(NewsNation) — Pennsylvania police are looking for a missing and endangered 17-year-old girl who was reportedly picked up by an unknown man.

Samantha Miscik was last seen leaving her home over a week ago, at 4:36 a.m., July 24, 2026.

Officials in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, say she was reportedly picked up by an unknown man driving a green Subaru Outback. The license plate of the vehicle is unknown.

Police say she was dropped off in Lancaster and spotted there over the weekend.

Miscik has autism and mental health conditions but was not taking her medication. Her father reportedly said that he was told his daughter may have met the man online.

The teen has left home before, but her father said she has since begun living with her grandparents in a stable home. He told local media that he is concerned because she has been institutionalized before and is not capable of taking care of herself.

Miscik is 5'4, weighs 125 pounds, and has red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. Miscik has glasses but was not wearing them when she left.
