Presley Gerber, a model who was the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has died at 27, according to reports from TMZ and People.

“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” a representative for Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber and their daughter Kaia Gerber told TMZ, while confirming Presley Gerber’s death.

According to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records obtained by both publications, Presley Gerber died at a rehab facility on Sunday.

Presley Gerber, who had worked as a model since he was a teenager, had spoken out about mental health and substance abuse.
