Project 2025 calls to delete "the terms sexual orientation and gender identity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, gender, gender equality, gender equity, gender awareness, gender-sensitive, abortion, reproductive health, [and] reproductive rights ... out of every federal rule, agency regulation, contract, grant, regulation, and piece of legislation that exists," and dismantling USAID's "DEI apparatus."

According to Project 2025, "the next conservative Administration should withdraw the U.S. from the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement."
