Khloé Kardashian said she once punched her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, after she discovered he was using drugs again after almost dying from an overdose in 2015, People reported.

The “Kardashians” star described the incident in Netflix’s upcoming “Untold” anthology docuseries, “The Death & Life of Lamar Odom,” which hits the streamer on March 31.

According to People, Kardashian reveals in the docuseries that she found Odom, the two-time NBA champion to whom she was married from 2009 to 2016, “smoking crack” when she suddenly showed up at the home she had rented for him.

“I remember slowly tiptoeing up the stairs. He was in his bedroom, sitting on the edge of the bed, smoking crack, and I just punched him in his face,” she shared, according to People.

Kardashian said that when she caught Odom, he was in an incoherent state.

“So at this point, Lamar can barely talk. He can speak a little bit, but it’s more like, ‘Mmhmm,’ and everything’s delayed. He wasn’t able to take a shower on his own,” she said.

Kardashian said she scolded Odom, telling him that she had “just put my life on hold to fucking take care of you,” according to People.

“He was playing me so I could continue this lifestyle for him,” claimed Kardashian, who said she’d paid for Odom to have a chef and caretaker at the house. “I said, ‘By Monday, you need to be out of this house. I’m done. I’m not paying for a thing, and I never want to speak to you again.’”

Representatives for Odom did not immediately respond to HuffPost’s request for comment. But Odom has been candid about how his drug addiction impacted his marriage to Kardashian.

In the trailer for “TMZ Presents: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians,” which premiered in December 2022, the former power forward said that “drugs was my girlfriend,” adding, “I had a wife…and cocaine.”

Asked whether Kardashian was aware that he was using drugs during their rocky marriage, he replied, “For part of our marriage. I had to tell her. We can’t hide that forever.”

“Behind the scenes, I put her through some shit,” Odom admitted. “The things that y’all think y’all know is crazy. But the stories that y’all don’t know is really crazy.”

Kardashian and the former Los Angeles Lakers player tied the knot in 2009. They separated in 2013 and finalized their divorce in 2016.

In a January 2025 episode of her “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast, Kardashian shared what she considered the “pivotal moment” in her and Odom’s breakup.

“I remember, I was married, and my ex-husband had a drug addiction. And I knew that his addiction always heightened — he was in the NBA — and his addiction always heightened when he was in the off-season, because idle time is the devil’s playground,” she told motivational speaker Mel Robbins.

“And so I remember he was asked to go to Team USA, if I remember correctly, and I was begging, ‘Please, please go to Team USA,’ and I was pushing, and I remember he just looked at me and said, ‘You can’t want it more than I do,’” she said.

Kardashian said that his “profound” response snapped her into reality, telling Robbins, “That was a very pivotal moment in my life because I remember that statement being like… ‘Yeah, you’re right. I can’t want your life more than you.’”
