I really can't say enough nice things about Brick. I've seen it hyped all over social media, but honestly? I thought it would be just like every other productivity app I've tried, which frankly makes it way too easy for me to turn off. The physical barrier of needing to go to an actual physical location to unblock my phone has been huge, and I'm literally NEVER going back. Plus, it looks kinda cute on my fridge. 10/10 recommend for you *and* anyone on your gifting list who could use a lil' less phone time.
