Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs isn’t exactly living a bare-bones life in prison, according to a report from NBC News published Tuesday.

The rapper has allegedly set up a cushy lifestyle inside New Jersey’s Fort Dix correctional institution, where he has fellow inmates catering to his basic needs and is said to have access to contraband liquor and a cellphone.

“This is not some normal shit you see in jail,” a man who lived in the same unit as Combs at the low-security prison told NBC News. “This is some rich shit. It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

The Bad Boy Records boss, who is serving a 50-month sentence for prostitution-related offenses, reportedly pays men to cook for him, make his bed and do his laundry, in addition to someone who gives him what NBC described as “Chinese-style massages.”

Sources say the luxuries go far beyond bartering with others to do his everyday chores. Insiders also claimed Combs has access to contraband cellphones where he checks social media and receives sexually explicit photos from an “old girlfriend.” NBC’s investigation includes a photo of the rapper appearing to use a cellphone, in violation of Federal Bureau of Prisons Contraband Cell Phone Act of 2010.

He also reportedly has a supply of premium liquor, smuggled in by guards, which he sometimes shares with a “tight group of fellow inmates.”

“Hell yeah, I drank with him,” a man who recounted drinking Hennessy with Combs told NBC.

But keeping up his plush standard of living in prison isn’t cheap. Sources claim Combs is spending thousands of dollars a month to have associates on the outside pad others’ commissary accounts in exchange for their services.

Reports about Combs’ charmed life inside may have upended his situation, however. On Wednesday, TMZ claimed multiple sources informed the site that he had been sent to solitary confinement.

A representative for the rapper dismissed the accounts as media sensation in a statement to NBC News, saying, “The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs’s life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news.”

“The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence while awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal,” it went on.
