadget to de-fuzz a coat that I FORGOT isn't mean to be fuzzy. You can read my full fabric shaver review here. Promising review: "Literally stopped mid-use to write this review. I never write reviews, but just wanted everyone who has cats to know that you can save your furniture! This thing is awesome!" —Melanie Abrams Promising review: "I cannot believe how well this worked. I am a CLEAN FREAK, and my nasty bathtub would literally keep me up at night. I tried every product on the shelf, and nothing worked. I literally scrubbed until my fingers were raw and still got nowhere. I sprayed this bad boy TWICE on the mildew stains and now they are COMPLETELY GONE!! I am so happy, relieved, and thankful, but also mad that I didn’t know about this product sooner. I absolutely, 100% recommend, and I would give it 10 stars if I could!" —Mackenzie Mayock "Works great as advertised and I have been a repeat buyer four times in less than a month!" —Amazon Customer I've used this several times on my rental bathroom tiled floor and normally have to redo annually. But it's so cheap that it's totally worth it. If you're doing it on tiled walls or backsplashes, the effect tends to last longer. Promising review: "I installed an expensive soft white tile (if there is such a thing) floor in the kitchen when I bought my house. At the time, it was a new product and it was beautiful – that fuzzy, warm feeling changed the first time I dropped a fork. I have been so frustrated no wanting to rip up and put down replacement tiles. The grout pen made it look new again, I am thrilled with the results!" —K. Robles Get it from Amazon for $8.99+ (available in two sizes). Promising review: "I love WD-40 products and use them for everything. I spray on shovels to keep dirt or snow from sticking, spray around windows and thresholds to deter bugs, clean Sharpies off wood and walls, and, of course, stop squeaky doors. These small direct-point application pens are great. Keep one in the glove box, my kitchen 'junk' drawer, and the house toolbox." —BBP623 Get a three-pack from Amazon for $14.99. Promising review: "This Ninja air fryer and countertop oven has exceeded my expectations!! Since I started using it, cooking at home has become much easier and faster. I love that it combines 10 functions in one appliance — you can air fry, roast, bake, toast, dehydrate, reheat, and more. It cooks food evenly and gives it that perfect crispy texture. It has an XL capacity, which means I can cook large amounts of food at once. The digital display is very easy to use, and it comes with the perfect accessories for every need. I definitely recommend it if you want to cook faster, use less oil, and get amazing results." —Marisabel Arce Get it from Amazon for $379.99 (available in multiple styles). These work on almost any surface: leather, fabric, furniture, hardwood, pans, metal, WHEREVER. And! They'll clean up grease, oil, tar, dirt, ink, lipstick, nail polish, food, and a whole lot more. Promising review: "I know this sounds cliché, but I literally never write reviews. And here I am. I did it. Why did I do it? Because this product is absolutely, unbelievably unreal. I have dogs who pee and poop in the house sometimes, and I use this product to clean their messes. And it is miraculous. No stains, no smell, nothing. It almost works like an eraser. And it works on fabric, wood, rugs, glass. I buy three or four tubs at a time, because I don’t want to run out. This is my go-to for pretty much everything. And they’re really not that expensive. Kudos to the inventors of this!!!" —Jim Get a pack of 90 from Amazon for $11.39+ (available in nine sizes/packs). Promising review: "I've seen several TikToks about this item! And it picked up dog hair that I couldn’t even visually see! Also works good on carpet. The handle is very durable and so is the rake part. The size of the pole is adjustable! I love the yellow handle, too! Makes me find it quicker than my broom! I have three dogs. All shed viciously! Will highly recommend and suggest this to anyone with dog hair issues." —Faith Get it from Amazon for $19.31+ (available in eight configurations). Promising review: "The Ninja Swirl is a great product. From the thoughtful packaging to the appealing design, it feels well-made all around. We have made protein ice cream (Creamifit), traditional ice cream, and even Dole Whip with excellent results. The machine is easy to use and simple to clean afterward. It is not the quietest, but the noise level is comparable to that of a blender, and occasionally a little louder. Overall, this is an excellent product." —Stormy If you like the sound of this but want something for less, check out the fan-fave Ninja Creami that'll help you whip up all kinds of frozen treats for about $150 less. Promising review: "Such a cute way to keep trivets handy for hot items. They seem to be built well, as they have held up, and I’ve been using them for at least six months now." —Wolff Get it from Amazon for $25.99 (available in four colors). Promising review: "I absolutely love this measuring cup!!! What a great invention. I love that I can put flour in, reset it and add sugar, reset it and add milk, etc. One cup is used to measure several things at the same time. Love, love, love it!!!!" —wolfpause Get it from Amazon for $24.98 (available in three colors). Promising review: "These are amazing!! Used them to hang string lights on my patio, and I can’t recommend them enough. Last year, I struggled with hanging lights because I didn’t want to drill hooks or use adhesive on my siding because I rent. These are so easy to hook under the siding. I did it myself at nine months pregnant. They hold really well, and they aren’t an eyesore." —Jojoooo Promising reviews: "These are the best. Sooo much better than Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Won't buy those anymore, and these will last me a very long time. I scrubbed, and they got everything clean and didn't break apart!!! Can even reuse if I wanted." —miguel mendez "I own a cleaning business and have spent a small fortune on the name brand. I clean everything from condo rentals to long-term lease/residential rentals and I have had to clean unimaginable NASTY, I mean 'pics, or it didn't happen' kind of nasty, and these cut right through it. These work just as well as the name brand, if not better, and they seem to last a little longer!" —Keisha Marie Get a pack of 20 from Amazon for $12.56. It can also be used to help discourage smaller animals from hiding under furniture! Promising review: "The toy blocker does exactly what is says it will do. It sticks well to our laminate floor and blocks my son's toys from going under the couch. Only problem is I had to buy two in order to cover the entire length of our couch. I do have to say it was worth the doubled price so I would recommend the blockers to anyone who has kids or dogs!" —amanda c Get it from Amazon for $12.98+ (available in three sizes).
