These men are serving more than just a tennis ball...

I’m the Editorial Director at BuzzFeed — where I’ve reported on TV, film, and lifestyle trends (travel, fitness, and food) since 2013 — and I also post about the latest in pop culture news to my 850k+ followers on TikTok.

If you're curious, there are 128 Men's Singles competitors, 128 Men's Doubles competitors, and 16 male Mixed Doubles competitors. Some of these men qualified for multiple events, so, according to my calculations, there are exactly 230 different male competitors at the 2026 US Open.

My qualifications: 1. I grew up playing tennis for yearssssss (wildly enough, Andy Roddick's coach was also my coach), and 2. I'm queer. Anyway, enjoy!!!!!
