I use the Kitsch heatless curling rod myself and it has completely revolutionized the way I do my hair — and I'm not being dramatic. There's a bit of a learning curve (I recommend looking up some YouTube videos or TikToks), but with some practice, it's a fast and easy process to get your hair wrapped up in this rod. Personally, I don't like to sleep in mine (though lots of people do), but I'll shower in the morning, throw my hair up in a satin towel for about 30–45 minutes to absorb the excess moisture, then leave my hair wrapped in this roller for at least four hours while I work from home or do chores. The resulting curls are STUNNING and can last me for several days, though of course they slowly loosen into waves with time. I do use a very light finishing spray and some Verb Ghost oil on the ends to add some glossy shine and calm any minor frizz — but since I started using satin hair products like this curling rod, there's much less frizz in general.
