Right-Wing Pundit Predicts Trump’s Downfall May Happen Sooner Than You Think

If you lean left, this will be a-peeling. Conservative influencer Dave Rubin thinks President Donald Trump’s downfall is near and — when it happens — the right will go “completely bananas.” Over the weekend, Sean Hannity posted a teaser clip to X of an interview he did with Rubin for his Fox News podcast in which the former comedian made a prediction about the upcoming midterm elections. “People really better understand that it’s not that Trump has 2 1/2 years left. He may only have three months left,” Rubin said. He went on to explain his reasoning. “If the Republicans lose the House and lose the Senate …he’s going to get hung up in impeachment,” he said. Both Rubin and Hannity agreed that Trump likely “won’t be removed from office,” but “The Rubin Report” host felt that the election results will signal the start of a major vibe shift. “The point is, that the process to end these last 10 years of MAGA and everything that has happened since 2015 will begin,” Rubin said. Rubin said both political parties will be affected, and although he feels “the crazies on the left will be emboldened,” the impact on MAGA will be even more “chaotic.” “Then the fighting on the right …that’s going to go completely bananas,” Rubin said. “Because it’s going to be like rats jumping from a ship, and then you’re going to have all these people leaving Trump and trying to pick up the pieces. It’s going to be complete chaos.” Rubin went on to call the midterms “the most important election of all time” and offer fellow conservatives a warning. “Like I don’t see how it could possibly be more important than it is right now,” Rubin concluded. “We are on the edge of handing the keys to the castle to people who are telling us they want to burn the castle down. And we’re about to hand them the keys to do it.” Recent data backs up Rubin’s fears. A string of polls released in late July show that Trump is having a hard time worming his way out of the dumpster fire that his Iran war ignited. Thanks to the conflict, a vital oil shipping route in the Strait of Hormuz was closed, causing domestic and global economic hardships. Trump’s attempts at gaslighting the public — by saying he loves inflation and that the word “affordability” is a “con job” by the Democrats — isn’t helping him, either.
