Read More Products that just get the job, because in the wise words of Kevin Malone: “I just want to lie on the beach and eat hot dogs.” I'm a deputy editorial director on the BuzzFeed Shopping team (I've been a shopping editor so long, I remember when Prime Day was just one day), who has spent the better part of a decade finding, vetting, and writing about products (and deals!), from no-nonsense toilet cleaners to the best mascaras to genius ideas that'll win your next gift exchange. Ah, summertime — the perfect time to kick your feet up by the pool, in your backyard, at the beach, or yes, right next to the air conditioner. That means we need products that actually work (and work well) to give us more time to enjoy all that summer has to offer. And we're here to do just that: Promising review: "Works very well, takes no effort at all to clean a corn cob in seconds. Especially if you cook it first, the kernels just fall off. Some remain gently joined together, but a little stirring with a fork while buttering quickly frees them. Cleans easily in a dishwasher. Has become a standard tool in our kitchen, since corn is a regular vegetable on our table, and fresh off the cob tastes best. " —Art Promising review: "Probably my FAVORITE Amazon purchase EVER! I'm super hot all. the. time. I was tired of always having to move my portable fan and charger pack wherever I went. I use this all. the. time! I usually do the lowest setting, and it usually lasts the whole day. I'm super grumpy when I'm hot, so this fan probably saved our marriage. Bonus! When it's running, I can't hear my son talk about Roblox or Minecraft. He thinks I'm listening, but I can't hear him. 🤷♀️"—Randall McCormick Get it from Amazon for $26.99 (available in eight colors). Promising review: "We recently moved to a beach area, and we are constantly there. This item has changed our entire lives! It lasts decently long (depending on how much you use it), it smells super good (not at all like baby powder), and it's super effective. It has saved me from vacuuming my car at least 1–2 times a week. And I even use it on my dog's paws and bellies to make sure they're taken care of too. I will definitely be buying the refill and another baggie to have exclusively in the car." —Gabbs Uresti Shakalo is a small business based in San Diego. Promising review: "Got this blanket for the lake and it is great, sand comes right off. You can still fold it to fit in the bag that is attached so I do not lose the bag. Very durable, as I have had it for a couple of years, and the color has not faded. Functionally, I use it at the lake, beach, and just on the grass for a picnic." —William Williams Get it from Amazon for $29.95 (available in two colors). I bought the sleeveless version and liiiive in them — they're so breezy and comfy! Promising review: "I like these PJs so much, I bought a second pair. With the daily temperature staying in the 90s for weeks now, this summer, these PJs are perfect for warmer summer nights." —Aniko Szabo Promising review: "After suffering from menopause night sweats, waking up several times a night in a pool of sweat, these PJs were recommended to me. The PJs fit loosely. The material instantly cooled my body. At night, it pulled the sweat from my body, allowing me to have a good rest. I don't know where the fluid went, but my sheets were not wet. I will be buying several more pairs." —jcwg Get them from Amazon for $24.99 (available in women's sizes S–4X and 13 colors). And if you're looking for other styles, this brand makes tons in the same moisture-wicking bamboo fabric — you can shop them all on their Amazon storefront! Promising review: "I used this soap to do dishes, clean clothing, and wash up in a lake during a recent hiking trip. Can't say enough good things about it. Two ounces will last a good number of trips. Smells great too!" —Spawn Promising review: "This really does live up to the hype. I was super impressed by how well it lathered up with just a couple of drops, even in cold water. The bottle doesn't take up much room in your pack, and it's even small enough to meet TSA carry-on requirements for liquids. This is a great product that I'll be keeping in my kit for the rest of forever." —JB Get a four-ounce bottle from Amazon for $14.99. People love it for their outdoor plants, too! Promising review: "We moved from New Hampshire to Florida a year and a half ago. I knew Florida was hot, but…I bought this so I could sit out on the lanai on the hottest of days (95+), and it did the trick! It provides a nice light mist that you can move in any direction. It’s a nice weight, so it doesn’t move. It obviously cannot replace a swimming pool, but it will keep you cool. My dog likes the light mist and has even fallen asleep while being sprayed! An easy alternative until we get a pool! Buy it, you won’t regret it!" —Patricia Harty Get it from Amazon for $31.79 (also available in multipacks). This is my new go-to product post-hair removal. I used to use and love Tend Skin, but this roll-on packaging is so much more convenient to apply. I haven't had one! single! ingrown hair since starting to use it. Promising review: "I purchased this a few months ago, back in November 2025, because of all the TikTok hype. It's now June 2026, and even though it's only 50ml, it lasts SO long. A little goes a very long way, and I still haven't finished it yet!! I originally bought this to use after waxing my underarms because I'd always get painful bumps, irritation, itching, and overall discomfort. I'd only apply it at night, and by the next day, the bumps and irritation had gone down significantly! Whenever I get bumps, irritation, or discomfort, I use it for about three days to a week, and it works so fast 😍 I really wish they sold a bigger size because the reviews are not lying💯...this thing works wondersss. It's worth every single dollar. It's also pretty good at targeting ingrown hairs, too. It has saved the day so many times & I've used this quite a lot, lol." —Rianna Check out a TikTok of the plug-in fly trap in action. Promising review: "I can’t say enough wonderful things about these handy little bug catchers! They are simple to use, cheap to refill, and catch a ton of small bugs and flies. I have eight of them now, all around my house! It’s a little gross how many tiny flying insects are around…but it makes me feel a lot better now that I have these!" —Chris H. Get a pack of one trap with two glue cards from Amazon for $9.99. You can learn more about BTI, the bacteria in mosquito dunks, at the CDC. When used as directed, it's not harmful to people, honeybees, or the environment in general. And btw, each dunk is designed to last for 30 days and can treat 100 square feet of surface water, so you can also break them up for smaller areas of standing water. Reviewers say they're also great for fungus gnats! Promising review: "We had a terrible mosquito problem at our new house, and the mosquitoes were huge (we live in Texas!). We could not be outside without about 8–10 attacking us, and we did not want to have to spray our bodies with anything, so we had to run indoors. I created a mosquito bait trap by getting a large container, filling it with water, and adding a bog plant. Mosquitoes love standing water! While I waited for Amazon to deliver these dunks, I noticed mosquitoes were loving the water and laying eggs, so there were tons of larvae in there just waiting to grow into big mosquitoes and attack us, too. The dunks arrived, and I dropped half of one in the water, and the next morning, the larvae in there were all dead, and so were some mosquitoes!! And the mosquito population attacking us dropped from 5–10 per person to just 1 now and then!!! The bog plant is fine! I love that these dunks are safe for birds, too, because I recommended these to friends who have a bubbling urn and a terrible mosquito problem. They used one in the urn, and it cut down on the mosquito population, and the birds can still safely stop by for a drink, as can squirrels." —BGuhl Get a pack of two from Amazon for $8.99. Check out a TikTok of the watermelon cutter in action. Note: Make sure you cut the top of the watermelon off before using the cutter! Promising review: "Love this watermelon slicer! Makes it easy to cut the watermelon really fast and with less of a mess. Washed this several times already in the dishwasher with no problems. Very satisfying to make such nice even slices. Works well for large Costco watermelons and medium grocery store watermelons." —G Mom Promising review: "I saw one of these in action at a friend's house like five years ago and thought it was just a made-up memory, because making ice cream out of solely frozen fruit seems wild. But when I saw a TikTok about it, I immediately went to Amazon and bought it. Literally, this was the BEST decision of my life. I still cannot believe how amazing this thing is! It makes the creamiest, best-tasting fruit ice cream ever. It’s easy to take apart and clean, and super easy to use." —DMCKAY Promising review: "This stuff is AMAZING! Literally nothing else keeps tangles out of my daughter’s hair like this does. Her hair is so thick and very difficult to brush; this makes it easy-peasy to brush the tangles out after a swim in the pool. It also softens her hair. When not used, the pool chemicals make her hair very stiff and dry. We even use this every once in a while just because! It smells wonderful and doesn’t make the hair greasy in any way. I cannot recommend this product enough!!!" —Emily Gardner Promising review: "After so many lost bra pads, this has been a lifesaver. Instead of feeling immense amounts of frustration, trying to get the pads back into place, this works like a breeze. It is simple to use, effective, and takes a lot of stress out of life. If you are tired of fighting with pads to get them smoothed out and back into place, I highly recommend this." —Wesley I. Cup Claw is a US-based, family-owned small business specializing in fashion tools. Plus reviewers say they're great for pain from plantar fasciitis, bunions, spondylolysis, and more — ahhh sweet relief. Promising review: "Literally clouds on your feet. Stop looking for better shoes than these; they don't exist. Literally. When I say, literally. CLOUDS... on your feet. I actually put these shoes on when my feet hurt walking barefoot around our hardwood floor all day. I ordered two pairs of these and was not disappointed. I wear these to all of my weddings as a wedding photographer. (Best business investment ever). I wear these everywhere I go. If I could wear them to bed, I would. If you thought Crocs were comfy... try these. They are also adorable. I ordered my regular size and a size smaller and found that they do tend to run a little larger. I will 110% be re-ordering more pairs until the day I die. And you will be too. TRUST ME!!" —Hannah Get it from Amazon for $26.98 (available in women's sizes 5–12 and 30 colors). Promising review: "These have become my favorite sheets. I normally don't like microfiber-feeling sheets, but these are absolutely amazing. They don't feel hot at all, even in 90-degree NYC weather. I am very picky with sheets and tend to get very irritated at itchy, cheap cotton. These are the best sheets I have ever owned, and I get amazing sleep on these sheets. You can't beat it for that price! Will definitely order again." —Caroline M Promising review: "I have been an expensive cotton sheet snob for a long time. But when I saw the reviews on the Mellanni sheets, I had to give them a try. Thought microfiber would be too hot and not soft enough. Well, it has been over 100 degrees here, and their sheets are not hot. Also, I have paid so much for cotton sheets that were scratchy and hard feeling and the elastic on the fitted sheet wore out in less than six months. Mellanni sheets are really soft, and I am glad I found them." —john andenes Get a set of queen sheets from Amazon for $36.97 (available in sizes twin–California king, plus sheet sets with deep pockets for taller mattresses and 40 colors and patterns). I have a similar cooling blanket, because the fabric of my couch is gorgeous, but...gets VERY hot in the summer — they can make all the difference! Promising review: "I’ve never reviewed anything, but this is the real deal. I love it. I sleep hot naturally, and sleeping next to my 500-degree boyfriend is worse. I used to be up all night and would eventually move to the couch because I was so hot. This blanket cools me down and makes me super comfortable even on 95-degree days." —lizzy Promising review: "I run really hot, and I have tried so many various blankets. Well, I am here to tell you, this is the one you need. I live in the southwest, where temperatures exceed 110 degrees regularly in the summer. I used to wake up sweaty every single morning, even with the AC on. Well, come to this blanket and WOW, no more waking up sweating, you can ACTUALLY feel the cooling. Almost feels as if the blanket has a built-in AC. This is the blanket to get, stop searching, and just order it. I promise you'll like it." —Brantley Rockwell Get it from Amazon for $22.02 (available in five sizes and 13 colors). Promising review: "Super happy with these pillowcases — both sides are fairly cool, but the cooling side never warms up, which is wonderful in 110-degree California summers. They do not smell (something I worry about with nontraditional linen fabrics). They do tend to get a little wrinkly, but since they zip up, they quickly smooth out." —Tonia Get them from Amazon for $14.71 (available in standard, queen, and king sizes and 15 colors). Promising review: "I read all of the comments for these and thought it might be too good to be true, so I wanted to give them a try myself, and they are SO GOOD!! The reviews are true!! I put these on some heels [and went to] the club, and they were super comfortable, and did not slip at all! They even kinda helped my feet not to sweat or slip around in my heels as well. Would definitely purchase again." —Les Get a set of two pairs from Amazon for $7.97 (available in beige, black, and clear). Promising review: "90 degrees today and was on the boat partying from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I literally had people asking what kind of setting spray I used because my makeup didn’t move. I love this spray." —TRider Promising review: "HYPERHIDROSIS GAME CHANGER!!!!!! I don’t know how I ever lived without this product. Not only does my sweating not make the slightest smudge, but I even went swimming and still had flawless makeup." —southerngirl55 Get it from Sephora for $32.00 (or $17 for the mini). It's sleek and narrow, so it won't take up a ton of space in your room, and it looks surprisingly cool! It comes with a remote control so you can turn it on from your bed, and the LED lights turn off in sleep mode, so you don't need to worry about being disturbed. Promising review: "Blown away! Not literally. I originally got this fan for my kid so she could cool down on warmer nights and help her sleep. The only problem was... it works so well, everyone keeps wanting to take it away (even me!) We've been using this model in almost non-stop operation for months now, changing the settings, using the remote, etc. This thing works like a champ, even after we've accidentally knocked it over a bunch of times. Anyway, I've decided to buy a couple more of these bad boys. Hands down, stop looking and comparing, just get this and be happy." —Lucretius' Quiet Citadel Promising review: "I am elderly and live in Texas, where we have 100+-degree heat on a daily basis in the summer. This is, hands down, the best and most powerful fan I have experienced. I love it so much that I bought a second one for my sister, who is heat-sensitive. She got rid of the two tower fans she was using as this fan cooled her room." —TJ And like all insulated bottles, it's designed to keep cold things COLD for 24 hours. Aaaand it has a carry loop for easy toting! I myself am partial to the exceptionally leakproof Brumate Era for my at-home hydration, but use this for park/pool/beach hangs, since the pop-top gives much-needed coverage for the straw. Germs! Promising review: "This is THE water bottle you need! Stop looking for another water bottle!! This is everything you need! I’ve owned Camelback, Contigo, off-brand Hydroflask...and this is the GOAT!" —Austin Martin Promising review: "I will tell you that we own every brand of metal tumbler they make: Hydroflask, Stanley, Lululemon, Yeti, and Owala. They all do their job and keep your drinks cold for the day. BUT I was shocked to see that my daughter's Owala that I filled on Friday was not only still cold but had ICE in it on Monday morning!! Owala for the win!!" —Loves to shop Get the 32-ounce size from Amazon for $27.97 (also available in 16, 24, and 40-ounce sizes and 22 colors). They're also available in plain (non-lace) versions! Promising review: "I don't usually write reviews, but I simply must for these. I'm a curvy gal with lipedema and sensory issues, and these are, hands down, the best anti-chafing solution I've ever used. They stay in place all day if you ensure the grippy parts are all in contact with your skin. They feel like nothing on! Also, I've had mine for about six months and have washed and worn each multiple times, and somehow they're still going strong (not as strong, but they still work). I'm not kidding, I've hiked eight hours straight in hot weather over intense terrain in these, and they've not budged. Make sure you measure to get your correct size, but once you do, get ready to finally wear skirts again without annoying bike shorts that add bulk and ride up! Bliss. Please get these." —Kindle Customer Get them from Amazon for $22.99 (available in six sizes and 15 colors and styles). Promising review: "I just used it for five days in 90-degree-plus weather at Bonnaroo music festival in the middle of Tennessee on a farm in June with 100,000 people walking several miles, dancing, and sweating every day. I am happy to report that this product is a lifesaver. My thighs didn't chafe once, and I have big ones! I had to reapply once during the day. I strongly recommend buying this if you have large thighs and need relief from chafing. I couldn't wear dresses or skirts in the heat if I was walking anywhere, and now I live in them because of this stuff! Buy it! It works!" —Carwizzle Caffeine has a number of skincare benefits, including brightening and temporarily reducing the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite, if that's something you're looking to do! You can read more about the skincare benefits of caffeine at the Cleveland Clinic. Promising review: "Where has this been all my life? I have been using this for maybe three days now, and putting it on in the morning and evening are the best parts of my day. The description of the scent as 'pistachio, salted caramel, and vanilla' does not even begin to describe the incredibly decadent smell of this cream on my skin. My skin feels like velvet, and I saw improvements in the texture after the first application. I will use it for the rest of my life. Do not ever discontinue this! I did not expect to be so amazed by this cream, but it is life-changing. Buy it! You won't regret it." —Michelle Brown Get the full size from Amazon for $48.00 (also available in a 2.5-ounce size for $24). And if (when) you do fall in love with the scent, they make tons of other products, including a fragrance! Promising review: "I started off by buying the same style curtains for my sliding glass door, it's where the sun hits in the afternoon, and without running the AC, it creates a sauna in my living room. Well, let me tell you, I bought these more for keeping it cooler in the house in the summer, as running the AC costs a lot of $$$ where I'm at...where even setting the thermostat to 72, we get a $700 electric bill. I ended up buying these, which are the same style and color, for my window in my living room. It keeps the room darker, which is nice for movie watching, and as of right now, it's 90 degrees outside, and I'm in the house in light sweatpants; it literally is keeping it that cool in here (along with opening windows early morning, then closing before it warms up. I looked at my electric company website, and my projected bill is only $217, which they show being $150 less than this time last year! Loved the price on these as well, much better than I expected!" —Karen Get two panels from Amazon for $21.75 (available in dozens of sizes and colors). Promising review: "I bought these sandals before a three-week trip in Europe; I didn't want to pay for Birks but did want something in a similar style with good arch support. I was a little skeptical about the low price, but gave them a shot...and they were the MOST comfortable sandals I've ever owned. I walked over 120 miles in them in three weeks on our trip and never once had foot pain. They broke in so quickly and were very supportive from the get-go — and still are! Highly recommend." —Han Lin Get them from Amazon for $33.23 (available in women's sizes 5–12, including wide sizes, and 21 styles). Just open them, dunk them in water, and close them up (so easy to fill!). And just like regular water balloons, they will delightfully splash the target of your choosing! Promising review: "It was a hundred degrees yesterday, so we got these out for the first time. They fill up with water in just a second, pop closed right away, and do not hurt when you get hit by them! Sometimes they don't open when they hit, but that just adds to the fun because it gets thrown back at you. These are a little pricey, in my opinion, but I will likely order another set because they work great and are a lot of fun." —TKO Get a four-pack from Amazon for $16.99 (also available in multiple pack sizes). I bought this fan (in the pink colorway here), and have even used it several times to quickly dry my setting spray! And it's a game changer on hot subway platforms in summer, waiting for the train to arrive. Check out a TikTok of the portable fan in action. Promising review: "Swifties, you need this for the Eras tour. This fan has saved my sweaty butt a number of times now. I originally bought it for travel to the PNW — the room I was staying in had no air conditioning — but this baby lasted the whole night on my bedside table, keeping me nice and cool. But really, this fan proved itself during the Cincy Night 2 concert when it was 90 degrees and 80% humidity. This fan lasted the whole show at full blast as we passed it back and forth along our row to keep us all cool. It folds up small enough to fit on your clear bag & can charge your phone!! 1000000/10 stars." —Jessica Bunch Get it from Amazon for $15.98 (available in six colors). The liners come with trimming guidelines so that you can cut the insert to your desired size. Promising review: "I love love love these! I’ve repurchased this exact pattern multiple times, but the product itself is great for shoes that you can’t wear socks with, but want to make last longer. I work in an environment where I am constantly walking around, both inside and outside, so these are really great. They also add an extra grip for some of my mule-type shoes. Super easy to clean as well, you just take them out, throw them in with your wash, and any smells or dirt come right out." —Quinn Holdridge Get it from Amazon for $9.32+ (available in two sizes [fits women's sizes 6–13] and four colors). Reviewers recommend using a thinner sunscreen; if your preferred sunscreen is quite thick, this may not work for you. And JSYK, the American Academy of Dermatology Association (AAD) says most adults need about an ounce (the size of a shot glass) of sunscreen to adequately cover their face and body — and that's exactly what this holds! Promising review: "Not just for kids. I told all my friends it’s awesome. Pricey, but better than wasting expensive sunscreen in globs. This makes the sun screening process much less messy and not as much of a drudgery. They even have replacement pads available, so the ergonomic container can be reused indefinitely. Consider one to keep at home and one to pack to travel. MAKES A GREAT GIFT FOR KIDS. They can almost apply sunscreen on their own with little assistance." —Bette Henry Get a pack of two from Amazon for $27.98 (available in six colors). Sooo...how does it work? It's simple: if the sticker is clear, you're in the clear (aka, your sunscreen is working). As soon as the sticker turns purple, it's time to reapply. Then, after you do, it will turn back to clear. Promising review: "After yet another bad sunburn, even though I'm trying VERY HARD to keep sunscreen on, I bought these. First use was at Disneyland on a 90-degree, zero-cloud day. This helped so much! I kept an eye (as did my friends) on the dot, so we all knew when to reapply sunscreen, and not one of us got burned. I also used these on a weeklong hiking adventure in Utah, where it was also in the 90s with an extreme UV index. None of us got burned, so all in all, this is one of the best inventions!" —Catherine Shock Get a pack of 16 from Amazon for $16.48. These photos above are four days apart, btw! Promising review: "Whenever someone I know has a sunburn, I become that super annoying product-pusher friend. I tell everyone about the sun soother! Really, Burt’s Bees should pay me. It rubs into the skin like lotion, so you don’t feel greasy and can immediately put on clothes after application. A little goes a long way! It smells good without being overpowering (and I’m picky about scents!). Most importantly, it works! I’ve had everything from slight burn to looks-like-a-lobster-feels-like-fire, and this sun soother has eliminated the pain/itch and drastically reduced the eventual peel. Even if it does peel later on, it’s minimal compared to what it would be and look like if I had not used this sun soother." —jlgentr3 If you don't want to repot your existing plants, just poke holes in the soil and add! Promising review: "If, like me, you live in a place where sun death rays can destroy a plant in record time... If, like me, you have to ignore 'classic' gardening standards that say that you don't have to water every day 'because it doesn't rain every day'... If, like me, you literally laugh when advice from experts says to 'water once every couple of weeks once established' because that plant WILL be dead if you did that... If, like me, you live on the surface of the sun- buy these. I'm still confused by the directions and the amounts needed per plant, but I'm annoyed that I only now found this product! It has been consistently over 110 degrees for weeks, never below 95-100, even at night. These have saved many of my seedlings and small plants. For me, working these into the top layer of soil has created a barrier of sorts from not only the sun but the intense wind storms." —Curious George Promising review: "I was so worried about my three house plants and what was best to do for them for my three-week vacation, and these were fantastic. When I got home, I was able to take about half of the crystals off the top and put them in the soil of some new plants. I will be mixing these in all my indoor and outdoor potted plants' soil from now on. Great product for the price!!" —BBLuvsSB Promising review: "Scummy water bugging you? I just got this gem of a product last night. Popped it into my hot tub, and from the picture I attached, you can see that in just about 12 hours, this little Scumbug ate up all the oil and filth in the hot tub. The water not only looks better, but smells better too! Highly recommended!" —Mickey D. Get a pack of two from Amazon for $15.97. And they're completely reusable — just toss 'em right in the washing machine! Promising review: "Wish I had found these years ago! I liked everything about this item! I am a 36F and ordered a medium, and it was perfect. I got black, tan, and white and wore all of them while at Disney! I went in February, and it hit 90 degrees several of the days we were there! These kept me from breaking out in a rash. I highly recommend!" —Tkb Promising review: "I bought these for an upcoming trip with 100+ degree, 80% humidity weather. They saved me. Not only were they comfortable, but I was able to enjoy the trip without sweat stains on my shirt. I have washed and reworn them, and they just got softer and more comfortable. Highly recommend." —H Smith Get a three-pack from Amazon for $15.98+ (available in sizes M–XXL and in five color combos). Promising review (it's long, but it's worth it): "Life-changing nip wizardry! The discreet packaging is a nice touch, as it adds an element of mystery to your online shopping experience. It's like receiving a surprise gift from a cheeky fairy godmother who wants to make sure you're always ready for a fashionable adventure. I must say, the versatility also surprised me. From daring backless dresses to snug-fitting tops, these covers have fearlessly faced every sartorial challenge I've thrown their way. In conclusion, sticky adhesive nipple covers, you have earned your place in my heart (and on my chest). You're not just an accessory; you're a lifestyle. Five stars for keeping the peace, preventing unwanted peek-a-boos, and adding a touch of comedy to my daily dressing routine. Bravo, nipple covers, bravo!" —Kennedy Get a set from Amazon for $26.50 (available in five shades and three sizes). They're also available in a version with a tab on top for added lift! Get them from Amazon for $33. And btw, reviewers say the double lining in the torso is supportive, so they don't feel the need to wear a bra. Promising review: "SKIMS WHO?! I am truly amazed by the quality of this bodysuit. They are so good that I have purchased them in multiple colors! I own many items from Skims, so I was able to compare. These bodysuits are exact [lookalikes] for the Fits Everybody bodysuits, for a fraction of the price!!!! They even use the same materials/percentage of the FEC bodysuits. Stop looking, and grab these! Customer service is A1 btw!" —Cat Promising review: "I have purchased bodysuits before that claim to be like Skims, but when I tried them, the quality was really poor or cheap. I was really skeptical about trying these bodysuits, but they far exceeded my expectations. The quality is great; it's super stretchy and buttery soft. It definitely gives that Skims look for an affordable price." —Tiffany Johnson Get it from Amazon for $28.99 (available in women's sizes XS–3X and 16 colors). It's also available in a long-sleeve style, and check out all the styles available in the Smoke Cloud fabric here. Promising review: "Excessive sweat? Stop looking now! I have only used one or two of these wipes the correct way, and the excessive sweating nearly stopped completely! I was super surprised to find out that after maybe a week or two, like I said, one to two uses, I don’t sweat nearly as bad as I used to!" —Rachel Simmons Get a 10-count box from Amazon for $19.97 (also available in packs of two or three boxes). Promising review: "Ok, I don’t write many reviews, but these are worth it. I read the other reviews before purchasing, and they’re all correct. I have ZERO underwear lines. It’s a good-sized gusset (and made out of cotton), and doesn’t end up as uncomfortable floss. They stay in place and don’t move around. I have nothing bad to say about these. Stop looking and buy these." —Emma Promising review: "Absolutely blown away! I used to be a Victoria's Secret panty shopper, mainly due to their sales. The quality of VS underwear makes it so they never last past six months, if that. Not to mention the crotch section of all their underwear types is unrealistically narrow. I bought these as my everyday underwear and couldn’t be happier. They are so comfortable, I can hardly tell I’m wearing them. The crotch part is a suitable size, and the back doesn’t ride up or suffocate my backside. They sit perfectly on my hip bone and don’t need adjusting throughout the day. The material is soft, and the quality is fantastic. Don’t hesitate, buy these!" —Miranda Get a set of six from Amazon for $24.98 (available in women's sizes XS–4X and 10 color packs). Promising review: "I'll admit, I'm horrible at using sunscreen. Mostly because I hate the texture, smell, and white cast. Since hitting my thirties, I've been taking better care of my skin and have begun using sunscreen fairly regularly. I've tried LA Roche Posay's melt in milk sunscreen, which I like but hate that it leaves a white cast. I've recently tried Drmtlgy's tinted sunscreen, but hate the smell and felt that it didn't provide much in terms of tint. My coworker told me about Cosrx's sunscreen, and so I figured, why not give it a shot? I received it first thing this morning and used it right after doing my usual skincare routine. I must say, I'm in love. I love the smell; I love how quickly it blends into the skin. I love how it absorbs and gives you a glowing look, and best part: no white cast! It makes my skin feel hydrated. It's non-greasy, and it doesn't make your skin feel tight like some sunscreens do. This is now the 5th Cosrx product I've bought and tried, and I must say, I'm loving their entire line of products. Highly recommend." —Nia Promising review: "We retired to the Southwest US, which is just a huge dust bowl. I didn’t want to be breathing in the dust, and I absolutely hate to dust furniture. So I researched air purifiers and chose this model. In order to filter dust, it seems I needed a HEPA filter, which this purifier uses. While not washable, they are able to be vacuumed, which I do about once a week so they last longer. Overall, the price for the purifier and the filters was less for this model than others I researched. I bought the large model of this purifier for the main room of our 1200 sf Townhouse and it works really well. I only have to dust every 3-4 weeks, which suits me just fine. I think the purifier is about as loud as a white noise machine, so not very loud in my opinion. My husband, who wears hearing aids, finds it noisier than I do. I bought 2 of the smaller version of this same purifier for the 2 bedrooms. While they are just a smaller version of this machine they don’t work nearly as well. It gets dusty in those rooms within days. I wish I had purchased the larger version for those rooms too. I’ve had all 3 purifiers going 24/7 for 4 months now and the filters are nowhere near the point where they need changing, again noting that I vacuum them weekly. So all in all these purifiers have been very economical to use." —SuesZoo Promising review: "Stop looking, buy this! I bought a higher-end unit for my office and this one for my home. Literally no difference! Buy the cheaper one!" —Keith Get a purifier that can cover up to 1095 st. ft spaces from Amazon for $84.99 (available in black and white, plus a WiFi-enabled version). They're made of sturdy borosilicate glass, so you can use them for hot or cold drinks because any beverage deserves to look a little more beautiful. AND they're scratch-resistant and microwave- and dishwasher-safe. Promising review: "These glasses keep my cocktail cold and prevent the ice from melting too fast and diluting my drink. I live in humid South Florida, so it is really nice that the insulation keeps the glass from sweating. It is the only glass I use for cocktails. Recommended" —Stephen C Marineau Get a set of two from Amazon for $23.99. Bonus: the lid doubles as a strainer, so you really won't dirty any extra dishes! Promising review: "I've had my Fasta Pasta cooker for about six months now and I wanted to tell everybody else who is considering buying one this: BUY IT!!! BUY IT NOW!!!! It does exactly what it says it does, better than I ever imagined. Everything about it is so simple, my helpless teenage son has started cooking his own pasta without making a mess or screwing it up!!! (You have NO IDEA how amazing that is.) We have never yet had a batch cook over in the microwave, and none of it ever sticks in the cooker. You can practically wipe it clean when you're done. Pasta comes out perfect for us every time; never undercooked or overcooked. It's really great when I come in tired from work to be able to toss a couple of servings of pasta in the microwave to cook while I take a shower. No more endless waiting for giant pots of water to boil on the stove (It's ninety degrees outside. My air conditioner really doesn't need the extra work.), no more standing guard over said pots in case of nasty boil-overs. Save those gallons of water and all that electricity you're wasting. Quit spending your life hovering over that pot, go read a book, take a shower, talk to your family, watch TV or buy more crap on Amazon! I just can't wait to see the joy on my son's face when I give him one for graduation...The best thing I've purchased in years!" —K. Byrd Promising review: "This stuff is MAGIC. During the summer months when it's 100 degrees, my eyeshadow & eyeliner would be melted into my eyelid creases halfway thru the day and I was having to constantly fix it. This primer will keep your makeup looking fresh for 24 hours. No eyelid creases ALL day and into the night. Even fell asleep with my makeup on and it was the same in the morning! This has become a permanent staple in my makeup bag." —Katie BuzzFeed Shopping is service journalism first: our writers and editors spend all day shopping so you don’t have to, vetting products, fact-checking brand claims, and surfacing what actually helps in real life.
