The NBA is offering us lots of great games to get started, but the headliner is definitely Steph Curry vs. Luka Dončić during Warriors vs. Lakers. Minnesota comes into tonight’s game looking to show off their major acquisition of LaMelo Ball. There is no denying that Ball is talented, but he is a polarizing player. He takes wild shots, doesn’t facilitate nearly enough as a point guard and is not very effective on defense. However, his talent can often overcome all of that. 

Miami has a huge addition of their own, but he is not polarizing. Giannis Antetokounmpo comes to Miami after spending his entire career in Milwaukee. The Greek Freak is a walking double-double with 30+ point potential each night. He is one of the few guys in the league who can get a dunk almost whenever he wants. 

The Timberwolves have made it deep in the postseason in the past few seasons, but have fallen short of making it to the NBA Finals. On the other side, the Heat are looking to rebuild again after trading away Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro in back-to-back years.
