The United States Park Police is looking for the public's help in identifying a woman seen on camera near the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool with her hand in the water apparently pulling up an object. Several people have been arrested in recent days for allegedly vandalizing the historic landmark while it has been plagued with algae and peeling pain issues.
