Coffeemakers sold at Amazon, Walmart recalled over reported burn injuries

(NewsNation) — More than 17,000 coffeemakers have been recalled following reports of first and second-degree burns. The Kidisle-branded hot and iced coffee machines were sold online at Amazon, Walmart and eBay from June 2024 to April 2026 for $49, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Alfredo sauce sold in 41 states recalled over salmonella concerns CPSC said some coffeemakers may become clogged, causing hot liquid or steam to release unexpectedly. The agency has received 107 reports of such incidents, including at least 27 injuries that resulted in first and second-degree burns requiring medical treatment. Consumers are advised to stop using the coffeemakers and contact Kidisle for a refund. The affected products have “KC101B” printed on the bottom. Frozen pizza product recalled in 21 states: FDA “Consumers will be asked to destroy the coffeemaker by unplugging and cutting the power cord,” CPSC said.
