Angelica Vazquez, who worked as a housekeeper at Kylie’s Hidden Hills home from September 2024 to August 2025, alleged that “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” were made about her religion and immigration status during her employment. As a Celebrity Reporter, I cover everything from fashion and award shows to TV, film, and cultural conversations. Kylie Jenner’s former housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez, has reportedly made a series of shocking claims about her employment in a new lawsuit. According to People, Angelica — who worked as a housekeeper at Kylie’s Hidden Hills home between September 2024 and August 2025 — filed the suit against the billionaire mogul and two companies: Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. People reports that while Kylie is listed as a defendant, she isn’t mentioned by name for any specific behaviors cited in the legal filing. In the suit, which was filed on April 17, Angelica purportedly alleged that she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from the first day of her employment, and that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by her fellow employees and the head housekeeper at Kylie’s Hidden Hills home. Angelica reportedly claimed that she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team.” Angelica — who described herself as a “Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic” — also purportedly alleged that she faced discrimination based on her religion and ethnicity, claiming in the complaint that she was “publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” and “subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.” Per People, Angelica further alleged that “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” were made about her immigration status, which she said created a “toxic and abusive work environment.” Angelica reportedly alleged that her complaints were “dismissed, mocked or ignored,” and that no “corrective action” was taken. Elsewhere in the complaint, per People, Angelica claimed that things got “violent” in March 2025, when “a supervisor threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her.” As a result of the alleged treatment, Angelica purportedly claimed that she “developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and suffered a “loss of wages” after issuing her complaints. She states that she took medical leave in July 2025, and had “had no choice but to resign” the next month because working conditions had allegedly become “intolerable.” Now, Angelica is reportedly seeking damages “in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld.” Neither Kylie nor Tri Star have publicly addressed the lawsuit as of yet, and BuzzFeed has reached out to representatives of both for comment.
