Promising review: "I, honest to god, thought setting sprays were a money trap hoax until I bought this. I had used a few random setting sprays in the past, and they never did ANYTHING; my makeup would run down my face as soon as I got in the sun. I bought this before a trip to the beach because I wanted something with SPF that I could spray on my pale, sensitive face (and if it happened to help my makeup stay in place, even better!). I was BEYOND impressed by how well this setting spray worked; my makeup still looked great even after hours of walking around the beach in the California sun. It felt very light on my face and dried quickly; it definitely has a strong sunscreen smell, but whatevs, it does the job!! Will be buying this brand again when the bottle runs out, for sure." —Hannah Coyne

Promising review: "I am super impressed with the Urban Decay All-Nighter Waterproof Makeup Setting Spray! I’ve never tried a setting spray before, but I was heading to Hawaii on vacation and needed something that would keep my makeup in place for very long nights. Especially in the humidity! This 100% did the trick! It was small enough that I could pack it in my cosmetics bag and carry it onto the plane, which was a bonus. It has zero smell, and no oiliness at all, and dries very quickly. I felt very glowy and fresh afterward! I think it’s an excellent value for the money and I would absolutely order again." —Devon McCollum

Fyi, reviewers have mentioned it can itch the first few times you use it, but that does go away.

Promising review: "Been using this for about a week and loving it. It definitely works, coming from someone who has tried everything from Botox to clinical strength antiperspirants. I will say it definitely does itch quite a bit the first handful of times you use it, but hoping that lessens the more I continue to use. Will likely purchase again!" —MICHELLE O'DAY

Promising review: "Yes, yes, and more yes! I have maybe THE SWEATIEST head and hair on the planet. No product I have tried can bring my hair back after doing anything that makes me sweat (which, at my age, is everything). This product works. It literally absorbs sweat, dries it out of your hair, and has a really nice, gentle, non-perfumed smell. Follow the directions for sure, but it works! My sweat head is saved!!! Also gives you some body back after the sweat takes it out of you." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "I wanted to give this product 10 stars, but was only limited to 5. :( This stuff is AMAZING!!!! I'm almost 30, and my face has become super oily — like I can fry chicken on it by the end of the day. For months, I've been neglecting to wear any kind of foundation or makeup. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this a try. The glow it gives you is AWESOME!!! It makes my skin so soft. I'm probably going to wear just this and no foundation 50% of the time. After the Texas heat... And the sun...And amounts of sweat...My face was PERFECT...STILL! No oil... No smears... No pores... This is literally sent from heaven!!!! My ONLY dislike is the fact that you can't purchase this in 5-gallon buckets!" —Jessica

Get it from Amazon for $14.99 (also available in a redness-correcting formula).

Promising review: "Decided to give this a try and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t wear makeup often, but I wanted to try something I could wear on its own that would even out my skin tone without melting in the Florida heat and humidity. This works really well. The before and after pics in the description are pretty accurate. I have sensitive skin, but I haven’t had any irritation from this. I recommend and would purchase again." —Sharon

Promising review: "This is the eyeliner that will NOT budge. It’s to the point that even washing it off with soap is difficult. If you get any on your fingers, you’ll have to scrub it off! Even your natural oils or oils from lotion under makeup won’t stop this from wearing off! Because of this, the brown offers a seemingly natural enhancement that makes it through nights out and all!" —CynthiaHM

Promising review: "Okay, I’m sold. I’ve been using this product for about a year now, and I’m still using the original tube I ordered. A little goes a very, very long way in terms of hold — and it stays on until you take it off. I’m not exactly gentle with my makeup, either. This stuff held up through four hours at a splash pad with my toddlers this past summer, as well as a few swimming trips. Water, sweat, sunscreen, humidity, heat...It was still completely untouched when I got home. I’ll also admit that I’ve fallen asleep with it still on more than once, and it still looked picture-perfect by morning despite all my tossing and turning.

It is extremely sticky, though. I recommend wiping the applicator on the rim a few times to remove excess product, then applying it with a light hand. I also typically use a separate spoolie to evenly distribute the product through my brows, then follow up with a Q-tip soaked in makeup remover to refine the shape.

All around, this is officially my favorite brow product. Ever." —Aries

Promising review: "This is one of the few mascaras that holds up to the heat of summer and won't leave marks above your eyelashes as you're melting away outside. I get the waterproof and I'm good to go for the summer! I'm 58...So, yeah...I've used a lot of different mascaras!" —Skillet Black

BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord is a huge fan: "I am not a new human to the tubing mascara game, and in fact, I readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn't even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the E.l.f. tubing mascara formula blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges.

My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removers have felt rough on my lashes, but this one comes off so fast that I'm like,??? was I even wearing mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate to even write this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needs to know. I'm a big fan of the brown shade (which is what I'm wearing above!), but it also comes in black and soft black."

Promising review: "Very Happy! The e.l.f. Stay Cool Primer Stick feels amazing on the skin — light, refreshing, and hydrating. The cooling sensation makes it perfect for mornings or hot days. It smooths my skin and helps makeup apply evenly and last longer. I love that it’s infused with aloe water and is both vegan and cruelty-free. Excellent quality for the price — I’ll definitely repurchase!" —Kindle Customer

Fellow BuzzFeed Shopping writer, Gabriela Manjarrez, knows a thing or two about this beauty gem and says, "Honestly, I don't think TirTir is ever getting rid of me. I have a particularly oily T-zone, and I've noticed that this setting spray truly does help control excess sebum and keeps my forehead from looking like a glazed donut. It also leaves a natural, satin finish with a soft sheen, which I LOVE. As someone who is way too lazy for touch-ups when I'm out and about, I appreciate that my glam stays locked👏 in👏 with this."

Promising reviews: "I swear to you, this stuff is magical. My makeup never budges when I use this, and I don’t have to use that much. You can take it off with micellar water pretty easily, but I’m telling you, I ugly-cried over this over my makeup, and it stayed. the. same. It’s the best. It also has the nicest bottle; it sprays really evenly over your face, and if it has any flaw, it’s probably that it makes your makeup a little too dewy, but I usually use a little powder over the parts of my face I don’t want to be highlighted, and it works like a gem. Also definitely blurs my makeup very well. 10/10 would recommend!!!!" —Jennifier Moore

"I've fallen in love with this setting spray. It leaves the skin looking fresh, not shiny. It locks in makeup. The nozzle provides a very fine mist. I think it's replaced my Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray." —Michelle

Promising review: "I used this product on my 10-year-old son. He sweats A LOT on his hands. He would tell me that he was embarrassed at school and he had problems making friends. My son told me he had never shaken a hand outside of mine before in his life...it broke me. As a father, I knew I had to fix this. I set an appointment with his doctor and got nowhere. The doctor said it's normal and should go away in the coming years. I asked about surgery, and they said it would be around $10,000, so I started saving. A couple of weeks went by, and I came across this product. I asked my son if he was OK with trying it, and he said yes, desperately. We put it on, and his hands are completely dry now. When it worked, he started practicing shaking hands and high-fives with his brother. It's been two weeks now, and it is working AMAZING." —Hector Lorenzo

Promising review: “Works amazing. Doesn’t really have an odor and helps keep me dry and from getting rashes under and around my boobs from my bras and bathing suits. Promising review: "I purchased this product before going on our babymoon. We traveled to Cabo, Mexico, and I felt like it worked exceptionally well in the heat. I even stayed on from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a boat excursion. I did have to reapply after getting in the water, but it wasn't a big deal, since I also had to reapply sunscreen. It glides on easily, is very comfortable, and isn’t sticky. It is mess-free, doesn’t smell weird, and is definitely worth the money. I have used it for other trips since then (my husband even asks to use it!) I would highly recommend purchasing, especially for vacation! 🙌🏻" —Jenn

I have tried many powders through the years I always come back to Laura. I love how it feels; it glides so smoothly on the skin, doesn't cake, fades right into the skin, and just looks so fabulous. It's perfect for everyday wear, and the formula is so easy to blend. It has a soft, dewy finish that doesn't feel greasy, and it stays put all day. Promising review: "I have been using this primer for two years, and I love it. I’m a teacher, and sometimes I have really long days, and my eyeliner and eye shadow stay intact with this primer. We recently came back from a trip to Japan, and it was hot and humid there and This primer worked really well. My eyeliner stayed on all day despite sweating profusely from the heat and humidity. Thank you for this amazing product! And it really does what it promises — a little goes a long way." —Amazon Customer

Promising reviews: "I absolutely love this sunscreen. I'm always wary of 'for everyone' tinted products because they aren't usually made with us in mind. But this one hits the mark. It looks amazing on my brown skin. Non-streaky, no white cast. It gives my skin a subtle shimmer. The video and pictures are in direct sunlight, so you can see the product in full effect. For reference, I have combination, thirtysomething-year-old skin. Glowscreen is officially in my skincare rotation." —Lovely91

"I really like this sunscreen! It doesn’t irritate my skin. The tint is very light, but it’s easy to add some bronzer over it to add more color. Also, I notice it doesn’t get all weird when my face sweats as a foundation would." —Sabrina Brown

Promising review: "For anyone who might be skeptical, please allow me to put you at ease. If you have hyperhidrosis, meaning it can be 9 degrees outside and you're still sweating under your arms, this product has the potential to change your life. I would sweat THROUGH a sports coat before noon. Enter: the SweatBlock product. I've had it for three weeks, and it is life-changing. I DO NOT sweat under my arms anymore. I'm still on the original box that I bought three weeks ago. I had to write a review after I was cleaning the garage today in 85-degree heat. I was sweating through my shirt on my back — BUT NOT MY UNDERARMS. It is amazing!" —Frosty McGee

Promising review: "I have super oily skin and am always looking for something to help control it during the day. The linen squares are good, but you have to keep them around (and keep replacing them), and they end up in the landfill. This little contraption really works, and I just rinse it at the end of the day and start over the next day. I kept one on my desk and bought a second for my purse. This is magic for my shiny skin, especially on camera in my hours of Zoom every day." —Jennifer Helseth
