Promising review: “I tried EVERYTHING! I tried tree tea oil for years and various different products. Nothing worked. The reviews were so great on this that I decided to try to cure it one more time. But when you have had a condition for 35 years, you aren’t too hopeful! I followed the suggestions of some of the reviewers and cut my toenails (I only had it on my big toes) everywhere that the fungus was present. I started applying this gel, which is super easy to use. I swear to you that I noticed a difference after one application.” —WIAPilot

I'm not kidding — this stuff is wildly effective. For months, my boyfriend had a lot of impacted earwax to the point where he would have to turn his "good ear" to me when we were having a conversation. After a particularly bad hearing day, I picked up this kit and immediately got to work. After consistent use of the drops, it took about six rounds of gentle irrigation over the course of three days for a MONSTER of an earwax glob to fall out. Y'all, when the big one came out, he had to steady himself because the pressure alleviation and complete relief was that intense. He described it as a complete "rebirth." The next day he even asked if the AC was supposed to be that loud. 😭 We will never be without this in our medicine cabinet again.

Promising review: "I had to review this product right away after dislodging two HUGE balls of wax from my son’s ears. We used the drops three times over the course of two days, and right after the third application, decided to try flushing the ear out with the bulb. I used warm water and gave a few really good squirts, and lo and behold — a huge ball of wax popped out! I couldn’t believe my eyes, and I couldn’t believe how much wax was in his ears!! The other ear had an even bigger ball of wax. It was sooooo gross, but so satisfying to see it cleared out. He joked that he feels lighter." —Rollsy

Promising review: "Wow. Best thing ever. Seriously. I have had tweezers and sticks and plumbers and chemicals trying to get my master sink to drain. The plumber even said I needed an entirely new faucet to get the drain plug part because they don't sell those separately. Well, I have two sinks, a tub, and a shower that all match, so that was not a valid solution. Doubt I can find the same model. So I bought this thing, stuffed it down, and pulled up hair and black muck. Did it about eight times quickly, ran the water, and went right down the drain. Seriously. This is the best tool ever and the best $20 I have ever spent. Everyone with a sink needs this tool. Seriously." —juliejules

Promising review: "More than six years with a large, sometimes painful plantar wart on the bottom of my foot. The doctor tried freezing. I tried apple cider vinegar, aspirin, freezing at home, over and over again...nothing worked. Never showing the bottom of my feet, refusing to get a pedicure with the girls, and so, so embarrassed. It felt as if I was doomed to have it forever; it was resistant to everything. Literally six years of fighting it, and on a whim, I tried these because of the good reviews. ONE APPLICATION. I wore the bandage overnight. I didn’t think it did anything, but a few days later, the wart just came off. I know it’s silly to be so emotional over a stupid wart, but I’m telling you, I nearly cried. I’ve never been so happy with a product in my life. Highly, highly recommend giving these a try if you’ve got stubborn plantar warts." —Liz Dube

Sooo....my daith was obviously REALLY angry with me. And, well, yes — I did sleep on it. Pobody's nerfect, as they say. BUT! My pain was not for nothing, because at least it gave me the chance to see how well these swabs worked!

Over the course of two weeks I cleaned the top of my piercing twice a day with the Base Laboratory gel swabs, and on the bottom I used standard saline solution. As you can see, the swabs completely cleared the bump, while the saline just reduced it in size. Safe to say, these are absolutely worth the purchase.

Promising review: "Best I have found. Adopted a cat and found out she is frightened by large dogs (of course we have one). She would mark her spots anywhere, and you wouldn't notice until the STINK. Sprayed this and the smell immediately disappeared. Checked after dry, still no smell." —M. Swizzle

Promising review: "After moving into a house owned by older adults, a lot was neglected. Feeling overwhelmed by the hard water left in our shower, I avoided it for months. After watching TikTok, I found this product recommendation, and MY GOD did it change my life. It is SUPER messy, so wear gloves, and it’s easiest to squeeze on a paper towel, apply, and then scrub with a wool scrub after. But once you figure out the flow, boy, does it work!!!" —Alicia

Promising review: "This foot peel is THE TRUTH and got my feet right and smooth as butter! I’ve never done a foot peel in my life and so I had a lot of hard skin under my foot to get rid of. I followed the instructions on the box, and decided to put on the foot peel on right before bed. You can feel the peel tingling and working while you have it on your feet so I felt relief. It took about three days after I did the peel to see the results starting. Do not get discouraged if you see peeling only at the toes. That’s just the start of it...because the next day I felt the middle of my foot arch bubble after my bath and a whole piece of skin was peeling. This peel did its job and some more! It has my feet feeling baby smooth! This peel gave me a feeling of being in a salon without the polish. It felt good to pamper myself. This is my go-to from now on, when I want a good smooth foot AFTER a pedicure (because a pumice stone can’t do what this peel can)!" —Shopinista

Promising review: "My feet used to be horribly dry, itchy, and cracked with thick calluses. I started using Baby Foot every couple of months a year ago, and my feet are now soft and smooth. Make sure to soak your feet before using and then again at least once a few days later. I leave the booties on for longer than the instructions, usually around two hours. It doesn’t burn or irritate my skin. A few days later, the top layer of skin starts peeling all over. It’s REALLY gross-looking, so make sure you don’t need to show your feet for about two weeks! The results are amazing, so it’s totally worth it! Calluses improve dramatically with one treatment but bad calluses may need a couple of treatments to go away. Make sure to wait at least two weeks before using again. I’ve recommended to all my friends and family. Seems to work for all skin types." —Mostly Maven

This product is formulated without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, or sodium lauryl sulfate.

Promising review: "This is my third time buying this. It is amazing. It's very moisturizing, and not sticky (many after-sun products are). It soothes and fades a burn. It isn't a miracle but it FEELS like it when your screw up and go from lobster red to light pink overnight!" —Sarah H.

BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord says, "Psst — this spray also does a number on all those other miscellaneous stains in your life, like wine, coffee, soy sauce, makeup, and period blood! I recently bought this to test it for myself, and can attest to how well it works to get period blood out even after you've tried something else. I stained a pair of beloved bright-blue bike shorts in my sleep and tried to get it out with soap and water, but the stain was still there when it came out of the wash. I treated it with this, stuck it back in the wash, and BOOM, it's like it never happened (I panicked before I could get a before and after, please forgive me, laundry gods)."

This comes with a kit containing 10 toenail braces and tools for application. Each brace lasts 3–6 weeks.

Promising review: "I used to be in sports all through middle and high school, and it really messed up my left foot overall, especially my big toe. I was always embarrassed by my big toe during the summer that I’d put a bandage over it to make it seem like it was injured. Finding someone to fix your toe is expensive, and I don’t have that kind of money at the moment. Started doing research on ways to do so, and this one was the best way. It does take some practice, but once attached, it should not move. Your toes will hurt for a day. Like a dense pain. Not sharp. I saw a difference in about two weeks. I’m a month in on the most severe toe, and no more ingrown toenail!" —Sandra L.

Promising review: "I have been struggling with tinea versicolor for over a year now and have not found anything to soothe the itching/pain that comes with it other than this. I have only been using the body wash for about a week, and it’s made an enormous difference! I have tried prescription creams, medicated lotions, etc., but I have never had results like this! Such good stuff. 10/10 recommend" —Blackburn's

Bug Bite Thing is a small business specializing in bug bite relief and tick removal products.

This works by suctioning up insect venom, saliva, and other irritants under the skin, which in turn prevents your body from producing a reaction to said irritant. You can also use it to treat bites from bees, wasps, biting flies, no-see-ums, chiggers, and sea lice.

Promising review: “You need this! I am a magnet for bites of all kinds and carry topical and medicines with me at all times – so I figured this would be a good product to see if it really works. I used this little tool (3x per the instructions) and documented it with photos. Immediately after using it, [my bite] stopped itching! And less than 24 hours later, the bump/bite was gone! There is a very faint red mark from using the thing, but it is a small price to pay, IMO. Bottom line: it’s awesome. I’m carrying it with me everywhere!” —Rebecca

Promising review: "Saved me from buying a new dishwasher! I have to admit that I was skeptical that this product was actually going to do anything. I’ve noticed my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning dishes very well lately, and I did everything I could to get it working properly again, but was ready to finally give up and buy a new dishwasher. I bought these tablets thinking they were designed to eliminate odors, but I was willing to give them a shot before buying a whole new dishwasher. I put one in the bottom of the dishwasher last night per the instructions and woke up to completely clean dishes for the first time in weeks. They look perfect. I don’t know why these tablets work but they absolutely do, and I am a happy customer!" —B. Turner

Promising review: "Best foot callus remover I have ever used! I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing this product. Most callus removers I have purchased in the past were not very effective. So, I was encouraged by the reviews. I saw that a lot of reviewers mentioned being very careful not to leave it on longer than three or four minutes. My feet were the softest they had ever been. Love love love." —Cheri whisker

Promising review: "I ordered this balm on a whim as a remedy for a skin rash, and was very impressed with its effectiveness! After getting rid of my rash, I decided to try it elsewhere and it worked wonders on dry skin areas like elbows, knees, and feet. I was blown away with how I changed my feet entirely! As a dancer, my feet have always been a war zone: dry skin, callouses, ingrown toenails, and athlete's foot (all frequent problems over the course of many years). I was always embarrassed to wear sandals or any type of shoes that would show off parts of my feet because of all the dry skin, but sometimes it couldn't be avoided. This balm has made my feet the loveliest they have been and now I can choose any type of shoes I want to wear without embarrassment." —anengstrom

BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord says, "I started using one of these a few months ago and WOWZA, it really helps you get extra mileage out of your shampoo. I have a whole lot of hair on my head so sometimes it's a struggle to feel like I've soaped up my whole scalp thorough, but this was a very effective way to spread out the suds and really get them to the roots. I was worried it might tangle in my hair, but it was totally fine on that front, too. I've noticed that my hair has been a little less greasy at the roots since I started using it. And I'm echoing a ton of reviewers here when I say it just feels reeeeeally, really nice."

Promising review: "I saw this little thing all over TikTok and everyone swore by it. To be honest, they’re right and I now swear by it. It’s perfectly soft and sturdy to massage the scalp. Works shampoo into roots, helps with dry skin and such. I absolutely love it and I use it every time I wash my hair. I most definitely would recommend to anyone. Don’t hesitate." —Z

Gloves in a Bottle is a small business that specializes in skincare products for working professionals.

Promising review: "This stuff is wild. My hands are stupidly dry because of eczema, but I have a baby, so I have to wash my hands a million and one times a day... so my dermatologist suggested I get this stuff to lock in the moisture from my primary products. It really does work, and it only takes a tiny amount. It dries pretty quickly, so my hands still feel moisturized but not slimy. The bottle is a good amount, but a little big to carry around with me all day, so I'll most likely end up getting a small bottle and refill it as needed." —Jac

It's gentle enough for color-treated hair, and works *especially* well for a deep cleanse from curl products. My boyfriend (whose scalp is home to a combo of textures from 3a–3c) switched to this shampoo after years of using sulfate-free shampoos that left him with not just dandruff, but also a ton of product build-up. After just the first wash, he felt the difference, and after the second wash, I saw it — his scalp was completely flake free. Now, after using it for months, he gets absolutely zero dandruff.

Promising review: "MIRACLE PRODUCT! If you have a flaky scalp from dandruff, BUY THIS. I was about to go to the dermatologist if this stuff didn’t work. Thank goodness I saved myself hundreds of dollars by giving this product a shot. I used it four of five times (over a month) and it cleared my scalp almost completely. One more use and my scalp will be 120% healed! This stuff blew my mind. Totally worth it." —chris
