Premiering On Tasty’s Youtube Channel September 17, The New Series Brings Celebrity Guests Into The Tasty Kitchen For Vegan Food Games And Real Talk

Los Angeles, CA – September 17, 2026 — Tasty, the internet’s kitchen and the  #1 food brand on social, is expanding its original programming slate with Is It Vegan? With LaTocha hosted by R&B star LaTocha, a new format-bending food and conversation series premiering on Tasty’s YouTube channel this September.

Hosted by Grammy-nominated R&B icon, vegan chef, and entrepreneur LaTocha, the series brings celebrity guests into the Tasty kitchen for vegan food challenges, unexpected games, and honest conversations — all centered around reimagining comfort food through a plant-based lens.

Part food show, part celebrity interview, and part talk show, Is It Vegan? reflects Tasty’s continued evolution into creator-led entertainment programming that blends food, culture, and personality-driven storytelling.

The first four episodes spotlight a new generation of entertainers and creators redefining their industries while embracing wellness, individuality, and modern food culture. 

Throughout the season, guests join Scott in the Tasty kitchen to taste vegan comfort food favorites — including Vegan Fried Shrimp, Strawberry Cheesecake, BBQ Pulled “Pork” Sandwiches, and Mac & Cheese — while competing in original games like “Love at First Sniff,” “Grandma, Grocery, or Green,” and “Mystery Splat Art.”

The first four episodes set the tone for the season with a theme as timely as it is delicious: Gen Z is adopting veganism and leading the charge,  and LaTocha's guests prove exactly why. Each episode features a guest who is rewriting the rules of their own industry: creators, performers, and tastemakers who are changing how culture gets made and how content gets consumed.
