Vance expects ‘positive’ Iran talks as he heads to Islamabad

US Vice President JD Vance says Donald Trump has given “clear guidelines” for upcoming talks with Iran in Pakistan and expects the negotiations to be “positive”. Vance spoke before departing for Islamabad, where he’ll lead a US delegation on talks to end the war.
