Desi Lydic Dismantles Trump's '1-Page Memo' To End War In Time It Takes To Read Memo

Desi Lydic was a bit skeptical of a CNN report that “the U.S. and Iran are closing in on a one-page memo to end the war” on Wednesday. (Watch the video below.) The original report came from unnamed officials but was confirmed by a Pakistani source. It caught the “Daily Show” host off guard. “I’m sorry, a one-page memo?” she said. “How can Trump end a war with less paperwork than it took to end my Planet Fitness membership?” Lydic asked to see a copy of the memo. The show cued up a rudimentary survey signed by Trump with the question, “Do you like me?” and boxes marked YES or NO. “I dunno, is that really him?” she asked. The visual then zoomed out to reveal the poll was placed within the women’s body outline that Trump allegedly sketched for Jeffrey Epstein in a suggestive birthday note. “Yes, OK, that’s him. That’s definitely him,” Lydic confirmed. The comedian aimed one last zinger at the supposedly pending pact: “Now, obviously this is far from a done deal, because Iran does not seem to trust Donald Trump. Some say that’s because Trump famously never honors his agreements, while others say, ‘Yep, that’s it, what the first guy said.’” By entering your email and clicking Sign Up, you're agreeing to let us send you customized marketing messages about us and our advertising partners.
