Khloé Kardashian revealed this week that she persuaded her ex, Tristan Thompson, to get a vasectomy.

The reality TV star, 41, shared that she asked the former NBA player, 35, to go under the knife while interviewing him on Thursday’s episode of her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast.

“Do you wanna have more kids in the future?” the “Kardashians” star asked Thompson, the father of her children True and Tatum.

“I think I signed off for two embryos,” he replied. “So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. Don’t want no more.”

The former Cleveland Cavalier also shares son Prince with his ex Jordan Craig and son Theo with Maralee Nichols.

“And who helped you fix that decision? That was me,” Kardashian teased with a smile, telling listeners, “Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me.”

“What? Getting neutered?” Thompson asked, before joking, “Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table.”

“Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision,” Kardashian added before she noted that Thompson has been a “little hardheaded at times.”

Moments before, Kardashian confirmed that he had legally signed over the rights to his embryos to her.

“No more kids, unless it’s coming from Khloé’s embryos,” Thompson said.

Kardashian also revealed that she set up a contingency plan for her ex and his possible future partner.

“We saved sperm because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn’t have kids, and you wanna do that?’ ” Kardashian explained. “So we did that. Because you could also reverse it.”

“No. I’m not, no. I’m not laying down on that table again,” Thompson responded.

Kardashian and Thompson began dating in September 2016 and had an on-again, off-again relationship plagued by cheating scandals involving the basketball star until 2021.

Speaking on her co-parenting relationship with Thompson during a July 2025 episode of her podcast, Kardashian said there’s “no drama” on that front.

“Him and I are seamless co-parents. I’m really grateful for that,” she said. “Tristan trusts me as a mom, so I don’t get a lot of pushback ... he just knows that I’m not going to do anything to harm the kids.”
