I've tried a few of their Exosome Shots, and *it is* recommended to start with the 2,000 version first. To play, pass out all of the cards to players and have everyone keep their pile face down. Everyone takes turns putting a card in the middle while saying "taco," "cat," "goat," "cheese," and "pizza," in that order.
