It’s time to try out this fast-acting foot peeling spray before you live in sandals for the season. As a Deputy Editorial Director for BuzzFeed’s shopping team, I love to get into the weeds of why a product’s worth the money by deep diving into customer reviews, and product-testing as much as possible. If you're going to spend your hard-earned cash on something, it needs to be worth your money. And the time it took to earn said money! Like they say, time is money, money is power, and power is pizza. So I'm saving you a little bit of time and effort by highlighting some products that do their job and do it well. Promising review: "Alright… let me give you the lowdown on what an amazing product this is. I’m not lying when I say it does EXACTLY what it says it’s supposed to do. I bought the tube eight months ago, and I use it daily. A pea-sized amount is perfect for my neck area. The tube lasts a long time. I still have some left and bought it again. It’s scentless and rubs in quickly and smoothly, leaving no greasy feeling behind whatsoever. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but figured I’d give it a try. I always hated my hangy double chin. After eight months, I have the tightest, most beautiful neck. Dude, I have a new neck! I am delighted!! I think I paid like $12 for it at the time. Worth it!!! I will use this stuff every day for the rest of my life. Goldbond makes amazing products." —Gloria Betters Get it from Amazon for $11.97 (also available in a two-pack). It can be used on leather shoes, accessories, interiors, furniture, upholstery, saddles, jackets, and tack. Promising review: "I use this for my everyday boots as well as my dress shoes. I'm not always gentle with my boots and I thought I had ruined them the other day (worn out color, scuffs all over), but I cleaned the muck off, gave them a brushing, then applied this leather honey, and after letting it sit, my boots look almost like the day I bought them! It keeps the leather supple and restores color. You only need to use a small amount per use!" —David Horning Get it from Amazon for $18.99+ (available in three sizes; clip the coupon for this price). My colleague Heather Braga is a huge fan: "The color-adaptive formula is designed so one of four shades will work on any skin tone. I've personally tested this out, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. As a mom of two, I gotta just say I am TIRED. So tired that I'm not sure what my face even looks like without bags under my eyes — that is, unless I've got the Catrice "Instant Awake" on. A little really goes a long way and has great coverage. I wore it throughout my sister's wedding weekend in Aruba, and despite the heat, it stayed perfectly in place. An incredible product for an even more incredible price...10/10 from me." Promising review: "Girlies with dark under-eyes, probs like myself, need to have a brightener! I used to spend $40 on Becca. This one is better, in my opinion!!" —Caitlin Newcomb "This is my second time buying this product. First one lasted many months. It's perfect for hiding dark circles. I find that it works better than the high-end brands." —Mari Cortes Get it from Amazon for $6 (available in four shades). My colleague Emma Lord (who's a fan of the original) has and loves this: "I bought this because I crave that Black Honey and will buy it until the day I die, but I am always paranoid of losing it, so I almost never let it leave my bag. I have tried probably five or six "almost" versions of Black Honey that came close, but this one genuinely spooked me. It has the same easy glide, same buildability, and the same refreshingly hydrating effect. It was a two-pack so I gave one to my BFF, another Black Honey fan, who also could not detect the difference!" Promising review: "Better than Clinique! I bought this one on a whim but never liked the real Black Honey Almost Lipstick by Clinique, since it tends to run red on me. This shade, in my opinion, is exactly what Black Honey SHOULD be, as it looks more like Black Honey in pictures. For the price, it can’t be beat, so I’m buying more." —HAC Get two from Amazon for $9.99 (also available in the pink honey version, and in a two-pack that mixes both!). Promising review: "I bought this so that I would not have to use energy to scrub my tub and shower. It may not seem like a lot of energy but for somebody who has a chronic illness and is a clean freak, it's a lifesaver!" —Amazon Customer Get it from Amazon for $19.39 (available in two sizes, two scents, and a two-pack). Promising review: "I have been a professional dog groomer for over 35 years and this stuff does what it says it will. Even on the most coarse coats it turns it into a thing of beauty; any mats almost fall out. This is a whole new world for me. Who says you can't teach old dogs new tricks? This old dog just learned one." —sandra k. steele Get it from Amazon for $14.99 (or Subscribe & Save for $14.24/three months). Its seven-oil blend (Moroccan argan, olive, coconut, apricot, Marula, jojoba, and camellia oil) promises to reduce your hair-drying time and provide heat protection up to 450 degrees. Promising review: "Literally, the best hair product you can possibly get that is affordable and doesn’t leave your hair greasy — it makes it shiny and super soft. After I get out of the shower when my hair is still damp I put some on my ends and work the rest up into the top of my head. Sometimes I blow my hair dry after I get out of the shower and put it on and then after I blow dry I put it on some more, and it looks absolutely beautiful — no greasy hair here. My hair type is fine and gets oily really fast and yet somehow this product tames it a bit and keeps it looking healthy for days! Will purchase again and again!!!" —Tara Klein Get it from Amazon for $18.99+ (available in two sizes, a mist style, and four other formulas). Promising review: "I'm a clean freak with hard water, and this stuff took off the build-up like magic. I would recommend using a slightly damp scratch pad. It takes a little elbow grease, but I have tried a ton of products, and this one is the only one that worked!" —Lori Promising review: "This product delivers exactly as promised and is incredibly easy to use. I suffer from dry skin and often apply various products to soften my feet. With this, I simply spray it on and immediately massage it in with my hands. The dead skin comes off effortlessly. There's no waiting time, and it's gentle on the skin. It leaves my feet feeling exceptionally soft. This has quickly become my new favorite thing." —KimT Promising review: "For those not fully familiar with how it works, what it's accomplishing is trying to surround your liquid with as much ice-behind-metal as possible. So, it has a center chamber of ice behind the metal, then an outer chamber of ice. The inner chamber fits inside the outer with about a cup's worth of space that's between the inner and outer chamber. This exposes your liquid to the greatest surface area of super-cold metal that they can, and since your liquid is only touching metal, and not the ice itself, it doesn't matter the temperature of the liquid poured in. You can pour in boiling water and while it may end up melting a bunch of the ice behind the metal, none of that water will mix with your drink. So, whether you're chilling a wine, dropping hot coffee to cool it off, or just wanting to rapidly drop the temp of that fresh lemonade you made without making it watery, this will get that done." —P. Ericksen Get it from Amazon for $21.24+ (available in five colors). You can use each pen ~20 times and should expect your teeth to lighten 4–8 shades. I'm currently working my way through one of these pens! Promising review: "I have only used the two original pens that I purchased and can already see an improvement. I am older than 60 and drink coffee daily and red wine weekly." —vicki houska Promising review: "These are great. They wash well, they are very soft, and so thin you can't even see them if you have a tight dress or skirt on. No issues with shrinking. I love them." —jill ann krajewskidolores Get a six-pack from Amazon for $11.99+ (available in sizes XS–XXL and 15 color combinations). Promising review: "LOVE this bra so much! It is very, very soft, and the padding feels very natural. Bonus — it comes with a band extender, so if you're between sizes, I would recommend sizing down for the band, as you can use the extender if needed. The deep-V means it will work under lower-cut tops — which is what I was specifically looking for. I will definitely be buying more of this bra in other colors." —G.H. Cangahuala Get it from Amazon for $18.99+ (available in sizes XS–3X, including plus sizes, and 20 colors). Promising review: "I'm a groomer. I have two different tubs. They both have different 'waste holes.' One is a perfect fit, the other isn't. The TubShroom still manages to collect the bulk of the hair." —Obi Get it from Amazon for $12.99 (available in five colors). Promising review: "Took this on my first cruise. Anytime that I started to feel woozy I’d reach for it. I’m sure the required act of deep breathing helped a lot — and breathing in the fragrance of the essential oil is very calming and effective. Worked for me! Wonderful!" —Willy&Lilly "It's like taking a big breath from a bottle of Vicks VapoRub. Really convenient. I like it so much I bought it again." —Alicia Richards Get a pack of two from Amazon for $12.99 (also available in a pack of four). Good Molecules is a small business that specializes in affordable skincare products. Promising review: "I never write reviews, but this eye cream has made a difference on my under eyes! I’ve only been using it for a week and I would definitely recommend it. I’ve bought several eye creams (expensive brands) and never noticed a difference as fast as I’ve seen using this product." —Natalie Klassy Network is a woman-owned small biz that specializes in clothing with built-in bras. We're HUGE fans of them at BuzzFeed Shopping and I adore a now-sold-out halter top. Promising review: "I cannot say enough good things about this shirt and brand!! I’ve already purchased six different tops and plan to buy lots more!" —Haley B. Get it from Klassy Network for $37.80 (available in sizes XXS–3XL and four other colors). Check out a TikTok of the foaming pink drain cleaner in action. One reviewer said it cleaned five sinks with one bottle! Promising review: "Wow! I don't think I've ever been more excited to use a cleaning product before. Who knew you could get so much satisfaction from a drain cleaner. I could probably make an ASMR video and post it, as it is that satisfying! Even though I had to angle this over my sink drain, to avoid the low faucet, it worked perfectly. The foam went down the drain and up through the overflow, bringing lots of black, yucky gunk with it. I have used lots of drain cleaners before, but not one that actually came up through the overflow. I'd never even considered what stuff was in there. It did a great job of cleaning everything out and it left the sink smelling fresh and clean as well." —Amazon Customer Check out a TikTok of the E.l.f. tubing mascara in action. I can confirm that it STAYS put on my lashes until I want it gone. (Even the best of waterproof mascaras make me look like a raccoon after a few hours.) Then, it's super easy to remove the "tubes" with a few gentle swipes. I'll be buying this stuff again and as long as they make it. Here's Emma's review that convinced me: "I am not a new human to the tubing mascara game, and in fact readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn't even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the E.l.f. tubing mascara formula blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges. My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removals have felt rough on my lashes, but this comes off so fast that I'm like ??? was I even wearing mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate even writing this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needed to know. I'm a big fan of the brown shade (which is what I'm wearing above!), but it also comes in black and soft black." Get it from Amazon for $8 (available in three shades). Reviewers have successfully used this on fences, mesh outdoor chairs, Sunbrella chair cushions, decks, vinyl siding, and cedar siding. Promising review: "I first used this product about two years ago on the awning on my RV. That awning was so bad that I thought I was going to have to replace it. After using this Scott's product as directed, the mold and mildew completely disappeared. This product definitely works and it works GREAT! What more can I say — it saved me nearly $500." —R. Latreille Promising review: "I love WD-40 products and use them for everything. I spray on shovels to keep dirt or snow from sticking, spray around windows and thresholds to deter bugs, clean Sharpies off wood and walls, and, of course, stop squeaky doors. These small direct-point application pens are great. Keep one in the glove box, my kitchen 'junk' drawer, and the house toolbox." —BBP623 Get a three-pack from Amazon for $12.49. I invested in one of these delicious cartons after reading my colleague Emma Lord rave about it. It's super salty, super buttery, and like, probably something you shouldn't eat every day. But boy is it a total TREAT. Promising review: "I am a person who will make myself sick eating buckets of popcorn (I have no self control). This has by far been my favorite 'TikTok made me buy' item. My at-home popcorn is now my favorite thing to make and I don't need to go the theater for popcorn. Very much worth the purchase and this will last me such a long time." —S Martinez Made with a bamboo handle and powder-coated steel, it uses a simple lever system to made weeding easy. Grampa's Weeder is a small biz. Promising review: "Oh my god, I friggin' love this tool. I bought this on a whim given we bought our first house and know nothing about caring for a yard. Boy has it come in handy. Our new house had a ton of weeds in the front yard and this tool helped me get most of them out in no time. In fact, the process of yanking out the weed was strangely satisfying! I don't think anyone can say that weeding is fun but this tool made it as close to fun as you can get, especially when you see a long root along with the weed you pulled." —JG My colleague Sally Elshorafa invested in this tool and LOVES it: "After moving to the East Coast, I quickly learned that the stone pathways around my home are basically a spa retreat for moss and weeds. The cracks collect moisture, trap organic debris, and offer *just* enough shelter to help unwanted greenery flourish, especially with all the shade and rain we get. I didn't want my outdoor space to turn into a jungle, so I grabbed this tool and got to work. It's weirdly satisfying — kind of like flossing, but for your stone paths. The bent tip slides right into the cracks and pulls weeds out from the root, which helps keep them from coming back anytime soon. I've used it on my pathways, driveway, and anywhere else something tries to sprout where it shouldn't. The handle is comfortable, and it doesn't take much effort to use. It's quickly becoming one of my favorites. If you've got hardscaping, you need this in your toolkit." Promising review: "Since I refuse to use chemicals in my yard, I've been left with scraped knuckles every time I attempted to remove weeds. The weeds have grown so tightly in the concrete cracks that I pretty much gave up, even weed whacking it didn't help much. Yes, you do have to use a little bit of effort, but the end result was so worth it! I've attached a photo of the before and after." —Shelley Arakaki Promising review: "Cleaned three items in less than five minutes. Vacuum brush head and two hair brushes that have three girls' long hair. I can’t wait to get the whole vacuum and rug cleaner bristles cleaned. I had to write this review after testing it out. Design is strong, sturdy, and handles great. Highly recommended." —Rob Hope's is a small business based in Missouri that makes cleaning supplies. My colleague Maitland Quitmeyer has this and LOVES it: "I bought this for my white porcelain kitchen sink and I've since texted five people about it, which is really a lot for such a boring grown-up product. It cleans beautifully, but the *best* thing about it is its ability to repel stains after cleaning. You know that thing when you rinse out your coffee cup and the coffee water just lingers in your sink and you have to purposefully rinse it out for two minutes? You don't have to do that — the coffee can't stick to the sink and just goes RIGHT down the drain. Time saved, sink clean — this is really a Virgo dream product right here." Promising review: "I have tried numerous products for my stainless steel sink and appliances. My sink was looking terrible; nothing I used seemed to work. Then I tried this product and WOW, am I impressed. My sink looks like new. My appliances also look great. It's very easy to use and does an excellent job." —Book Worm Get it from Amazon for $9.95+ (available in two sizes). Promising review: "I have a golden retriever and the shedding is out of control. My fabric sofa is constantly covered in hair and I finally decided to try this after reading an article about popular TikTok products. The reviews do not lie, this thing works magic!! I wish I had taken a before and after picture because the difference is noticeable. I watched the video tutorial before I tried it to ensure I was using it properly and everything he says is true, you do really have to put your arm to work with vigorous back and forth movement! However, I find it's a great arm workout and it works wonders." —Joanne Ertel Get it from Amazon for $23.99+ (available in four colors). Promising review: “If you use St. Tropez tan products or any fake tanner, do yourself a favor and try this. This stuff is AWESOME. Dries quickly, lasts longer, does NOT make your skin stinky, applies evenly, and you get a fair amount of product!! Other tanners I’ve used become VERY noticeable when they start fading. Gross hand lines, patchy white spots, etc., but not this stuff. The best one-hour tan I have ever used!” —Amazon Customer Get it from Amazon for $9.97+ (available in eight styles). Promising review: "So I decided to put these to the ultimate test for 4th of July underneath my white, semi-sheer swimsuit. I wore them out in the Florida heat in the ocean all day, and they did not budge or peel off. I thought for sure these would take skin off by the time I got home because I just couldn't believe they stayed on the entire day (humidity is real). I was able to remove them with ease. I washed them with warm water and soap and let them dry, and the next day, they were super sticky, like they were brand-new out of the package again. Buying these forever." —Marisa Get it from Amazon for $28.50 (available in three sizes, four colors, and two styles). BuzzFeed editor Natalie Brown swears by these pasties! Check out her Nippies review to learn more. Promising review (for the left pic): "I got Bondie for my Miami trip and it saved every outfit!! I used it on my bikinis to tan by the pool and on some dresses for dinners and the club. I have a larger chest so strapless dresses are constantly sliding down on me but Bondie kept everything in place and it didnt move at all. I was surprised how well it held up in the Miami heat too. Def recommend!! 🩵" —Amazon Customer promising review (for the right pic): "The yitties didn't move an inch! WOW!! Just wow. I’m amazed by the quality of this product and the overall effectiveness of holding my dress top on my tiddies. This product is for the girlies 100%! 🩵" —Gabriela Learn more about different kinds of eye drops and what they can do at Cleveland Clinic. Note that eye drops can potentially mask symptoms of eye conditions, so you should talk to your eye doctor about what's right for you. And according to Mayo Clinic, you should avoid redness-reducing drops if you're looking for dry eye relief. Promising review: "I have a big spot of blood vessels in the inner corner of my left eye. I use the expensive lubricant eye drops for moisture — I've used Visine, Clear Eyes, you name it. No eye drop has made my eyes look this great. Only Lumify! I was soo happy when I looked in the mirror and saw some beauty in my eyes instead of darkness and redness." —Angela Leonard "Two drops in your eyes and all day, they look perfectly white and healthy. I would definitely buy these again." —Kelley Live Tinted is a South-Asian woman–owned small biz specializing in makeup and beauty products. Promising review: "Say goodbye to dark under-eye circles. Nothing has ever been able to cover a red spot on my cheek from sun damage except full-coverage foundations. I apply this with a brush, and the spot is barely visible before I put any other makeup over it." —Blair Get it from Amazon for $26+ (three colors) or Ulta for $28 (five colors). Promising review: "I loved this setting powder, it blurred my pores and blended my makeup so well that even my husband noticed. Wow! I will be buying more before people find it and sell it all out, hehehe." —Charlotte Laim My colleague Divinia Tarin has and loves this: "I don't mean to play favorites, but the Clio Kill Lash Superproof Mascara is my personal tried-and-true. I go pretty in-depth in my review below, but TL;DR: this'll totally transform your eyes into any look you'd like! They have different wand styles and colors available (including Earl grey!) and whichever you choose, you're guaranteed lift, definition, and a look that'll last. As an oily skin gal who could never find a formula that didn't end up underneath my eyes a few hours in, this mascara bewitched me, body and soul. My thin lashes point downward and don't like to hold a curl, so I'm not sure what magical concoction is in this tube, but with a single coat I've got long, wispy lashes that I can practically hear going *fwoosh fwoosh fwoosh*! The Long Curling has been my go-to for a while and has survived sweaty, humid summers, super long days, and every cry sesh. I don't wear too much makeup, and imo it adds the perfect "medium amount" of volume, length, and definition — but if you prefer, they also have a Volume Curling (which is thicker for a bolder look) and a Fine formula (so pretty for no-makeup days and bottom lashes!). It does dry *super* quickly on my lashes, so I have to move fast while applying, and at the end of the day, I gently rub my eyes with my trusty Anua oil cleanser and have had zero problems with removal (and my lashes are super delicate). I never got complimented on my eyes until I started wearing this, so there's nooo way I'll stop any time soon!" Get it from Amazon for $14.50 (available in six styles, four colors, a three-pack, and as a remover). Promising review: "Okay, so these cleaner pods are awesome! I didn't know how gross our Keurig was until today. The big mason jar on the left is when I actually ran the cleaner through plus one rinse cycle. The middle one is another rinse cycle and the last one, on the right, is the last one I did. So yes, I would suggest running two or three rinse cycles instead of the recommended one. But it's still an awesome product for the price! I have a Keurig 2.0 and I had no issues." —Mads0421 Get a pack of six from Amazon for $9.99. Promising review: "Saw on TikTok (don’t judge) and automatically added to cart. So easy to use, takes probably a minute to fully bubble up and clean, and you’re left with a clean sink! I use with other drain cleaning products, but would 100% recommend for weekly maintenance." —Jessica Hamilton I live in an apartment without a dishwasher, and I honestly use that as an excuse to order takeout food instead of cooking. But, as soon as I got my hands on a bottle of this stuff (regular Dawn is my go-to dish soap, BTW), I put it to use on both a saucepan I used to make homemade enchilada sauce *and* the casserole dish I baked those enchiladas, which had a ton of caked-on food. It really does work like I say it does! Like, scary well. Get the starter pack from Amazon for $17.50 (also available in lots of other scents, including a Free & Clear option). Promising review: "Decided to give these spikes a try, and let me tell you my azaleas are the star of my garden right now. The blooms are bigger, the pink is brighter, and the blooms last way longer. Typically, they bloom and they fall off quicker than you can get to cut and make a beautiful bouquet out of them. The blooms have been popping open wider and wider, and it’s been three weeks now. I will definitely buy this again. The pic to the left shows the blooms from two years ago, and the second one is this year." —KWheatle Get a 12-pack from Amazon for $13.97 (also available for fruit and citrus). Promising review: "The best! TikTok made me buy it. The squeeze power is unique, this product wastes no juice, and the way the seeds stay inside is just a great feature. This is the best, look no further!" —MJ Zuniga Get it from Amazon for $16.99+ (available in three colors). I've used a couple of different scents of these and am actually working my way through a lovely gardenia version. They indeed get rid of funky smells like roasting Brussels sprouts, bathroom smells, and even your neighbor's wafting odors. Promising review: "I highly recommend this pine gel! I use it every day and love its versatility. For a deeper clean, I apply the gel directly, while for everyday use, I simply mix it with water as a multipurpose cleaner. I truly use it for everything in my home — it's become my go-to cleaning product. I use it as a laundry sanitizer to eliminate odors, in my floor mopping bucket, and for cleaning bathrooms, sinks, and my stove. I can't imagine my cleaning routine without it." —Lior mealem Promising review: "So I actually tested these bags because I’m a skeptic by nature. I took three organic bananas:• one in a Debbie Meyer bag• one in a 24/7 Fresh Pack• and one left completely unbaggedAfter 6 days, the difference was obvious:• The unbagged banana was brown and soft.• The Debbie Meyer one was slightly better but still spotty and mushy.• The 24/7 Fresh Pack banana looked the best — firm, yellow, and way fresher.I’ve repeated this with berries, greens, potatoes, avocados… same story every time. These bags are simply better quality and actually WORK. Highly recommend if you’re tired of throwing money away on spoiled produce. Plus, they are much sturdier than any other bags I tried and reusable." —Anastasia Talan Click & Carry is a Shark Tank and QVC-featured small business that specializes in easy carry accessories. Promising review: "TikTok made me buy it. This is great when you have a few bags and a box — for example, if you balance the bags, you can throw it over your shoulder and walk inside and have two free hands to carry the box, which is great. Product seems well built, and is comfortable on your shoulder or hand because of the padding." —Hung Get it from Amazon for $13.99 (available in six colors). Promising review: "Couldn't be easier to use really. I tested it with ice water and boiling water and it seems to be pretty accurate. I've already cooked some steaks using it and they came out perfect. Plan to use it a lot with my smoker and expect good results there too. I love that it has the magnets so I can stick on the fridge, the grill or the smoker and it's always handy. And you really can't beat the price at under $10!" —FCC Get it from Amazon for $19.99 (available in two colors). Promising review: "I do not know how I lived without them. I have saved a bunch on unnecessary alterations." —Gerald Voigt Get a five-pack of pants extenders for $6.89. Promising review: "There are the best things ever. I have jeans that fit great but the waist is always too loose. So I saw these on TikTok, and I was so curious to see if they worked or not. But seriously, you need to buy these, the buttons are great material and just the most useful things overall." —Alexa Botello Promising review: "I love these! Since I started using them my sheets haven’t popped off once and that used to be a several-times-a-night problem because I toss and turn when I sleep. Thank you, TikTok!" —Gabby Get a set of four from Amazon for $6.59 (also available in a set of eight). It can also be used to help discourage smaller animals from hiding under furniture! Promising review: "The toy blocker does exactly what is says it will do. It sticks well to our laminate floor and blocks my son's toys from going under the couch. Only problem is I had to buy two in order to cover the entire length of our couch. I do have to say it was worth the doubled price so I would recommend the blockers to anyone who has kids or dogs!" —amanda c Get it from Amazon for $12.98+ (available in eight sizes). Rexipets is a small biz specializing in grooming tools. Promising review: "Gilligan is the biggest drama king you’ll ever meet and even he tolerated this nail grinder. Highly recommend!" —Julie "I am a veterinary technician and part-time groomer. I use this product at work and find it to be adequate to introduce pets to dremeling. It has a quiet hum while on both of its speeds and provides a bright light when dealing with dark coats and nails." —Savannah Blair BuzzFeed Shopping is service journalism first: our writers and editors spend all day shopping so you don’t have to, vetting products, fact-checking brand claims, and surfacing what actually helps in real life.
