Israel’s Chief Rabbi says Palestinians ‘are not a people’ and ‘have no rights’ In an address at West Jerusalem’s Gush Katif Museum, Israel’s Chief Rabbi David Yosef denied Palestinians exist as a people and said they ‘have no rights’.
