MS NOW’s Joe Scarborough singled out Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas as “bullshit conservatives” after the two broke with the rest of the bench by voting to let President Donald Trump’s plan to overhaul how the U.S. Postal Service handles mail-in ballots go into effect ASAP.

Talking about the 7-2 decision during Tuesday’s episode of “Morning Joe,” the former lawmaker said, “The Supreme Court does some things, dragging their feet, that has been absolutely maddening over the last year.”

But Scarborough argued that the high court is “usually 7-2” — “whenever Donald Trump steps over the line and does something that is going to completely interfere with free democratic elections.”

He added, “Of course, Alito and Thomas, perfectly fine with them destroying democracy.”

“And yes, I just said that: If Donald Trump wants to destroy democracy, they’re all in. As long as it hurts Democrats, they’re for it. That’s a great legacy for those two to have,” he said.

Commending Trump-appointed justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, he said their votes blocking the mail-in ballot overhaul showed they were “actually being conservative with a small c — really conservative, not the bullshit conservative that passes for conservative these days in Trump’s Washington.”

Trump fumed about the decision on Truth Social Tuesday morning, lamenting, “This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years.”

Also complaining about the high court’s rulings earlier this year striking down his global tariff scheme and his bid to upend birthright citizenship, the president claimed the justices will “go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful, and damaging decisions in our Country’s history.”

“These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves,” he wrote.
