President Donald Trump marveled over Sen. Jon Husted’s “ass” on Monday in another rhapsodic tangent about male bodies.

Trump: I don't do this with men very often. I started examining his body. I looked at his ass and I looked at the whole— look at his hands. pic.twitter.com/6L5WjFY1gC

At a Youngstown, Ohio, rally to boost the GOP incumbent in his tight race against Democrat Sherrod Brown, Trump said:

“I’m standing over here, and I don’t do this with men very often. I started examining his body because I didn’t know he was a great athlete. And I looked, and I watched up and down. And I looked at his ass. ... And then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He’s got these, like, claws. And I got it. You are a great athlete.”

Trump also complimented the “jawline” of Husted, a former defensive back for Division III national football champion Dayton in 1989. “I never studied him,” the president remarked. “Now I study him.”

Trump also suggested that “beautiful” WNBA player Sophie Cunningham would help more with attendance than by scoring points.

Trump: A lot of men like to watch her. Sophie Cunningham is a beautiful young woman. You probably wouldn't mind her on the team not to help you with points, but to help you with attendance. pic.twitter.com/qYkNgUpUa6

Trump has openly admired the male physique in a bromantic-ish way before.

At a New York campaign stop in May, he remarked on the “legs like tree trunks” of “beautiful” Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart.
