Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt tried to slam Democratic politicians on Monday, but her numbers didn’t quite add up.

Speaking on Fox News, she argued that Democrats such as James Talarico ― the party’s candidate for U.S. Senate in Texas ― are “incredibly disingenuous.”

“They campaign as moderates,” she told Sean Hannity. “They do 360s on every single policy position they have to try to appeal to common-sense, good-hearted Americans. But then, when they are elected, they govern as complete radical extreme liberal lunatics.”

To campaign as a moderate and then “do 360s on every single policy position” would mean they govern as moderates, too, given that a 360 would lead someone right back to their starting point.

Critics offered her a free geometry lesson on X:

A 360 brings you back to the same position. This woman is a damn idiot. https://t.co/YSxj67Yi5T

does she know how many degrees are https://t.co/U7cR34Sxuc

Former math teacher here. Oh my god. https://t.co/9cUCV7kNhX

360 degrees brought to you by the party that wants to eliminate the Department of Education. @karolineleavitt https://t.co/uMRnuckBRf

A 360 would mean keeping the same position. Checkmate, Leavitt. https://t.co/y6XYJojaCf

Does she know what 360 means? https://t.co/1HAyUB7mk7

She wanted to say 180 but influenced by Freudian slips of Republican men she went for the bigger no. https://t.co/Cyom7bVnKv

It’s 180s. And Donald Trump was a Democrat pretty much his entire life until 2015. https://t.co/NTI6sKvjvU

Ha ha so glad to know we are back where we started on issues. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 https://t.co/8o7NQB0TNh

Did.. did she ever take geometry?I don't necessarily mean like in junior high school, but, you know, like *ever*?'Cause, if you like a politician's policies, and they do 360s on 'em, well . . . guess what? That means they've remained CONSISTENT with those policies you like! https://t.co/WPc1XVfrEw

So they…keep the same positions…. https://t.co/gr3fvhkOGG

what direction do you end up in after doing a 360 https://t.co/Ac8mYAjAdp
