Professional services group Xeinadin has broadened its presence in Dublin, Ireland, through the acquisition of long-established company Hayden Brown, Irish business media platform Business Plus reported. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. Founded in 1897, Hayden Brown is a Dublin-based audit, accountancy and tax practice. It provides advice to businesses, individuals, charities and professional organisations. The company's clients operate across sectors including retail, renewable energy, professional services and entertainment. Hayden Brown partner Stephen Brown was quoted by Business Plus as saying: "Xeinadin stood out because its values closely aligned with our own and its model allows firms to retain their local presence and client relationships. "Through joining Xeinadin, our clients will benefit from access to a wider range of specialist expertise and international support, while our team gains the backing, resources and career opportunities that come with being part of a larger organisation. "We believe this positions the firm strongly for the future and we look forward to being part of the Xeinadin team." The deal brings Hayden Brown's Grafton Street office into Xeinadin's network, increasing the group's operations in Dublin's city centre. Xeinadin Ireland managing partner Sandra Clarke was quoted by Business Plus as saying: "Hayden Brown joining our team represents an important addition to Xeinadin, expanding our city-centre presence in Dublin. "The firm is well respected within the local business community, with a strong track record of client service and long-standing relationships across a range of sectors. The team's experience will strengthen our audit and tax offering, expand the support available to our clients and give their existing client base more services to grow at scale. "The addition of Hayden Brown is a positive step for us, not just in the capital but nationally, and we are delighted to have them on board." Last year, Xeinadin completed seven acquisitions. The Hayden Brown transaction forms part of a further series of strategic investments under way this year. In June, Xeinadin added Fylde Coast-based chartered accountancy practice Crossley & Davis to its network. "Xeinadin extends Dublin reach with acquisition of Hayden Brown" was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
