Lara Trump has dished on Donald Trump’s sleeping habits. The president, who in recent months has been caught on camera multiple times appearing to nod off in public, sleeps for “maybe three or four hours a night,” his daughter-in-law revealed on the latest episode of Fox News contributor Tyrus’ “Planet Tyrus” podcast, released Sunday. The revelation came during a discussion about time management and Lara Trump’s penchant for cutting it extremely close when catching flights, saying she arrives at the airport at the last possible minute to avoid wasting time waiting around. “I feel like it is almost like a game to me, and I’m like, ‘How close can I cut it this time?’” said the Fox News host, who is married to the president’s second son, Eric Trump. “But the truth is, sometimes that means that I’m cutting it close because I want to drop my kids off at school in the morning or whatever it is.” “But that’s what it’s all about, right?” she asked Tyrus. “Because all you have in life is time.” Lara Trump then admitted: “Now, the truth is, for me, the thing that generally suffers the most is probably my time sleeping. And I know how important it is, and I know when you talk to longevity experts, they’re like, ‘Oh, sleep is foundational. You have to have it.’” “I truly probably do not sleep enough,” she continued. “But I actually kind of find that I’m a little like the president. He sleeps maybe three or four hours a night.” “Now, I need a little bit more than that,” she added. “But I think there are some people that can do with less.” By entering your email and clicking Sign Up, you're agreeing to let us send you customized marketing messages about us and our advertising partners.
