Highly prestigious award... low, low prices.

I'm a deputy editorial director on the BuzzFeed Shopping team (I've been a shopping editor so long, I remember when Prime Day was just one day), who has spent the better part of a decade finding, vetting, and writing about products (and deals!), from no-nonsense toilet cleaners to the best mascaras to genius ideas that'll win your next gift exchange.

Prime Day can be *confusing* — we’re using our extensive shopping knowledge and tracking price history to give you the most accurate pricing information and vetted discounts/original prices. FYI, some of the “regular” prices listed on the sides of some listings are true original prices, some (when the best deals are Prime-exclusive) are lesser discounts that non-Prime members can take advantage of. We’ll let you know everything you need to know!

FYI — deals move *fast*. We’ll do our best to keep this post and imagery as up-to-date as possible, but we can’t catch everything immediately. Check back throughout the week to see our latest updates as the deals change!

Note: To get the best prices on some of these deals you have to be a Prime member, so if you aren’t already, sign up for a free 30 day trial here.

For our first-ever product awards, we have selected 100 tried-and-true products across a range of categories: beauty, gifting, home, pets, parenting, style, travel, and more, each that get the BuzzFeed Shopping stamp of approval.

What set this year's winners apart? They're beloved by reviewers, BuzzFeed Shopping staff, and our readers, and they solve everyday problems and bring a little bit of joy to day-to-day life. Without further ado, here are the winners that just so happen to be on sale for Fall Prime Day!

And you can get it in a glowy or semi-matte finish! Plus, the curved design of the stick makes it glide around the contours of your face perfectly.

Staff review: "There's nothing more convenient than being able to whip out a sunscreen stick when you're out in the hot sun and can FEEL your exposed skin starting to burn, but don't feel like getting gloopy liquid all over your hands. I've been able to touch up spots on my face and arms without skipping a beat, and it's kept me from ending the day with a burn. I also love the semi-matte finish and that it doesn't leave you looking overly shiny." —Jenae Sitzes

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping senior writer Emma Lord "I live in a tiny NYC apartment, so making space on the counter for this was a gamble, but oh my STARS, I would have been lost without it. As a first-time, very anxious solo mom who was deeply overwhelmed by the number of bottles my VERY HUNGRY late-term preemie went through, I was both on high alert about everything being perfectly sterilized and also the amount of upkeep bottles took. This bottle washer made everything a breeze. As soon as I hit four bottles, I just filled up the reservoir tank, plopped the bottles in with one of the detergent tablets, and watched all the bottles magically get taken care of in an hour without the hullabaloo of running the dishwasher or boiling water on the stove. I adore mine so much that I put stickers all over it to express my undying gratitude."

Didn't get your dinner timing right? No problem, it automatically keeps rice warm until you're ready to eat — without drying out or getting mushy. And thousands of reviewers absolutely swear by it for the best rice they've ever made.

I LOVE THIS RICE COOKER!!! After years of making just ok rice on the stove, I knew I wanted a better option with more consistent results and less hands-on stove time. And after a trip to Japan last winter and having the best rice of my life every single day of that trip, I knew I wanted a Japanese rice cooker. I'd already recommended other rice cookers from this brand based on the glowing reviews, so this compact 3-cup model was the perfect fit for me and my NYC kitchen. I watched and waited for this baby to go on sale (not as discounted as it is now!), and as soon as it did, I purchased it immediately. If it died tomorrow, I would immediately repurchase it at full price. Honestly, it's already paid for itself with how much I've used it (and therefore how little takeout I've gotten since). I've made basmati, jasmine, and sushi rice tons of times, and every time it's utterly flawless. I've even made steel-cut oats in it, also with flawless results! It's incredibly easy to clean, and I love the handle and retractable cord that help me move it around and store it with ease. And the little songs it plays when you start and finish cooking = a delightful little cherry on top.

Promising review: "Caught wind of this on TikTok and decided to give it a whirl. Honestly, it’s pretty solid! It really makes my skin look tight and shiny, like I just came out of a professional facial. It’s an overnight mask, so yeah, it does have to stay on for a while, which is a bit of a hassle, but the payoff? Totally worth it. My skin feels more elastic, and the pores look minimized, too. If you don’t mind the long wear time, this mask could be a game changer for your skincare routine!" —Nala

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping resident writer Mariel Guzman: "My dogs absolutely love their donut beds! I have three dogs who used to love to jump on the couch, but now they couldn't care less as long as they have their fluffy clouds. They also used to shred every bed I ever bought them, but somehow these have survived, so I think that is a good sign. Each bed is true to size with ample room for your fur baby to get all comfy. Plus, the cover is fully removable, so when they start getting a little funky, you can just strip them off and throw them in the wash. Easy peasy."

Promising review: "Whst a great bed. We had lightning and the power blew and my dog usually under the desk only ran to the desk for a few minutes and then stayed in the bed all evening and quiet and fine. What a blessing for him. We had unusual noises and he was quiet in his bed. Thank you for this bed. My dog loves it." —Sandra shumaker

I bought this set a few Prime Days ago and it's one of my favorite Prime Day purchases ever. I LOVE these containers.

Promising review: "For nearly all of my adult life, I was simply getting Gladware or Ziplock, letting them slowly deteriorate over the course of a few months, recycling them (or losing them), lather rinse repeat. It finally occurred to me to splurge on some good ones. I'm not one to review things very often, let alone food storage containers, but here we are. I've been so impressed and satisfied with these in just a few months that I feel compelled to tell y'all about them. They're super airtight, the plastic is crystal clear, and they've each been through the wash a dozen times with no particular sign of wear and tear yet. Usually by this point, the Ziplocs are cloudy, warped, have holes, etc. But these guys, they just keep ticking. We've put soup directly in them, frozen them, you name it. Worth the extra few bucks to keep a few more items out of the landfill." —Eric Beneau

I have put this lip balm on before I go to sleep Every! Single! Night! (without fail) for many years. It is desert island status. My collection of lip products is vast, and those fancy and fun tinted balms have their place in my routine, but nothing compares to you, Aquaphor, when it comes to serious relief. Parched lips from a long flight? Aquaphor. Tried a new drying lip pencil? Aquaphor. Chapped, cracking lips in bleak mid-January? Aquaphor.

Promising review: "I’ve tried so many lip balms that claim to be “healing” and just end up making my lips more dry and flaky after a few hours. Aquaphor Lip Repair is different. The texture is thick and protective without feeling greasy or sticky, and it stays on way longer than anything else I’ve used. I keep one in my bag and one by my bed — this 0.35 oz tube lasts a surprisingly long time because a little goes a long way. Within a couple days of consistent use, the cracks and tightness were gone. Highly recommend if you deal with dry or chapped lips that never seem to stay fixed." —Danielle Christensen

Promising review: "I was nervous about spending this much for a pet camera but it ended up being great in the end! I love how i can feed my dogs treats when I see them being good at home while im at work. They seem to love it too! The motion sensing is great because it tells you what kind of motion is happening and records small clips for you. Very easy to set up, the app is compatible with iPhone and android and i think it has a good value for the money." —Bryce T

* Slap It (retexturing & detoxifying with caffeine)

* Squeeze It (brightening & rejuvenating with citrus)

* Shake It (firming & illuminating with marine algae)

* Bite It (pictured; hydrating & toning with plant-based collagen)

Promising review (for "Bite it"): "I LOVED this mask. I was incredibly skeptical and figured it'd be more of a novelty mask. I was also sure that the mask would not be big enough to cover my curvy, thicc butt. It's safe to say my expectations were low. Regardless, I was blown away by the outcome. I'm so happy I purchased it. I do have cellulite as well as overly dry skin. As it's summertime, I spend a lot of time in bikinis with my bottom showing, and I just felt like a hydration recharge and a little life added back into my skin. I took a shower, and when I got out, I put the mask on and left it on for longer than the recommended amount of time. I felt the end result visibly made my skin look hydrated as well as smooth. Not only that, but I felt the next morning I could still visibly see the results, so I was extra happy in my bikini that day. I know everyone's skin and shape is different, so results will always vary, but I can definitely say this booty mask is no gimmick, and extra kudos to this company for making a booty mask that covers big booties! Also, side note: The packaging is adorable." —CC

Promising review: "My skin dries out severely during the winter all the time, and I have to constantly use Vaseline to keep it moisturized (normal cream doesn't work on me). Imagine my surprise when my SO tried to put snail goo on me, eww!! I resisted for weeks refusing to use this product as she constantly vouched for its abilities. After a month I finally gave in, and boy it is amazing! My hands feel more moisturized than ever for longer and it doesn't leave a disgusting greasy feel as Vaseline. Take it from a once non-believer, you have to try this. Even if it doesn't work for you, you paid a fraction of what you would've paid for any other name-brand moisturizers." —Kyoko Ozaki

The quality is amazing — the vegan leather is sturdy, it has a lovely faux suede lining, and the magnetic closure actually stays closed. The adorable 'scrunchie' design is such a great way to jazz up an outfit. Plus, it's a great size for daily necessities like my phone, cards, keys, and lip gloss. I own it in beige and in orange... and honestly, I am not against buying (in the words of DJ Khaled) another one! 😅"

Promising review: "I decided to trust a TikTok that I saw featuring these pillows and checked out the reviews here and saw the hype. They are SERIOUSLY THE BEST PILLOWS EVER! Trust the reviews. Took two minutes to fluff up to use and both my fiancé and I are having the best sleeps now." —Ellen

Promising review: "These had great reviews but I was still a bit skeptical. I'm a bit of a pillow snob. These pillows — these amazing, heavenly pillows — are now my favorite part of going to bed. Soft but firm. How does that work? It gives support for me to sleep slightly propped up but I sink into this comfortable personal cloud. Soft, but firm. My head isn't sinking through the pillow to rest on my mattress, but I feel comfortably enveloped. Buy them. Add to cart. Buy now with one click. Stop the research. Here's BuzzFeed Shopping editor Amanda Davis: "I have tried both the OG Mighty Patches and the Invisible+ versions, and I do see the difference! Upon first putting them on, I immediately noticed that they are much thinner and don't have that overall matte look that makes the originals not-so-invisible all the time. The tiny size and the tapered edges really help it go incognito, too. The gunk from my zits did become obvious after a couple of hours, but that just means that the patch is doing its job! I'll toss one of these on before a night out if I notice a little zit on its way in, and 9/10 times it's completely shrunk by morning."

I've been using my Kindle Paperwhite (a previous generation) before bed for years — and after reading for a while, I turn down the brightness to a low level just slightly dimmer than I'd want — after a page or two, my brain goes "Nope!" and shuts off to sleep. AND it helps me not even start thinking the anxious or negative thoughts that *usually* keep me up at night. I got to upgrade to this new Kindle Paperwhite, and the warm light feature is a game-changer. And the page turns and responsiveness of this model are indeed faster — and I can really tell the difference compared to my old Kindle!

Promising review: "I can’t say enough good things about my Kindle Paperwhite — it’s truly a reader’s dream! The screen is crisp and easy on the eyes, even in bright sunlight or total darkness, thanks to the adjustable backlight. No glare, no straining —just pure reading bliss. The lightweight design makes it super comfortable to hold, even for long reading sessions. Plus, the battery life is incredible — I can go weeks without needing to charge it! It’s also waterproof, which means I can finally read by the pool or in the bath without worrying. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to carry an entire library with me wherever I go. Whether I’m traveling, commuting, or just relaxing at home, I always have something great to read at my fingertips. If you’re on the fence about getting one—do it. The Kindle Paperwhite is sleek, powerful, and makes reading more convenient and enjoyable than ever. I’m completely obsessed with mine!" —Amber Goddard

It goes on easy, dries fast, covers imperfections, and hides ridges. Two coats looks like I went to a salon. Lasts weeks, and I am tough on polish. This is the pink, I am going to try the other colors. This polish is worth every penny and now I can go to meetings and look put together despite my habit of pulling weeds bare handed :)" —CarissaKJ

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping editor Courtney Cummings: "I picked up both the 48 and 62 scents a while back, and I can confirm, the smells are so good, I have to fight the urge not to pop the cap and drink the thing straight. The classic 62 just smells like summer in a bottle (think: beach lounging with a bevvy in hand and the sun warming your skin), and the 48, with notes of guava nectar and orchid, has that just perfectly sweetened note that evokes a memory of sugar warming on a stove. Delicious isn't strong enough of a word."

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping editor Jenae Sitzes: "I own the old version of this light (before this newer model released) and still absolutely love it. First of all, it's SOOO easy to put on the wall — it comes with these little adhesive plastic brackets that you just slide onto the rope and then press against the wall, and continue adding them as needed to support the shape you're making. The Govee app makes it so easy to program the lighting however I like, and it's upgraded my nighttime cozy vibes in a MAJOR way. Also, I moved apartments and re-mounted my Govee rope light in a different shape on my new wall, and it was just as easy as the first time (just be careful removing the adhesive brackets, as it can rip paint off — this happened to me with one of them, but we patched it easily). I'll probably come back for this improved model eventually, which is made of even more flexible, softer materials and has improved lighting effects and upgraded bend clips. Plus, they now only offer this light in 9- and 16-foot lengths, which totally makes sense — mine is the old 6-foot version that they don't even sell anymore, probably because it's not quite long enough to make elaborate shapes with. You might not think you need that much length, but once you start creating waves and shapes on your wall, you'll realize it's very much needed to get the full effect!"

I've even worn them at the beach and they've stayed put. I am an A cup, so I can't speak for everyone; however I love these. They are the best nippy covers I've ever had. And the little box is magnetic and super easy to store. 12/10." —Reviewer

I couldn't tell ya how they work, but these balls make my clothes dry in one cycle, when normally I'd have to run two. I also love dropping some essential oils on them, so my clean laundry can smell like peppermint (or whatever scent tickles your olfactory fancy)."

This is the air purifier I have in my bedroom, and I just love it. I don't have pets, but it makes a noticeable difference with the freshness of the air in my space, helping trap the dust that's otherwise floating around. It's also come in handy this summer when we've had so much smoke drifting down from the Canadian wildfires. Cleaning the filter is DEEPLY satisfying when you see all the dust it has collected that hasn't ended up on my nightstand or...in my nasal passages. It's *super* quiet on Sleep Mode and fan level 1, but if you like the "whoosh" of a fan noise when you sleep, levels 2 and 3 are perfect for some white noise!

Promising review: "Folks that live next to me smoke pot. Nothing wrong with that. When my neighbor would smoke pot one of my bathrooms would smell like pot smoke. Got this air purifier hoping it would take care of the problem, didn't have a lot of hope it would work because the smell was so strong. I was wrong. IT WORKED!!!! smell completely gone , maybe my neighbors quit smoking pot. Yeah, right. It works. Works better than I hoped. If you want to get rid of your neighbors pot smell this really works. I'm using the purifier in a large bathroom with a walk in closet attached. Still can't believe how well it works." —Mark A Mullen

I never write reviews, but for the first time in my life, I felt compelled to write one to share how fantastic this product is. It’s the age-old story: girl adopts cat, cat sheds like a maniac, everything girl owns is now covered cat hair, girl tries everything but is unsuccessful, blah blah blah. But this pet hair remover/lint roller contains some type of wizardry that has seriously changed the game. *Chefs kiss* to the creators of this product. Y’all are doing G-d’s work." —SB

Airplane Pockets is a small business that specializes in sanitary, portable travel organization products.

BuzzFeed Shopping senior writer Emma Lord owns and loves this: "I used this on a roundtrip from NYC to Tokyo, both with connecting flights in Canada, and cannot sing its praises enough. It fit all four of the different tray tables I used it on and was so ridiculously handy for keeping track of all my littler odds and ends like AirPods, the plane's headphones, earplugs, a sleep mask, a book, gum, a scrunchie, and little snacks. The hanging end of it easily tucked into the built-in sleeve of the seat in front of me for takeoff and when other passengers needed to scoot past me in my aisle seat. Usually, I feel like a hot mess and get frustrated rooting around in the grimy sleeve for my stuff, and this was such a refreshing solution! Several flight attendants even asked where I got it to buy one for themselves!"

Promising review: "I have taken it on every trip since I bought it. I love it, so easy to just tuck things away and not forget them in the back of the plane seats!" —Kevin H.

I actually used it while snorkeling in Mexico and had it fully submerged underwater for extended periods — no issues! The wrap-around fabric lets you adjust an inner cushioned, supportive frame so it sits in the *perfect* position to stop your head from doing that painful, slow bobbing nod as you try to sleep somehow while sitting up. I’ve also used them for arm circuits since I have rotator cuff issues, and the lighter weight has let me strengthen my shoulders without irritating them too much. Promising review: "I purchased this as a gift for my friend who is a fantastic cook — she uses fresh ingredients almost exclusively — but pressing fresh garlic is a task usually delegated. No longer — Gracula is there for her. She uses him nearly every time she needs garlic (which is basically daily) and months later still makes a point of saying how much she enjoys the gift. I'm pretty sure she likes it better than other gifts I've gotten her, which were more expensive/thought out, and I'm fairly certain it's what took me from 'good friend' to 'best friend,' but it can be that way sometimes. Anyway, definitely recommended for people who cook with garlic and have a sense of humor." —L

BuzzFeed Shopping Editor Amanda Davis says: "So, I have about three pairs of shoes that have just been sitting in my closet because while they are sooo so cute, the leather was too tight for my foot to comfortably get inside 'em. Did I return them? Nope. (We all know the hassle of online returns, right?) Instead I bought this shoe stretch spray on a whim. I didn't expect much but WOW! The shoes that took me a minute of struggling to get into fit *perfectly* now!!

The process was as simple as could be, too. I just sprayed my shoes (inside and out, heel to toe) like there was no tomorrow, I put on some semi-thick socks (just to ensure I had ample room later), and wore the shoes around my house for about 30–40 minutes. As I was walking around, I could literally feel them begin to loosen up.

After about 30 minutes, I took my shoes and thick socks off, and the shoes just ~slide~ on. Easy Peasy. Now I have a new favorite pair of shoes and zero dollars have been wasted. I tried these with a pair of chunky leather loafers, but I can only imagine what they'll do for my pair of Doc Martens — the boots known to take a while to break into. This stuff is a must!"

It also allowed me to involve my toddler in the gift wrapping without worrying that she would lose an eye, finger, or chuck of hair. Everyone that had happened to see it in action had been amazed (I know, it doesn't take much after a certain age) and I even gave my mom one because she liked it so much. I would definitely buy this again." —Ana Karen Valles

Little Elf is a small biz, and this genius gadget was originally created when the inventor was in high school!

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping editor Jenae Sitzes: "I've been using this as my everyday moisturizer with SPF for quite some time now, and I genuinely love how it feels on my skin. It sinks right in immediately and makes my skin look so hydrated (no white cast). I have super sensitive skin, and La Roche-Posay is one of those brands I keep going back to because their products haven't caused any irritation or breakouts."

Here's BuzzFeed Shopping editor Jenae Sitzes: "I keep my Loops in my bag at all times. I go to a lot of shows, and sometimes the music ends up being WAY louder than anticipated (*cough cough* Ariana Grande's recent shows at Barclays Center). Being able to whip out my Loops and immediately lower the noise while still fully being able to enjoy the music makes these a must-have. Seriously, they're a steal for the amount of use you get out of them, especially if you value your long-term hearing."

Price: $27.95 (originally $34.95; available in four on-sale colors) — and shop all the Loop deals here

BuzzFeed Shopping is service journalism first: our writers and editors spend all day shopping so you don’t have to, vetting products, fact-checking brand claims, and surfacing what actually helps in real life. We center readers over revenue, recommend products with authenticity (using real experiences, not ad-speak), and reflect our diverse audience, inclusive of a variety of price points, people, and needs. We cut through fake deals, favor useful info over glossy fluff, and recommend both budget and splurge options with context so you can decide what’s right for you — and still have a little fun along the way.
