But the announcement didn’t end there. Rodrigo then turned her attention to Melinda French Gates, who was in attendance and had another major contribution to reveal.

French Gates then joined Rodrigo onstage, praising the singer for using Daisy Chain Fields to bring artists and fans together in support of women and girls.
