UK PM Keir Starmer vows stronger performance as calls for resignation grow

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says he will prove ‘doubters’ wrong, as he faces growing calls to resign after disastrous local election results for Labour. 

He has vowed to ‘put Britain at the heart of Europe’ and to nationalise key company, British Steel.
