Ohio GOP Rep. Max Miller is denying troubling accusations of domestic abuse against his ex-wife Emily Moreno, as he runs for re-election to a third term in Congress. Moreno's father, Sen. Bernie Moreno of Ohio, has called on Miller to step down. NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports for TODAY.
